Chapter Chapter-52: The reunion
"You know how much I love you, right? Take care of yourself and don't trust anyone, don't let anyone exploit you, baby. You are much more than you think. Wait for me! I will come back soon! Wait for me, Ali."
"No, please Mason! I don't have a good feeling about this battle.... don't go! Papa already went there and now they are sending you too...." Mason smiled and kissed her forehead.
"Nothing will happen to me... I promise!"
.
"Ali, open your eyes, sweetheart! C'mon Try it..." Allison's eyelids moved slowly as she heard a few familiar voices whispering in the background. "She passed out from overwhelming emotions and now is stuck in recalling some past memories." Allison could hear the faded voice of Felicia. "She always brings problems around and now she dared to try to escape. Fucking fool!"
"Shut up, Lola. It's not time to utter your tauntings." Rebecca scolded her and gestured to Felicia to help Allison to wake up. Felicia sighed and nodded before touching Allison's forehead with her thumb and putting her energy into her system. "Allison, open your eyes." She murmured near her ear and just then Allison opened her eyes slowly. She was greeted by the wooden ceilings above her. She blinked and roamed her eyes around the small room and looked at a few familiar faces around her. Rebecca, Felicia, Grace, Bonnie, the Twins and Lola were present there, calculating her moves.
She gulped her saliva to wet her dry throat and sat up with a numb mind. Bonnie and Grace helped her to lean back on the headboard before placing a pillow behind her back. Allison hissed as she craned her head up. She touched her bandaged head and looked at Rebecca.
"Are you feeling good?"
And like a flash, the memories hit her mind at once and she threw the duvet aside and stood up, startling everyone.
"Ma.. mason. Mason, where is he?" Tears formed in her eyes as she recalled the last scene printed in her mind before she fainted.
"Where is my brother?" She almost screamed. Her happiness had no bound thinking she had found her brother who was alive too.
"Allison, calm down. You fainted out of overwhelming condition...'
"No! I don't want to hear anything. Where is my brother? I know he was here. He saved me from that vampire.... He was the one!" Allison wheezed heading to the door.
"Ali.. Wait!"
"You mean the vampire who tried to help you to escape..." Allison stopped and turned to look at Lola who commented at her with a snort. Allison shook her head and ran outside ignoring all of them.

She strode out of the wooden house located at the backside of the Kingdom.
"Mason...." She screamed like crazy.
No! It can't be an illusion. He was Mason, he was there and she knew it.
She turned abruptly when someone called her name and Allison bumped into that person's body. Aztec crossed his arms over his chest staring at her intensely. She stepped back and breathed heavily.
"Aztec.... you were there right? My.. my brother, he was there with you... Please tell me where he is."
"Allison, you tried to escape? Do you have any fucking idea what would happen now?" Aztec reprimanded her, ignoring her pleas. She shook her head, not caring about his words.
"And Who the hell put this thought into your mind? I can't even imagine what the King would do to you now!" Aztec rubbed his face, tiredly, imagining his own punishment too as he let Allison face this situation by letting his mind out from her presence for a while. He was himself drowned in his own misery of missing his mate that he forgot about Allison's safety for a moment.
Hearing about Lyceon from his mouth Allison snapped out of her reverie. She widened her eyes in fear. Not only did she find her brother but she also put his life in danger by defying the King's order. No, she won't let Him harm her brother at any cost.
She gulped her saliva and looked down. He will punish both of them now. Her heart thudded wildly imagining the worst. She couldn't escape with her brother now as they caught her red-handed.
"And I won't let anything happen to her!" They heard a strong voice from the side. Allison parted her lips and looked up at the familiar voice of her brother.
She smiled with watery eyes and her feet ran in the direction where Mason was standing in his brown pants only. His warm gaze put her at ease as she jumped into his arms to hug the life out of him. Mason chuckled loudly as he embraced his little sister into his warm hug.
"Oh Mason. I missed you. I.. I thought you.." Allison choked on her saliva as tears leaked out of her eyes non stop. Mason sighed and kissed her head.
"I know. I know. I am sorry I couldn't save Dad..." Mason sighed again, recalling his father's death. Allison cried onto his chest in pain and relief too.
"I'm not going to let you go out of my sight from now on. The Midnight crescent moon pack abandoned me, they deceived us, Mason. They traded me to the dark walkers....." Allison complained like a child to her brother ignoring that all could listen to her bantering easily.
Mason tightened his arms around her and looked up at Aztec who shrugged his shoulders. Rebecca was still looking at the brother sister duo with surprised eyes and Felicia had that knowing look.
"I know what they did, Ali. But now everything will be fine. I won't let anyone harm you. You are safe here with me, Baby!" Mason patted her head and Allison kissed his cheek before smiling at him, forgetting everything around her. "I love you!" Allison cried and beamed like a happy child. Her purpose was to find her brother, her only family and now she found him in one piece, she didn't care about anything. The reunion brought back the happiness on her face but it could only live short as they heard a booming voice.
"Get your fucking hands off her!"
Mason stiffened and automatically his hands loosened on Allison as he heard the authoritative order. The atmosphere turned thick and hard to breath as a dominating aura invaded the air making everyone's knees weakened there. Allison blinked slowly and turned to see the source of that thick deep voice. And There He stood with raging features, a hard gaze and a shaking body cladded in a black long coat. His intense and sharp glare made Allison's heart drop to her stomach.
