Love that heals

Chapter 78 Shocking Surprise

Ashutosh:

Yesterday was a beautiful night for me. I smiled remembering my love. I am happy as I succeeded in making my love come out of her every fear.

Rudrani left covering her face with a scarf. She even forgot that she is a acid attack victim. She accepted me and my touch which shows that she overcame the fear that created due to the molestation happened during her childhood. I can find the lost charm in her. She is laughing heartfully and my parents were happy to see Rudrani like that. She totally came out of her depression.

"Ashu, coffee," Rudrani said.

I looked at her for sometime.

"What?" Rudrani asked raising her eyebrows.

"Nothing, I am just thinking when would sun goes off and night begins," I said.

"Ashu, this is the hospital and today is our first day as doctors after completing our Masters," Rudrani said.

"So what, baby? I couldn't get out of yesterday's night. How romantic it is!" I said staring at her lips.

"Shut up, Ashu. You are here to treat the patients, not to think about the romance with your wife," Rudrani shouted at me.

"My lovely tigress, don't shout. Because if you shout, I won't let you sleep for the whole night," I said winking at her.

It's funny to tease my wife. Her blushing, smile, anger and a kind of desire in her eyes which she tries hard to hide from me, makes me laugh.

"You are gone mad. I am leaving to my cabin. Have this coffee," Rudrani said.

"Wait a minute, my love. Tell me why did you come to my cabin to give coffee to me? You can also send it to me with the office boy, right?" I asked her.

Rudrani stopped and pouted looking at me.

"I too remembered the last night and missed you," Rudrani said, bending her head.

I locked the door of my cabin and pulled her close to me.

"Don't be shy to express your feelings to me, dear. I am your husband. You can definitely feel that way and that's so natural after the first night," I said making her look into my eyes.

"I love you, Ashu," Rudrani said.

"I love you too, my dear wife," I said and kissed her lips and she hugged me tightly deepening the kiss by herself.

I understood that yesterday she felt the pleasure of making love and her heart, soul and body accepted me completely. This is what I wanted from her. I didn't want her to accept for the love making as a formality or as she is my wife. It should happen only when she wants me as much as I want her. I hugged her for sometime taking her onto my lap to feel my touch and stay in my arms.

After sometime, I broke the hug and I saw a few tears in her eyes. I smiled and kissed on her forehead.

"Ashu, if every husband is as patient as you are, no girl would fear for the marriage and this world would become a safe and the happiest place for girls," Rudrani said.

After talking to me for sometime, Rudrani left for her cabin. I thought for a while and took a pen and paper.

"Dear friend,

How are you? It's been a longtime that I didn't write a letter to you. How is everything going between you and your Ashu? How is your life going on?

I am happy to see you again. Just remember that you have a friend to share anything at anytime.

Your unknown friend."

I kept the letter to the door of her cabin and knocked on the door and I came from there. After sometime, I went there and took the letter to the door written by Rudrani. "Dear unknown friend,

I am doing great and my life became a blessing with the love of my husband. I feel lucky to have Ashu as my life partner. There were many moments where I went wrong but nothing separated me from Ashu.

Ashu was so patient and trusted me everytime. He removed every fear from my heart. Now my heart is filled with love for Ashu and confidence in me.

I know that you are always with me and will be with me forever. That's why I love you so much. You are the only one whom I love in this entire world 000.

Your friend,

Rudrani."

I read the letter and was happy in the beginning to know that she is happy with me. But what's this I love you and kisses in the ending? I scratched my head with confusion.

In the night, we went to the new house near to the hospital rented by my parents for us. I looked at Rudrani who was preparing the dinner.

How could she put that heart symbols and lip kiss in the letter to her pen friend? I can't even ask her about it.

"Ashu, dinner is ready," Rudrani said.

I nodded and we had the dinner silently. I was readind about rare diseases to divert my mind but Rudrani came and sat beside me.

"You said that you were waiting for the night and now you are wasting the time," Rudrani asked me.

"I have work and you can sleep," I said without looking at her.

"Really, are you sure?" Rudrani said.

"Yes," I said.

"Okay," Rudrani said and left to the bedroom.

After one hour, I felt sleepy an went to the bedroom but shocked seeing a letter to the door. I took the letter.

"Dear known husband yet unknown friend,

Stop thinking much about those symbols because you will become mad sooner. Do you think that I will use such symbols to anyone else other than my husband? Though I want to play with you for some more time, I have withdrawn my plan because I can't see you being dull. I love you, Ashu.

The moment I read your diary, I understood that you are my penfriend seeing your handwriting. I am very lucky to have you in my life. As a friend you have inspired me and as a husband you gave so much of love to me. Thank you for being with me everytime.

Your wife and love,

Rudrani."

I got surprised reading the letter. I laughed at my stupidity. I forgot abour that diary incident. I went inside the bedroom and saw my wife smiling at me. "Rudrani, actually...."

"I feel sleepy, Good night," Rudrani said and slept turning the other side. I pouted getting disappointed.

Ashu, is this night gonna be a waste? What should I do now to make her mine without being a prey to an angry and naughty tigress?
