Marilyn quietly avoided Kendrick’s hand and looked out the window. “My parents just wanted me to get close to you. We aren’t a couple yet.”
After saying that, Marilyn ignored Kendrick, and her eyes were full of worries.
Marilyn pondered, “As Kendrick said, the Hoffman family would definitely go after Robert after dealing with the current situation. Could the Labelle family save Robert? Robert, what did you do to make Mr. Hoffman so angry?”
Kendrick glanced at Marilyn, who was indifferent, and Kendrick’s hatred for Robert became even stronger.

An hour later. Robert was sitting in Naomi’s office. Now, Naomi was dressed in an official business suit, which was different from what Robert usually saw. Naomi ordered her secretary to make coffee for Robert and Carlos.
“You guys can have a chat, Mr. Zabinski. I have something to deal with, so I’ll go first. The other driver has been arranged.” Carlos got up with a smile.
“Mr. Camidge, wait. I’ll send Robert home later. Don’t bother asking someone else to come here.” Naomi was very courteous in front of Carlos.
“Noted. Thanks for the help, Ms. Labelle.” Carlos bowed slightly and walked out of the office.
When there were only Naomi and Robert left in the office, Naomi immediately showed her mischievous personality. Naomi was dignified one second ago, and then she became extremely attractive. The black figure–hugging skirt was tight and plump. Naomi bent down slightly, and the playfulness of her upper body made Robert seem to see something, but not exactly.
