Chapter 19
We spent the next few hours, it seemed looking over all the Chronton monitors. For any changes in the Chronoton field.
“What’s that?” I asked pointing at a change in the field on one of the monitors. Sheamus looked over at the change in the field and he seemed to nod when he figured out what that was.
“Oh, that’s probably Doc Emmet Beige.” Sheamus said.
“Who the hell is that?” I asked.
“You’ve never heard of Doc Beige?” Sheamus said cocking his eyebrow.
“No…” I said.
“Golordia History 101,” Marx said suddenly.
“Sorry I suck at history,” I said.
“He’s the one who designed this joint,” Sheamus said. He tapped a few keys on the panel and suddenly a picture of a crazy looking older man with wild hair and a lab coat appeared on the screen. He was in front of the Chronoton viewer, with hands holding his lab coat and next to him was…
“Is that Norman?” I asked pointing at the slimy looking kid next to this Doc Beige guy. Sheamus looked at me and then looked at picture.
“That’s his student Martin Mahogany,” Sheamus said.
“Is that name on your roster?” I asked Marx.
Marx looked at me for a second before he must have decided to look at the roster. He scanned it and then I noticed his eyes squint and bulge suddenly and he sighed.
“Look,” Marx said.
Dr. Martin Mahogany it read, and it had a picture of that slime ball scientist who didn’t believe I was jumping in time the one I knew (somehow) as Norman Hunraken. There was no mistaking him, his smug smirk on his face that I punched the slimy green hair that looked like someone had puked out and made it into hair and put it on him.
“That’s him!” I said showing Marx.
“Mother fucker I know its him!” Marx said
“Who?” Sheamus asked confused.
“This man was part of the Dark Project of Project Rho,” Marx said holding up the Glass with the picture of Norman Hunraken and showing it to Sheamus.
“Doc Mahogany?” Sheamus said shocked.
“His actual name is Norman Hunraken,” Marx said. “He is a genetic genius, not only that but he was also given a full pardon by the Empire for his involvement in Project Rho, due to how much of a genius this ass hat is.”
“I had no idea,” Sheamus said.
“Yeah, I suppose you didn’t but now that I know that this fucker is here, I can officially declare this as a Military Investigation and I have full jurisdiction to…”
Suddenly there was darkness.
“Justin,” a voice called out as I felt a soft hand push on my shoulder.
I don’t know what the hell had happened. I felt my world spin.
“Justin,” I felt that I recognized the voice. It sounded familiar. It was feminine it was beautiful, and it was a distinct Golordia Omicron accent. I sat up suddenly and looked around.
I had no idea where I was.
“Vincent,” someone suddenly hugged me. I felt confused until I saw a blur of black hair and started to digest things around me. Including the familiar smell of whatever she used to wash her hair.
“Olga?” I asked.
In all honesty when my blurred vision returned to normal, I was not totally sure where I was. I looked around trying to get my bearings. I had no idea where I was. However, there was one word that was circulating in my mind.
Dungeon, it was the only way I could describe it. There were these solid block bars in front of us as we sat in the middle of this large gray room. The gray room had these gray cinderblocks, that had spider webs and insects crawling around them. To my left was a single bunk, it didn’t even look big enough for one person.
After an embrace with Olga who was trembling in my hands, I pushed it forward. I was shocked, she looked younger way younger at least 7 years younger. She looked like a teenager. Her hair was longer, prettier and she didn’t have her snooty attitude at all, that I figured life must have given to her. Her hair was long, it dropped in the front of her and she was using it to cover herself.
It took me a bit to realize we were both completely naked. I gave a small eek when I realized this. I also noticed I looked way younger I was also clearly a teenager. I looked around the dungeon trying to figure what in the hell had happened. I wondered if I had been here all this time and didn’t know it. Had I ever been part of the Time Trappers, had I gone through any of those time loops. All this was circulating in my mind.
“What’s going on?” I asked.
“He found out,” Olga said nervously. Even her voice was sweater, and her Omicron accent was heavier. I was trying to place her age at 19? That was pushing it she seemed younger than that.
“Who found out?” I asked.
“Hunraken,” Olga shivered from where she sat.
“Found out what?” I asked.
“What do you remember?” Olga asked.
I still tried to place her age. She looked way younger than the last time I had seen her. She was thin, her pale skin was reflective in the small light coming in between the bars. I looked down and see if could gauge my age. I looked about 14, and I knew Olga was two years older than I was. So that meant she was 16. I looked at her, trying to decide if that age made sense. Maybe…she looked closer to 15 than 16.
“I was stuck in a time loop,” I said. “It was my own stupid fault, I got attacked and didn’t check my uniform. Then you went back and stopped me from going in there in the first place. But then you disappeared.”
“Vincent none of that is true,” she sobbed shaking her hands.
“What?” I asked as I looked at her confused. “What do you mean none of that is true? Wait how do you know my name?”
“What did he do to you?” Olga said she suddenly put her hands around me and starting sobbing. I was utterly confused and then I saw someone I wasn’t expecting on the other side of the bars.
It was Paula. She looked over at me, but she was wearing something very freaky looking. It was a tight body suit. Highlighting her figure, her boobs, her butt, her thighs. She had these black boots on and she had this very strange looking helmet in one of her hands. It reminded me of the helmet we wore when we jumped through the portal. However, this thing that she had, it looked like a bug complete with these massive black bulbous eyes.
“You two are such a cute couple,” Paula said in such a sinister way. It didn’t take me long to realize that she too looked younger. She looked like that picture of that younger woman that Marx had showed me. This was Cassandra, and I knew it. “It’s so utterly disgusting.”
“Chief?” I said.
“Aww, you remember. Do you also remember the times you were fucking me?” she said laughing, it was this evil cackle. “When I showed you what real woman was like, not that tit-less whore of yours?”
“Don’t call her that!” I said angrily.
“Oh, such temper,” She cackled again.
“Cicada, I told you not to tease the boy,” I watched as Norman Hunraken suddenly appeared, he too looked a lot younger. Slightly older than that picture where he was with Doc Beige, but he seemed he wasn’t pushing maybe twenty-four maybe.
I looked over at him confused. He was wearing this very strange armor. It almost looked like an exoskeleton. It was completely gold, he too had this insect-like helmet. His looked terrifying, it had these large Golden Horns and big black bulbous eyes.
“What’s a matter Vinny?” Norman asked. “You looked confused.”
“What the hell did you do to us?” I asked.
“Me?” Norman said innocently pointing at himself. “I didn’t do anything to you idiots. You volunteered for our project.”
“Like hell we did,” I said.
“Yes, you did,” Norman said and then he corrected himself. “Well your father did, Vincent Gould Senior, he signed all waivers and I have full custody of you and can do whatever the hell I wish to you.”
“And your father Otis Onyx, signed your waivers, as you know Olga.” Cassandra said smirking widely.
“You two should be proud, we have learned so much about the Tiara of Time thanks to you two.” Norman said.
I was starting to whirl things in my mind, had everything that had happened just been some sort of hallucination? Had my entire life, my whole existence been some sort of sick experimentation that Norman Hunraken was doing on us? I couldn’t accept that.
“I call bullshit,” I said to Hunraken.
“Oh?” Hunraken laughed. “Did you hear him Cicada, he calls bullshit.”
“Bull shit eh?” Cassandra smirked. “You supposedly jumped around three times. One time I was bound to a chair while you pumped me…”
“Quiet you whore!” I said to her.
“Oh, you didn’t feel that way when you filled me,” Cassandra said smirking and sounding sexy in a very evil way.
“He’s probably suffering amnesia from the memory wipe,” Hunraken said.
“The what?” I said.
“We have altered your memory,” Hunraken said simply. “Several times”
“You, sick son of a…” I ran at him and tried to reach through the bars to grab him, but I hit the bars and they immediately shocked me, zapped me with this intense surge of electricity. I went flying back.
“No touching, it can be a shocking experience.” Hunraken laughed.
The two simply walked away laughing maniacally. I writhed in pain as electricity still surged through me. Olga crawled towards me. She put her hand on me and I saw the weirdest thing ever. Her eyes flashed and all of the sudden the surge I felt still in me, I felt her pull it into her.
“Olga what the hell is going on?” I asked. “What did you do?”
“I absorbed your energy,” Olga said.
“How?” I asked.
“It’s what they made me do,” Olga said. “I’ve become some sort of…I don’t know…” Olga shook violently.
“We figured out how to use it,” Olga said suddenly.
“Use what?” I asked.
“The tiara,” Olga said.
“Explain,” I said.
“We’ve been jumping in time between now and we meet each other again in about 10 years.” Olga said. “We found a way to use the tiara of time that Hunraken and Cicada were experimenting on. But just when we were starting to use it and undermining what they were doing, the future Norman realized what we were doing. And that is when they started experimenting with you.”
“I don’t remember any of this,” I said holding my head.
“It’s their experiments,” Olga said. “That’s why I didn’t remember you in the future, they are going to wipe our memory.”
“What are we trying to do exactly?” I asked.
“Hunraken is trying to send his super soldiers to different parts of the time line to change things.” Olga said. “That Colonel character that we knew about in the future, he is actually a creation that Hunraken made, that monkey girl you went to go find she is another creation of Hunraken.”
“My god he is some sort of mad man,” I said. “But what the hell is the deal with the bug costume?”
“I don’t know,” Olga shook her head.
She put her hand to mine and I suddenly had this idea.
“Where is the Tiara in this time?” I asked.
“I am not sure,” Olga said.
“It has to be out of here right?” I asked.
“As in out of this cell, yes.” Olga said. “What are you thinking about?”
“Let’s find it here,” I said.
“What?” Olga asked.
“If we figured out how to use it properly, we can stop them.” I said.
“But we figured out how to use it remotely.” Olga said.
“Trust me,” I said.
My mind had gone to that monkey I had met on that elevator, for some reason something that he had said was still hitting me even after all of this. I knew we had to get to that tiara, we had to get it ourselves and stop Norman and his crazy girlfriend.
“How do we get out?” Olga asked.
“Absorb the power in that,” I said pointing at the bars. Olga looked at it then looked at me.
“Are you serious?” Olga said.
“Pretty serious,” I said.
“Fine,” Olga said, and she walked over to the bars and grabbed on to them. Just like when she grabbed me. The energy in the bars surged out of the bars and into Olga and they fizzled out. “Okay now what?”
“One second,” I said thinking.
I walked over to the bars and looked over it and saw the monkey simply leaning close to the bars on the other side.
“What the hell are you doing here?” I asked.
“I thought you needed help,” the monkey shrugged.
“Lord Hanuman,” Olga said.
“Hanuman?” I said looking back at Olga.
“Hey Olga,” The monkey said as he walked in front of the bars. I watched as the monkey walked in front of the bars and raised a hand. I watched in awe as somehow the bars disintegrated.
“How the hell did you do that?” I asked.
“I changed the molecular structure of it,” the monkey shrugged. “And you couldn’t keep it in your pants, could you?”
“Wait…what?” I said.
“I told you keep it in your pants.” The monkey shrugged then he turned to Olga. “Why didn’t you stop him from taking it out of his pants?”
Olga looked shyly down to the floor as if there was something interesting on the floor. This was the adorable acts that started to seep through to the future I realized.
“Alright fine whatever,” The monkey said. “We need to get you two back to the future…” he then turned to me. “Keep it in your pants, especially when it comes to her.”
“Why?” I asked.
“You guys exude Chronoton particles, how do you think Green-go found you two to begin with?” the monkey shrugged. “But you guys together getting it on, yeah that’s an obvious spike in the Chronoton field.”
“So, what do we do not work together?” I asked.
“No, you guys should work together,” the monkey said. “But you need to work together indiscreetly. Future Norman shouldn’t know you because you have that stupid nickname in the future.”
“Yeah what kind of name is Justin Time,” Olga asked.
“That way no one can accuse me of being late,” I laughed.
“So, this is when you get your stupid sense of humor.” The monkey said.
“What the hell do you mean?” I asked.
“Never mind,” the monkey said.
We had somehow appeared somewhere that had that mysterious Tiara that I had seen at some point. It was sitting behind a glass chamber. Olga and I looked at each other then at the monkey. The monkey simply waved his hand at the glass and like the bars it disintegrated.
Olga looked over at me before she started heading to the tiara. Somehow, I knew that she was the one who was more directly connected to this thing than I was. She reached up and she put it on her head. She truly looked like a princess. I felt myself get aroused realizing I was still butt naked I gave an eek and covered myself.
“Well I guess you can’t keep it in your pants if you don’t have any.” The monkey said facepalming. He then looked like he was thinking about something.
“What?” I asked.
“I suggest that you guys go back to when your friend Marx shows up,” the monkey said looking at me. “That guy can do what he was about to do.”
“What was he about to do?” I asked.
“Declare martial law over the building,” The monkey said. “But if you two don’t sleep together, or you…” the monkey pointed at Olga. “Don’t show up after this idiot comes through the portal with the monkey girl, Hunraken shouldn’t know you guys are working together.”
I was nervous about this idea, I was nervous about everything.
“What if we get stuck in a loop?” I asked.
“Nah won’t happen.” The monkey said.
“How do you know?” I asked.
“I have a good feeling about us fixing this time line,” the monkey shrugged.
“You have to tell me more than just having a good feeling about that!” I said, then I quickly added. “What if we forget about each other.”
“That won’t be a problem,” the monkey shrugged.
“Why?” I asked.
“This time travel thing doesn’t affect me,” the monkey shrugged.
“What?” I said. “Why?”
“I’m the time fairy.” The monkey shrugged.
“Fine if it all goes crazy can you tell me when you find her again?” I pointed at Olga. The monkey looked like he was going to say something, but he decided not to. I kind of dismissed it though.
“Remember rule number 1 of Hanuman,” the monkey said.
“What is that?” I asked.
“Keep it in your pants.” Hanuman said then pointed at Olga “And 1A. is make sure that he keeps it in his pants.” Olga nodded and suddenly that Tiara she had on her head started glowing. “Go back to probably after he comes out with the monkey girl, but this time don’t come running up to him like an idiot.” Olga nodded again and then there was a flash.
