Chapter 11
I felt myself release into someone. My vision blurred and slowly started to come back in. I gave some several more squirts as I started to feel myself get more aware. Especially when I realized what was happening. Paula was on me reverse cow girl style and she was making out, yes making out with Beth. I exploded some more watching them make out and grope at each other.
“Oh hell!” I said and shook violently and squirted some more it was intense! I felt Paula shake and spasm and she plopped off me and landed on Beth and they were making out.
“Sorry girls got to go,” I said getting up. I knew I had to find Olga. I had no idea when I had appeared to.
“Huh?” They said looking at me.
“Sorry to fuck and run but I have to get somewhere,” I said.
I quickly got dressed and they confusedly watched me head out of the door. I had to find Olga. I had no idea where to find her, or how to find her. I quickly near sprinting walked down the hallway and pressed the button for the elevator. I walked into the empty elevator and pressed the button on it for the ground floor.
When the doors closed, I saw a reflection of someone standing next to me. I looked around and nearly jumped.
“Huh, I still haven’t gotten my entrance right?” the being said.
I looked at it confused. It was some sort of monkey-man. He was wearing a gold vest, a gold sash on his abdomen, white pants and a great golden cape around his neck. He held a strange looking mace thing in his hands and he cocked his brow looking at me as if he was trying to figure out what my deal was.
“What the hell are you?” I asked.
“Me?” he pointed at himself.
“No, the other fucking talking monkey,” I said.
“I don’t see another one,” he looked around.
“I am talking to you,” I said.
“Oh, I’m the time fairy.” He said simply.
“Time…fairy?” I said, and he nodded. “Don’t be ridiculous.”
“Okay you have a better explanation for me?” the monkey shrugged.
“Besides being some sort of hallucination from jumping through time so much.” I said rubbing my eyes.
“So, we agree, I’m the time fairy,” the monkey said.
“Okay so let’s say you are the time fairy,” I said. “What the hell do you want?”
“I’m trying to straighten out your time for you,” the monkey shrugged.
“You’re trying to straighten my time out?” I repeated.
“Yeah,” he said simply.
“Because you are the time fairy?” I asked, and he nodded. “Why the fuck, do you look like a monkey then?”
“Probably because this is my avatar.” The monkey shrugged. “By the way you should follow rule number one, keep it in your pants.” The monkey said slowly.
“I’ve seriously gone off my rocker now,” I said rubbing my eyes vigorously. I was trying to figure out where my sanity started to break. I had jumped god knows how many times by now, it was possible.
“If you were going off your rocker,” the monkey said. “I couldn’t tell you how to get out of this loop.”
I looked at the monkey.
“That got your attention huh?” he said.
“You know how to get me out of this loop?” I said.
“Yep, your girlfriend hit it on the nose when she said she thought it had to do with the Chronoltraveler.” The monkey said. “Next time you see her, you should tell her she’s on to something. You guys can figure it out from there.”
“Can’t you tell me anything else?” I asked.
I heard the elevator ping which made me stare at the door and I turned back and looked at where the monkey had been standing and he was gone. I walked out of the elevator scratching my head and looking down and saw that I had my bag in my hand. I was back at the beginning of the day again.
“Shit,” I said.
I quickly walked down the hallway. I waited for Paula to say.
“Beth!” Paula said, and I saw her silhouette run off.
I walked in and this time paid attention to where I was going and stopped Olga. Olga looked confused for a moment and I wanted to say something but instead I decided to do things differently.
“Time?” Olga said when she saw me. I grabbed her hand and pulled her. “Time what the hell is going on?”
“I need to talk to you,” I said simply.
So once again I told Olga everything once we were out of earshot of everyone. Everything from how we had figured out it had to do with a tear in my suit from getting attacked by the monkey-girl, to someone using the chrontraveler to time-nap me, to the monkey the so-called “time fairy” telling me that she was on to something.
Just like all the times before Olga had listened and nodded and understood me. I was starting to like her, she wasn’t a bitch, she was actually a quite nice, lovely girl if you got to know her.
“You’re thinking about something again, something the other versions of you didn’t think about.” I said, and Olga scratched her head and she did something totally unexpected. She wrapped her arms around me and gave me a big hug.
“Let’s get you out of that loop,” Olga said.
“What was that about?” I asked.
“Nothing it is a sincere gesture,” Olga said. “I know what it’s like to go through that, and no the time fairy is not something you hallucinated.”
“You saw that thing too?” I asked, and she looked back at me and smiled.
“Oh, thank god!” I said. “I thought I seriously had been tripping on Toxin.”
Toxin was a highly illegal highly addictive hallucinogenic drug, it was made of Taurine, Oxygen and Nicotine, along with god knows what else, but that was its base. Therefore, it was called Toxin.
“No don’t worry,” She shook her head. “What did he say exactly?”
“He said to tell you, that you were on to something by thinking of the Chronotraveler.” I said. “Do you know what that means?”
“Do you know how the Chronotraveler works?” She asked.
“By displacing dark energy, bending it with some sort of gravity field,” I said. That was Chronoton Physics 101. “This dark energy creates the chronotons and that is what one can use to travel through time.”
“Yeah that is partially true,” She said.
“What do you mean partially?” I asked.
“The other part of it, what creates the field?” She asked.
“Uh….” I said.
“Typical, you didn’t pay attention to that part of the class.” She rolled her eyes, in a cute manner. I probably had said this before, but I really had not noticed how beautiful she was until now. But I tried not to fantasize about her.
“Hey that shit is boring,” I said.
“Sometimes the boring stuff can save your life,” She said.
“I wonder if this is how we get together,” I said to myself.
“Hmm?” She asked looking back.
“Oh…I was commenting to myself,” I said feeling my face turn red.
“Yeah I know, and you said something about being together,” She said.
“Well, when we were together in the future, you told me we worked on a case together and we had been together ever since,” I said.
“Just because I’m helping you doesn’t mean we are going to end up together in this time.” Olga said clearly trying to hide she was blushing.
“Are you blushing?” I asked shocked that she was such a bitch and seeing this super girly side to her so early was clearly throwing me off.
“Shut up!” Olga said she started hitting me randomly. “It’s not like I’m helping you because I like you or anything you idiot!”
“Okay fine,” I said putting my hands up.
“Anyways, we are still kind of on square one,” she said.
“What do you mean?” I asked.
“We still don’t know who is time-napping you,” she said.
“You suspected Paula last time,” I said.
“Because she didn’t tell you to come to me?” She asked.
“Yeah, exactly.” I said.
“That is super suspicious,” she said.
“Could she have just forgotten about it?” I asked.
“No way,” She said. Then angrily hitting her fist on her palm. “If she did, I’ll beat the shit out of her.”
“Woah why?” I asked.
“I haven’t told you what happened yet?” Olga asked, and I shook my head.
“I see, long story short I was a rookie, she was the deputy director something or another. I think the deputy director of investigations.” She frowned thinking about it.
“That must have been a while ago,” I said, and she punched me. “Ouch, what the hell?”
“I am not that old!” she pointed an angry finger at me. “I’m only two years older than you.”
“But I don’t remember Chief being the deputy director something or another.” I said. “I’ve been in this joint for almost five years.”
“You only started in the Time Trapper Division two years ago.” Olga suggested, and I frowned.
“But even when I was being recruited by SPADE, she was the Chief,” I said.
“She has only been the chief for about 7 years by now,” Olga said.
“Okay that is beyond the time I knew about SPADE,” I said nodding. “As you were saying?”
“So, when I got stuck in the temporal displacement there was a big investigation by the higher ups. They asked for heads, they got those heads and she was put as the director.” Olga said.
“So, you in essence got her to that job?” I asked, and Olga nodded.
“Yes, and she knows that,” Olga said. “This is why I find it highly suspicious how she did not bother to tell you to come find me. With more time maybe I could have gotten you out of this loop by now… ah here we are.”
Olga had stopped in front of a door that said DONOT ENTER, AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY. I looked at her confused. She dug into her sports bra and pulled out a key card. To my surprise the door opened.
