SWNOVELS Chapter 7.5 The Leaves
The luminescent blue leaves make you do things you wouldn’t normally do. They affect the individual whose brain they meld into and they affect whoever is directly involved in the “accidents” they cause. However, they do not affect everyone they interact with in the same way.
They seem to be invisible to everyone except the members of the Theoth-E.R.S. organization, and Kay.
They look like an experiment between bioluminescent plants and bacteria. The Arabidopsis plant is the closest example that can be found in nature, and it is super small and found in lagoons that are protected from the open ocean.
Scientists have injected some plants with this material and have made them glow (albeit artificially). However, this is not one of those plants.
The plant we speak of adapts and evolves as needed.
