On February 5th Dane County, Wisconsin had its first case of COVID-19. Luckily, the individual was never hospitalized. By March 15th there were 9 people infected in Dane County alone. By April 20th that number was 386! This many people were infected within a one month time-frame in just Dane County. How many people in Wisconsin had it?

In case you are wondering; there were over 580,000 cases in Wisconsin alone in April. There are 5.82 million people in Wisconsin. Everyone says “it’s just the flu”, but it’s not. It’s like pneumonia and the flu got together and had a child. A child that can crystalize your lungs, put you on a ventilator, and kill you within a two week time frame. The elderly and immunodeficient are most susceptible, but this virus is new and nobody really knows who it can affect or how badly it can affect them.
