The monster left

I have learned so much

Remembering the happy

Grumpy, depressed and sad

I was the vessel

That received your mad

Honed in your fire

Cracks were welded strong

Holes in my soul

Filled with our heart song

From when we were young

There is always something

Good to give back to me

And put a joyous spring

Into steps of my journey

Still steady and adapting
