I Love You More Cade by Coral Hume ( Nydia and Jackson) Chapter 74
Chapter 74
Even if it was an interview and she was just a foil to him, Nydia sat there quietly. Her smile was stiff, but she still smiled from beginning to end.
After the interview ended, Cade was quickly invited away by a few big shots from overseas.
Nydia walked through the crowd with a glass of wine in her hand.
Unknowingly, she arrived at a large balcony on the sixth floor of the cruise ship.
Because everyone was gathered below the fifth floor, there was no one there.
It was just nice. She could enjoy the breeze in peace.
Nydia found a place to sit down and feel the sea breeze blow on her face and her curly waterfall–like hair.
Her mind was in a mess, and she was very annoyed.
She was about to call Tanya when footsteps sounded behind her.
Nydia turned around and saw Josephine, who had been very low–key for the past two days.
She was wearing a red fishtail dress. Her long black hair was tied up behind her head, and her makeup was exquisite.
Nydia was stunned for a few seconds before turning around and ignoring her.
Josephine did not seem to care at all. She walked straight over and sat beside Nydia.
A lighter being ignited sounded.
From the corner of her eye, Nydia saw Josephine light a cigarette for herself.
Nydia was not surprised that Josephine smoked. Her gentleness and obedience were just an act for Cade to see.
“Do you want one?” Joséphine handed her one.

Nydia said coldly, “No.”
Josephine put away her cigarette and started smoking alone.
She did not speak, and Nydia couldn’t be bothered to speak. The only sound on the terrace was the wind’s whooshing and the sound of waves.
“Nydia, you also love Cade, right?” Josephine suddenly asked. With a flick of her finger, she flicked the half–sucked cigarette butt into the deep sea.
Nydia did not know what was wrong with Josephine. She turned around and sneered. “Do you think everyone has to love him like you?”
“No one can not love him.” Josephine raised her hand and grabbed a handful of hair. Her palm rubbed off a piece of makeup on the side of her face, but she did not care at all. She continued, “But I love him the most! I can even give up my life for him.”
Nydia thought she was crazy and didn’t want to talk about these boring topics. with her. She turned around and did not look at her.
But Josephine clearly did not want to let her go. She added, “Cade must feel the same. That’s why he spoils me and has never scolded me, no matter what I do. He will give me whatever I want. Even if it’s the stars in the sky, he will pluck them for me.”
Nydia was left speechless by her words.
“I remember that I liked the desserts at a shop when we first got together, but that shop was very far away from my house. After Cade found out, he drove. for more than two hours every day to queue up to buy them for me.” Josephine fell into deep thought.
“There was another time when we went camping on the mountain. There were a lot of mosquitoes at night. Cade stayed outside my tent to chase the mosquitoes away. He didn’t sleep for the entire night. And…”
“Josephine, why are you telling me this?” Nydia interrupted her impatiently. “I’m not interested in your love history.”
Josephine suddenly laughed again. Her smile was especially smug and

ostentatious. “I want to tell you that it’s useless for you to love him because only loves me!”
Her words did not provoke Nydia at all because Nydia had long seen through this indisputable fact.
“Is that so? Are you sure?” Nydia smirked.
“Of course, I’m sure.” Josephine raised her chin and gave Nydia a sideways glance. “Otherwise, he wouldn’t have chosen to suppress the truth to protect me after knowing that I asked Joe Walton and his brother to rape you.”
Nydia’s eyes widened, and her body froze. “What did you say?”
Josephine turned around and saw Nydia’s pale face. She laughed happily. “What major mistake? That was just an excuse Cade made. The truth is that he was afraid that you would investigate me, so he found an excuse to let me go home to rest and avoid you. He also crippled the brothers to avenge me and to prevent you from investigating.”
Nydia gripped her cold fingertips tightly. His heart sank rapidly along with Josephine’s words, and she almost fell down.
“Did he tell you all this?” Nydia clenched her fists and glared at Josephine with bloodshot eyes.
“Yes,” Josephine answered naturally. It did not seem like she was lying at all.
However, she was lying. Cade found out the truth and suspended her
immediately that night. She only found out later that the two brothers had been crippled.
That was the first time in five years that Cade had been so angry at her. He had even warned her not to see him during the three months of suspension.
At one point, Josephine thought that Cade did not want her anymore, so she had a mental breakdown and took the medicine again.
“Nydia, look. Between you and me, Cade will choose me without hesitation.” Josephine raised her chin again, feeling extremely pleased with herself.

Nydia’s entire body was stiff. Her face was terrifyingly pale. Even if her hands were pinching her palms until they were almost bleeding, it could not ease the dull pain surging in her heart.
It was so painful that she was about to suffocate.
Even though she knew that Cade did not love her and did not care about her, she still trembled uncontrollably when Josephine said it bluntly.
“Tell me, what do you think he’ll do if it happens again?” Josephine suddenly asked.
Nydia did not understand what she meant and did not want to talk nonsense with her anymore.
She forced herself to stand up. She held onto the window and was about to leave when Josephine grabbed her.
“I heard that you don’t know how to swim?” Josephine asked with a smile, her eyes emitting a ferocious light.
Nydia was shocked and quickly retreated. However, Josephine’s grip was surprisingly strong. She ignored Nydia’s struggle and directly pulled Nydia to the outermost part of the balcony.
Nydia’s back slammed into the railing.
She gasped in pain as the cold, damp sea breeze lifted her hair and sent it flying upward.
Nydia turned around and felt dizzy. She almost screamed.
Behind them, the deep sea was like the bloody mouth of a monster, waiting for its prey to fall into its trap.
Nydia forced herself to calm down and tried to convince Josephine. “Josephine, calm down. Can we talk inside?”
However, Josephine did not listen to her at all. Her black hair was messy as it slapped her skinny and pale face. Her red dress was fierce, and she looked ferocious like a ghost.

“I don’t know how to swim, either,” she said to herself, her eyes on the sea beneath her, and she laughed. “Who do you think he’ll choose this time?”
As soon as she finished speaking, she turned around and clenched Nydia’s arm fiercely.
Nydia was so terrified that she even stopped breathing. Just when she thought that Josephine was going to drag her down, Josephine suddenly let go of her and jumped down from the railing.
“Plop!” A vortex appeared on the surface of the sea.
Everything happened too quickly. Nydia stared blankly at the air in front of her. A few seconds later, her legs went weak, and she fell to the ground.
She wanted to shout for help, but her throat seemed to be strangled, and she could not make a sound.
Her tears fell uncontrollably, and her entire body was numb.
She knocked on the window anxiously, desperately trying to attract the attention of passers–by.
At this moment, someone also noticed the movement on the surface of the sea and immediately shouted for help, “Someone fell down!”
A few seconds later, another plop sounded.
