“Don’t put yourself down like that” Alison urged Nydia with warmth in her voice “in just a year, I’ve picked up so much. Now, here I am, spearheading projects all by myself. Can you believe it? Seeing Nydia’s mood lighten, Alison breathed a sigh of relief. At St. Lawrence Hospital, a fleet of black cars, led by a Porsche, made an imposing entrance and halted department.
