I Am Unstoppable novel

Chapter 364

Chapter 364 Precious Friendship
Naturally, the friend Jonathan was referring to was none other than Wretched.
It was a being so great that even Tristan was helpless in its face.
All things considered, it was presently unrivaled on land.
Thus, Jonathan would have nothing to worry with it standing guard over the base in the future.
That aside, he also thought of Yareth. It was undoubtedly necessary for him to inform the latter regarding his decision to take on
such a massive undertaking.
After all, that was basic respect.
Before that, however, they needed to discuss and decide on a location for the base.
Elijah proposed, “Divine Realm is in Lostaria, so how about we go for Neogarus?”
Immediately, Lesley objected, “No, that won't work. It's too close to Divine Realm. If we were to really become rivals with them in
the future, things would be exceedingly difficult to handle. With some distance between us, we'll at least have more time to make
preparations. Furthermore, it's also inappropriate for us to do such a thing under their noses.”
Despite his usual gentle personality, he was an incredibly sharp-witted and wise person in reality.
Both Jonathan and Simon agreed with the man.
Simon proceeded to suggest, “What about Leyrudon?”
“Leyrudon is rather conspicuous. I've actually got a place in mind,” Jonathan chimed in.
“Where is it?” Simon asked.
“Eastsummer!” Jonathan replied.
“What kind of place is that?” Elijah's curiosity was promptly piqued.

Snickering, Lesley chided, “You should've studied instead of daydreaming. All your geography knowledge has gotten lost in your
dreams.”
Meanwhile, Simon's eyes lit up after he had mulled it over for a brief moment. “Indeed, Eastsummer is a great place!” he
exclaimed.
At the side, Elijah was wholly bewildered.
“How so, Simon?” he questioned.
Alas, Simon merely smirked without saying anything.
Instead, Lesley interjected, “Here, I'll tell you about it, silly. Eastsummer is located in Rodunst, and the tourism industry is
developed there. With its back to Alberbridge Range, hot springs are everywhere. In the east is the Periwinkle Eastsummer
Lake. Once winter hits, the lake's surface will be frozen three meters deep, making it the best open-air skating rink. The place is
suited for both attack and defense. That's why we say it's a great place.”
“So, we're deciding on Eastsummer for our base?” Jonathan confirmed.
“I agree,” Simon stated.
“Needless to say, I agree as well,” Lesley seconded.
“I agree, too,” Elijah declared.
As soon as he spoke, things turned amusing, and everyone dissolved into laughter.
“Since it's decided, we'll set out tomorrow. Check the route and see how we can reach Eastsummer fastest, Elijah,” Simon
ordered.
Used to being tasked with all mundane errands, Elijah agreed, “Got it, Simon.”
At that, Jonathan couldn't help lamenting, “Ah, how glad I am that I'm not the youngest among us. I've got a brother before me to
hold the fort and a brother after me to run the errands. Haha...”
Lesley likewise chortled. Conversely, Elijah wore an expression of resentment.
Despite the teasing and horsing around, Elijah was actually incredibly attached to Simon, Lesley, and Jonathan.

Never would he forget the kindness Jonathan showed him on the deserted island.
After the meal, Jonathan gave Yareth a call.
Yareth was over the moon upon hearing about the man's plan. He offered, “You'll need money to build your own base and
career. The Harrington family has some savings over the years and can sponsor one point five billion.”
“Then, I shall graciously accept, Grandpa,” Jonathan murmured.
Chuckling, Yareth boomed, “This is more like it!” He paused momentarily before adding, “You'll need someone to help handle the
many trivial things cropping up when you're out there. How about this? I'll have Bruce go over to lend you a hand.”
At once, Jonathan declined, “That won't do, Grandpa. He has to take care of you.”
“I'll be fine over here,” Yareth countered. Pausing briefly, he asked, “Don't tell me you think I'm arranging for him to go over to
keep an eye on you?”
“Absolutely not, Grandpa. It's just that Bruce is already advanced in years. You're not perturbed about him serving you, but
truthfully, I'm slightly uncomfortable with it,” Jonathan explained.
Hearing that, Yareth guffawed and concurred, “Well, that's true.”
After the phone call with Yareth, Jonathan rang Mabel up.
He frankly told her about his plan to go to Eastsummer tomorrow to establish his own base and career.
“So fast?” Surprise flooded Mabel.
“Men are the kind of people to act straight away. What's the point in procrastinating?” Jonathan remarked.
“I'll go with you,” Mabel volunteered.
“Forget it if you're busy. But if you've got too much time to kill and want to go for fun, that's fine,” Jonathan answered.
“Why are you making it sound so awful when I'm offering to help, brat?” Mabel huffed.
Jonathan gave a chuckle before relenting, “Okay, it's decided, then. I'll count you in.”
“Those who don't know better would assume that you're going to treat me to a meal,” Mabel teased.

In response, Jonathan sniggered.
Seeing that the man had wholly let go of the troubles weighing on him, Mabel became optimistic again. Inwardly, she breathed a
sigh of relief.
Subsequently, Jonathan suggested, “How about having dinner with us tonight? I'll introduce my sworn brothers to you.”
“Sure!” Mabel assented.
At two o'clock in the afternoon, Elijah went to Jonathan's room to seek the man out.
Catching sight of him, Jonathan smirked and quipped, “Are you here to discuss picking up girls with me?”
With a chortle, Elijah riposted, “That's not for you, Jonathan! Who asked you to get married so early? I want to take you out to
pick up girls, but I'm afraid that Catherine would kill me.”
At that, Jonathan cracked up. He pulled Elijah down for a seat, then wrapped an arm around the latter's shoulder in a gesture of
camaraderie.
“What do you want to drink, Elijah? I'll serve you today,” Jonathan announced.
In a flash, Elijah understood the man's intentions. Usually, everyone ordered him around. Jonathan couldn't quite speak up about
it, but in private, he still wanted to make it up to Elijah.
“Jonathan, my greatest achievement in my entire life is to have the few of you as sworn brothers. Although Simon and Lesley
often order me around, I know that they truly regard me as a brother,” Elijah asserted fervently.
When Jonathan heard that, relief suffused him, and he knew that he had overthought things.
Thereafter, Elijah started, “Oh yes, I came for a purpose.” Having said that, he took out three elixir pills.
“These are the elixir pills we gained after completing the mission this time. They're Precious Pills, and there are a total of ten of
them. Simon, Lesley, and you get three each while I get one.”
Immediately, Jonathan sensed a strong bond of brotherhood. “But... I didn't do anything. How could I take three pills? Just give
me a single pill.”

Grabbing his hand, Elijah urged, “My cultivation level doesn't matter, Jonathan. I've got you all, and you'll look after me. Besides,
I don't have much ambition. However, it's different for you, for you need it. Therefore, don't decline, okay?”
Jonathan sensed the man's sincerity distinctly. Ultimately, he didn't argue further but accepted the elixir pills.
Following that, a pleased smile bloomed on Elijah's face.
Then, he divulged, “By the way, Jonathan, there's actually something bothering Simon all this while, but he never mentions it. I
know it's related to Heavenly Rebirth Alliance.”
Pausing for a moment, he continued, “I'm sure you're also aware of his profound hatred toward Heavenly Rebirth Alliance,
Jonathan. His greatest wish and goal in life is to destroy the alliance. In the past, there had always been a virus within him. It was
Heavenly Rebirth Alliance's method to keep him under their control. But at present, he has already attained Celestial Soul and
consumed many elixir pills, so he has already eliminated the virus.”
“I get it now. You want us to help him obliterate Heavenly Rebirth Alliance first, right?” Jonathan queried.
“I really want to help him fulfill his wish. Regretfully, I've got no idea where exactly Heavenly Rebirth Alliance is or its capabilities,”
Elijah admitted.
“Okay. I got it. We'll discuss it together when we have dinner tonight!” Jonathan replied.
Grinning, Elijah exclaimed, “Great! You might not know this, but he cares about your opinion the most despite the cold
expression he wears.”
In truth, Jonathan had long since perceived that.
“Anyway, keep this in mind, Jonathan. I'll be leaving, then,” Elijah murmured.
Jonathan nodded in acknowledgment.
After Elijah had left, he sat cross-legged and popped the three elixir pills into his mouth with his mind free of all distractions.
It went without saying that their grade couldn't compare to that of an Immortal Pill or Heaven Pill.
Moreover, their efficacy swiftly disappeared upon entering his body, just like a pebble falling into the ocean.

Nonetheless, Jonathan wasn't at all surprised. He knew that attaining the consummate state of Celestial Soul would mean
having all the cells within him reach peak level.
At that time, his body would no longer require nutrients. Then, the nutrients would be supplied to his brain for the development of
brain cells.
Currently, his state necessitated him to keep feeding his body with elixir pills.
It was equivalent to filling his body with water. Only when it was full would the water flow to his brain.
That was the principle of the matter.
In the cultivation stages before the Celestial Soul, there were still many more emotions and vitalities to grasp.
At the end of the day, actual combat experience was the key in determining the outcome of a battle.
If one had a weak foundation in the cultivation stages below Celestial Soul, one would end up below a Level Five Divine Master,
unable to even attain early-stage Celestial Soul.
Fortunately, both Jonathan and Simon had great foundations.
Right then, they needed nothing else but infinite elixir pills.
As long as there were enough elixir pills, the process would naturally be smooth sailing.
That night, Jonathan asked everyone to Royal Well for dinner, reserving a private room there.
Everyone arrived on time. Mabel attended in a long elegant black dress.
She was already at Level Eight of Divine Master, way ahead of them all.
For that reason, no one dared to be disrespectful before her.
On top of that, she was Jonathan's friend, and that guaranteed their respect.
When everyone had taken their seats, Jonathan solemnly introduced Mabel.
As expected, Mabel wasn't haughty in the least.

After that, Jonathan introduced Simon and the others to Mabel.
“I've been through life and death with Mabel. The same goes for Simon, Lesley, and Elijah. My life is worth living with you all in
it!” Jonathan declared somberly.
Simon wasn't one to wear his heart on his sleeve, so he said nothing to that, merely murmuring, “Sit down.”
They all took their seats once more.
Again, Jonathan began, “Today, Mabel isn't an outsider here. Simon, you've already seen her cultivation level. I only want to ask
you this question—can we all wipe out Heavenly Rebirth Alliance together?”
