Hey, My Twins Babies

Chapter 110 Pretended to Meet by Chance

It made Winnie's heart ache to hear what Vanessa said. Her younger sister should had the greatest regret because she wasn't there when a funeral was held for their parents. "Are you okay?"

Winnie asked with uncertainty.

Although they had already passed the spot where the accident happened before they talked, she could tell that Vanessa was nervous. If they went to pay respect to their parents now, Winnie was really worried that Vanessa would have a breakdown.

"It's ok. I miss them."

Vanessa wouldn't be able to finish her words if she didn't try hard to restrain her emotions

Winnie drove directly to the graveyard with Vanessa.

The moment Vanessa saw the tombs of their parents, Winnie couldn't say a word, directly knelt down and cried loudly.

"Dad...Mom...I'm back. I finally get up the courage to come back to see you now. I'm m sorry...I'm sorry...I even didn't attend your funeral. Dad. Mom...I'm sorry."

Vanessa cried in an extremely sad way and said broken words to apologize. Feeling guilty and missing her parents, she finally came back.

Five years ago, she witnessed her father passed away. She was so frightened by the tragedy that she didn't shed a tear. When her mother passed away, to prevent her from being frightened, Winnie prohibited her from attending the funeral. Finally, it caused a lifelong regret for her.

After having lived with this regret for five years, how could she not be so sad when she saw the tombs of her parents?

"Dad. Mom... I'm sorry...I miss you. Why did you leave me?"

Vanessa cried extremely sadly with her face being stained with tears. Winnie stood beside her and wept.

Then she crouched down, held her younger sister into her arms and comforted her.

"It's ok. Seeing you. Dad and mom would rest in peace. Don't cry anymore. They'll be sad if they see you being so sad."

"I feel really sorry. I'm not a good daughter."

Vanessa had an emotional breakdown and couldn't stop crying at all.

"You're a good daughter. Your studying hard and living a happy life in the future will be the best reward for dad and mom. Don't cry, Winnie. I know that you're the strongest."

Winnie knew that Vanessa had been feeling guilty these years, so she wanted her to cry and vent her emotion. However, worried that she would suffer a relapse, Winnie had to comfort her.

After crying for a long time, Vanessa finally calmed down a little. And they didn't leave the graveyard until it was almost time to pick up the children.

"Sister, don't worry about me. I'm fine. I can overcome the psychological obstacle."

Finding that Winnie was worried about her, Vanessa comforted Winnie.

"That's great. I feel much relieved now. Drink some water and change your mood. When you see Megan later, don't cry."

Winnie took a deep breath. Seeing that Vanessa wasn't in a bad state, she was somewhat relieved.

"Hmm. I won't cry in the presence of Megan, otherwise she will laugh at me."

Speaking of Megan, Vanessa was finally in a better mood.

When they arrived at the gate of the kindergarten, the kids happened to come out of the kindergarten in line.

Megan saw Winnie, but didn't see Vanessa. Not knowing that Vanessa came here today, Megan didn't notice that Vanessa was standing beside Winnie. When Megan came closer, she suddenly saw Vanessa and bounced excitedly to Vanessa the next second.

"Auntie..."

"Megan, my sweetheart. I miss you so much."

Vanessa was very happy, picked Megan up and kissed her with force as if she were saying that she missed Megan very much in this way.

"I miss you, too..."

Megan failed to restrain her emotions and danced for joy even if she was held in Vanessa's arms.

Luke came close to Winnie and took her hand. Although he didn't know who Vanessa was, he was also happy because Megan was happy. "Auntie, who is this elder sister?"

Luke asked curiously.

"You should call her Auntie. She's my younger sister and Megan's Auntie. Therefore, you should also call her Auntie."

Winnie felt sad while explaining to him. He should be loved by Vanessa like Megan. Poor boy. How could she compensate him for the love he missed?

"Well, Megan, leave Vanessa's arms and stand on the ground. Auntie had just taken a plane, so she's tired."

As Winnie said, she held Megan into her arms and put her on the ground. It was not until then did Winnie notice that there was a handsome little boy standing beside Winnie with whom he seemed to have a good relationship.

"Sister, who is this child?"

Vanessa asked in doubt, but there was a surprised expression in her eyes,

Why did she feel surprised? Because this kid shared a lot of similarities with Megan and also had some similarities with Winnie.

"He is Megan's classmate. Something came up at his home, so he lives in our house for the time being."

There were too many people, so Winnie could only put it simply.

Then, she took Luke's hand and said.

"Luke, greet Auntie."

"Hello, Auntie. My name is Luke. You can call me Luke."

Luke greeted her politely.

"Hello, you're so handsome. I'm going to fall in love with you."

Vanessa crouched down and Hugged Luke.

"I like Auntie, too."

Finding that Vanessa was kind to him, Luke soon liked her. In his opinion, members of Winnie's family were very loving and easy to get along with. "Well, let's go home first."

After Winnie said that, they all got on the car and went home.

Vanessa was surprised the moment she just opened the door.

Looking at the luxurious decoration and finding that it was a duplex apartment, Vanessa couldn't believe what she had saw.

"Sister, your new company is so generous, offering such a luxurious house to employees. I'll study hard and work in your company in the future, too."

Vanessa said enviously with surprise in her eyes.

"Hmm, the company I work in offers excellent benefits."

Winnie could only answer in this way. Anyway, she couldn't say that she was the only one in the company who lived in such a big house offered by the company. "Follow me. I'll take you to your room."

As Winnie said, she carried Vanessa's suitcase and walked towards the stairs. Soon, Vanessa took the suitcase from her.

"Let me carry it. I can do it myself."

Vanessa followed Winnie excitedly with two kids behind her.

After coming to the room she would live in for the time being, Vanessa was surprised again because the design of this room was after her heart.

"Sister, you know me so well and you know what I like. You must have prepared this room for me yourself."

She was both delighted and touched.

"Yes, I designed this room and I applied the warm colors you like."

Winnie said with a smile. Vanessa's liking this room was a reward for her.

This bedroom was originally a children's bedroom. It was very large and spacious, so it was big enough even if Vanessa rest and studied here. There was a private cloakroom and private bathroom in this bedroom, so it was very convenient for Vanessa to live in this room.

The wallpaper, curtains, bed sheets and even the dolls on the bed were pink, which were prepared by Winnie specially. One reason why Winnie decorated the room like this was that Vanessa liked the pink color. The other reason was that items of warm colors could comfort Vanessa mentally and made her feel warm and safe.

"I like it. I love it very much! I feel as if I had suddenly become a Princess. Thank you!"

"You're welcome. But we just live here for the time being. Later, I'll buy a house for you."

Winnie was serious. No matter what, she had to give Vanessa a home as long as she wanted to live in B City.

"It's good enough!"

Vanessa was very excited. Winnie always claimed that she lived a wealthy life in B City, but Vanessa had never expected that Winnie could live such a wealthy life. It was really great.

"Have a rest now. Unpack your belongings at night. Later, we'll go out for a western food."

Since Vanessa loved western food most, Winnie would of course take her have some.

"We're going to have western food tonight!"

It was Megan who was happy because she also liked western food. However, Winnie was too busy and couldn't take her out often. Today, her Auntie came back and she could have a good time, too. They arrived at the western restaurant in which they had booked a table in advance. It was a high-end restaurant with elegant environment. It was the first time that Vanessa had come to such a high-end western restaurant.

After sitting down, Winnie asked for their opinions and then ordered. Then, they waited for the waiter and waitress to sever them the food.

"Sister, Luke has a good relationship with you. Won't he miss his parents when he lives in your house?"

Vanessa asked in a low voice.

"Luke's the son of the President of the company I work for. Besides, it's also the company that make it possible for Megan to attend that kindergarten. Therefore, the kids get along with each other very well." Since Vanessa is very curious, Winnie had to explain roughly to her. Otherwise, Vanessa would be suspicious if she heard something from the kids.

Winnie continued to say.

"Luke's mother was sick and couldn't take care of him for the time being. Therefore, I took the initiative to take him home and take care of him for a while."

It wasn't that Winnie wanted to take the opportunity to curse Penny. She just couldn't think of any other excuse. She could only convinced Vanessa with this excuse

"Oh, my God. This little boy has such a powerful family! It appears that he is super rich."

Vanessa felt surprised again and therefore ignored that Luke's mommy was sick.

"Yes, he has family that is more powerful than that of any other people."

But he was poor and lived a terrible life.

Winnie could tell no one but herself these words.

"Winnie, what a coincidence!"

Just after Winnie finished her words, she heard a familiar voice. Winnie raised her head and became a little panicky.

"Why are you here?"

It seemed that Winnie was scared by these men. She looked at them in a daze.

"Daddy, do you come here for western food, too?"

"Hello, uncle."

Luke and Megan greeted Brian at the same time. They were very happy to see Brian and thought that Brian and Winnie had agreed to have western food together here in advance. Vanessa looked at the four handsome straight men, feeling puzzled. In her opinion, it was the man who was the leader that was the most eye-catching.

He was tall, domineering and awe-inspiring. Although he wore a cold expression, he happened to be just like the hero in the novels.

But who was this man? Winnie knew him; Megan knew him; and Luke called her daddy...

Was he the President Winnie mentioned and the rich daddy of Luke? Yes, he must be.

"Winnie, Mr. Bennet treats us to western food today. What a surprise to meet you here."

It was the first time for Albert not to talk in a serious manner. In fact, he was not good at telling such a lie. However, he had no choice but to tell this lie because Brian was beside him. Hearing what Albert said, Winnie understood what was going on. Then she looked at Brian. Their eyes met. Winnie dropped him hint, asking him not to make trouble. However... "Since we happen to meet, just eat together."

After saying that, Brian sat down beside Winnie. Then, Albert, Calvin and Morgan all sat down.
