Her Undeniable Temptation

Zoe’s heart was thumping very hard beneath her chest, the deed had already been done but she wondered why she felt shocked and perplexed? This was her initial first k**s, She was almost freaking out because no guy had attempted to k**s her before.

She wondered if she should even assume this was a first k**s? This was just a k**s inflicted by the little jiggling of the storeroom. ”I’m so sorry Zoe!” Luke’s voice came. Zoe wondered why he was sorry. Was he angry that the storeroom jiggled and she was a mistake that he didn’t mean to k**s? Zoe wondered if he regretted everything that just happened?

‘Of course dumbhead, he was sorry because the k**s wasn’t supposed to happen.’

Zoe opened the storeroom before running towards the restroom, she could hear Luke chasing after her as he kept roaring on her name loudly. Zoe didn’t know why she felt this way! She felt used and bittered for no reason.

She attained one of the vacant privies before sitting down on the available sitter. She touched her face, she could feel the watery substance. Zoe wondered why she had to cry over something this little. I mean Luke was just her stepmom’s son! She tapped her heart to stop whatever dirty thing it was thinking.

She could hear some sounds inside the restroom, she guessed some girls came to use the restrooms as well. ”I think Zoe is trying to be a big slut?” One of the girls said. Zoe wondered why her name was being mentioned as the slut? Have they mistaken her for Lisa?

She thought further.

This is just the first day of resumption and she was already being gossiped about already. She hit the flush button before walking out. She walked past the girls to the loo roll holder. ”Zoe, don’t get your hopes up?” It was from one of Lisa’s friends! No wonder they were boldly calling her a slut.

Zoe just stared at her before walking out of the restrooms. She had no time for people like her anymore, all that she desired was to finish high school and go to college. Was that too simple for their blocked head to understand? She strolled into the class to notice Dora.

”Why weren’t you practical in chemistry?” Dora asked with Sarcasm laced in her speech. ”I’m so sorry Dora,” Zoe apologized as she walked past her before sitting on her empty seat. ”What’s wrong with you Zoe? You know you can talk to me right?” Dora assured.

Zoe contemplated whether to tell her boyfriend or not. I mean Carly had never betrayed her but instead, she had stood up for her.

“Dora?” Zoe called as she bit the bottom of her lips. ”Yeah, I’m listening to you Zoe, don’t keep me in the dark for long.” Dora said.

”Luke and I kissed but I don’t know whether to call it a k**s?” Zoe muttered, staring at her friend to find the right way to express her mood.

”Zoe, when I said you could find a boyfriend during Mr. Mark’s class, I never meant you should date your cousin or k**s him?” Dora said, all looking shocked.

”I mean, It was all a mistake?” Zoe said feeling embarrassed. ”and Dora he…,” she was going to say but they were interrupted by Bella.

”Hey guys?” she said, staring at Zoe and Dora.

”Hi,” they both replied in unison.

”Thank you for your assistance a while ago!” she said, staring at Zoe.

”No! No, no. I just did that with no need for a thank you.” Zoe explained. ”I’m Bella William, what about you guys?” She asked. ”I am Dora Luggard and this is my Best Friend Zoe Zanders.” Dora said.

”I’m having a party later today after school, do you guys maybe want to come?” Bella asked. Zoe was about to say she couldn’t make it but Dora was faster in deciding for both of them. ”I mean yes, we will attend your party.” Dora said with a beaming smile.

”Hey Zoe?” Zoe knew that voice.

Dora gazed at me like she was saying, what going on with all the dudes talking to you? ”Hey, Rico?” Zoe mumbled.

”This is Dora Luggard, my Bestfriend, and the Alpha’s daughter. And this is Bella William, she is also new and all.” Zoe finally said.

”Hey, Rico?” they both said in unison with a simple wave.

”I am inviting friends over to my party, would you like to come?” Bella asked Rico, all nervous and shy. Before Rico could say anything Bella had interrupted him.

”Zoe is also coming, don’t tell me you want to miss my party?” She finally said. Zoe wondered why she did that? ”Sure, I would make it.” Rico said, smiling at Zoe.

It was already time for lunch as students rushed to the cafeteria. They all headed to the cafeteria as Zoe noticed Alex seated at the extreme end of the cafeteria.

She felt awful and pitied him so much. She knew he needed none of that but she just couldn’t help it because she knew the pain she felt when her mother died. She was going to take her gaze away but he had already caught her staring.

She almost tripped but Bella was quick to clench her before she could hit the floor. ”Are you okay?” She asked.

”Yes, Sure.” Zoe replied with a slight smile.

Finally, the school was over, and Like wasn’t in all the classes she had attended, it was all a relief. passing most students going home. All they chatted about was Bella’s party, Dora had asked her to drop by her house so they could go to the party together.

Zoe hasn’t asked her dad yet or mum and she didn’t want to go because she obviously disliked the crowd for Goodness Sake.

She dropped by the bakery where she worked. She went to the available storeroom to change! Rico’s shift was tomorrow so he was automatically free of any work at the bakery today. Her phone biped inside her pocket, she dipped her hand to see a message from an unknown number.

Unknown: can we talk?

Zoe wondered who sends a message without an explanation of who they are? She glanced at the message one last time before putting her phone back into her trouser compartment.

Finally, her shift was over by 5: 30 PM. She took her phone out to text her dad and mom.

Dad: Dad I would like to drop by at Dora’s place, I might be late because we have some assignments to finish up.

mum: I do like to drop by Dora, I promise to make it early. I love you.

She pressed the send button before putting her phone in her pocket. She climbed her bicycle as she rode to Dora’s residence. Zoe became alarmed when she noticed a car following her from behind.

She decided to go through the shorter road so the car could get lost but it kept following her.

” oh shit, damn it.” She mumbled in frustration. Zoe found a corner and hid so the person could evacuate but the person seemed reluctant.

Zoe instantly decided to shift into her wolf after a long time. She peeped to see if the car had left and it had left. She was glad that she couldn’t find the car any longer, causing her to shift back to her human form. She almost screamed when a hand tapped her from behind.

“Holy shit,” she yelled before swirling to notice who was there.

“What are you doing here?” She asked with widened eyes.
