I entered in mom's room. There she was laying on bed like a wooden log. Differemt tubes were connected with her heart, nose and fimgers. She cant move nor talk. She was like a lifeless body.

"Mom, I have brought her home. You will see how I will torture her and make her suffer." I kissed her hand and tears dropped from my cheeks to her hands. She opened her eyes and looked at me with sparkling eyes.

She could only blink her eyes. Due to Arthur Brown my mother is in this situation. I will make him suffer. I wiped my tears and left from there. If I stay here I will lose control on my anger and rip that silly girl into tiny pieces. Not now, this is not the time. I want to shatter her heart, soul and body to the extent that no one will be able to mend her.

"Feed mom and give her medicines." I ordered to nurse who I have hired to take care of mom. I went upstairs to change. •Amy POV.

Mom and dad must be worried I need to call them. I grab my phone from side table of bed and dialled mom's number.

"Sweetheart! How have you been? Did you have your lunch dear?" Aww, my mom sounds so worried. I love her alot.

"I am fine mom. Nope, i just got off and I am feeling so tired." I yawned at the end of my sentence. Mom was about to say something when Edin barge in. Danm this man has no manners.

"You should be pumctual. Come downstairs for lunch" he smirked and went out. Shit! He did it on purpose. Now what I will say to mom.

"Its been only 3-4 days and you are living wirh a man. Amy how could you be so careless. Didnt I told you to not trust people blindly?" Mom starts scolding me.

"Relax mom. He is my boss Edin.

Actually I am his secretory so he I asked me to shift in his house and thought it was convinient for me. My apartment was of at larger distance from office. There is nothing more than it. I promise." I explained to her and relaxed a bit. Content, belongs to FindNovel.net

"Princess dont trust him. Lock your door before you went to sleep and keep knife under your pillow in case if he tries to harm you. Try to keep distance from your boss." This time dad was adding some sense in me.

"Okay. Okay. I will do as you both say. Now tell me how are you both and what about my grumpy brother?" I asked sitting straight on bed.

"We are fine dear. And for your brother he is still in office." Mom sighed. I know she worried alot about us. We chit chat for some more time and ended the call.

I decide to eat lunch then i will take a nap. I dragged my tired body out of bed and walked to dining table. All the dishes were my favorite. But I did not ask coz I dont want to hurt my ego.

I was done with lunch and was about to run upstairs when Edin stopped me suddenly. I looked at him confused.

"What?" I asked and took steps backward while he moved close to me. I reached the end and my back hit the cold wall making me shiver.

"You forgot to clean your

mouth"Edin's voice was husky and he rubbed his thumb on corners of my mouth. God what was that. I felt a jolt of electric current passing through my lower abdomen making me-shiver.

I instantly pushef him and ran upstairs to my room and closing the door behind me. I put my both hands on my throbing heart and tried to calm myself. Z
