Chapter 33
Chapter 33 King Timodore's Dream
Preparing for the upcoming opening of the Knostican palace and surprise party for Queen Asalea, King Timodore could feel his pulse beating in excitement. He wanted to see his wife's eyes glow with happiness and excitement too.
As he laid his back on their bed to sleep, he glanced at his sleeping Queen beside him once more before closing his eyes with happy thoughts in his mind.
In the middle of his sleep, King Timodore has been visited by a surprising dream. In his dream, Queen Asalea is on her back while standing on their palace's balcony, looking at the vastness of the mountainous place in front of her..
As she slowly turns her back to face him, her face glows as she holds her belly then gently caressed it. King Timodore's eyes narrowed as he noticed Queen Asalea's belly started to swell up until it reached its maximum and exploded.
King Timodore woke up with fears in his heart. He immediately looked at his sleeping wife and caress her face, while thinking about his dream.
That dream is telling King Timodore of one thing. He has the ability to foresee things through his dreams. An ability that saved him and his Kingdom from many upcoming dangers before.
"My Queen might soon be bearing our child." King Timodore murmured with a little fear yet excitement in his heart. He kissed her lips gently, not wanting to awaken her.
He knew for a fact that if his Queen is indeed pregnant, she will carry their child on her belly for fourteen weeks or sometimes until fifteen weeks, vampire women are like that, unlike human women that would usually carry their child to be for around nine months or thirty-six months.
During pregnancy, Queen Asalea will be on her weakest form. Pregnant vampires usually experience excessive nausea and vomiting, known as hyperemesis gravidarum.
With those in thoughts, King Timodore suddenly felt pity for his sleeping wife.

On the day of the opening of the new Knostican Palace, Queen Asalea woke up with a heavy head; nausea is filling her whole being. She was swaying as she tried to stand up.
King Timodore noticed her wife's uneasiness. He immediately carried her and put her on the bed again, with his heart was beating fast.
"Why my queen? Are you not feeling well?" King Timodore asked.
"I just feel a little dizzy my love but I guess it was just because of my immediate action of standing when I woke up. Let me take a little rest." Queen Asalea smiled faintly to her husband whose face has been plastered with worries.
My Queen, I hope you will be fine. I have arranged a dinner date for us tonight, you know, it's been quite a while that I have not dined you out for a date." He winked at her.
"Hmm, really? Oh wow, I will be okay in a while, my love. I am excited about that dinner date and hmm, I hope we can watch a movie thereafter." She giggled as she looked at her husband.
"I will think about the movie my love." Jokingly, King Timodore stated making Queen Asalea frown.
"Movie, movie, movie or... shopping." Queen Asalea repeatedly and teasingly said.
"We will my Queen, just make yourself fine tonight, okay?" The King said while giving her a quick kiss on her lips.
Queen Asalea nodded smilingly even though nausea hit her again. "I will be fine tonight."
"Good, then take a rest first. I will go out and ask someone to tell the dining staff to bring us our breakfast here," he stated and was about to stand up when Queen Asalea stopped him.
"Stay for a while, husband, I just wanted to hug you, please." She then embraced him tightly and showered his face with small kisses.
King Timodore smiled and surmised on something. "Hmm, why is it that you seemed to like me so much these past days, my love?" he chuckled while speaking. He cupped her face with a hint of mischief in his eyes.
Queen Asalea giggled as she pinched his nose. "Only these past days? I think I have been letting you feel how much I like you since we got married."
King Timodore kissed her lovingly while in his mind, his dream suddenly popped up.
