(Book 5)- Chapter 20
Trinity’s POV
I heard the rustling of the sheets earlier, but my heavy eyes wouldn’t even flutter. I lay in the bed, trying to ready my body like a computer. I needed a whole system shut down and reboot, and if I live another day like the past two days, I think I might need to control, alt, delete myself. It could have been a few hours later, maybe minutes, but my body heaved out of bed in no time.
Instead of seeing my two strong “alphas” next to me, the bed was bare and cold. Did I scare them off that badly last night? I tutted, folding my arms over my chest. At least they didn’t strip me and put me in my pajamas or make me shower. That would have been the cherry on the top of the whole ordeal.
I never asked if there was any more to them, other than that they were werewolves, vampires, witches, and probably some other fairytale creatures. I thought that was all the information I needed, but they left out something important. They were damn alphas. Since there were two of them, did that mean Alpha Big Paw had to adhere to everything they said?
My stomach growled, and on cue, two of my shameless puppies came walking in the door. Their heads were a bit bowed, and their electric blue eyes pulled me in like they always did. They looked adorable, and I wanted to coo at them for being such good boys and bringing me breakfast, but I held to my anger and my cooing.
“Alright, spill it.” Theon brought the food tray and sat it between my legs. There was enough food on my plate to feed a small army. No way I was eating all that. I took the fork, stabbed into a hunk of scrambled eggs, and provided a piece to Theon, then to Thaddeus and me.
“We should do that,” Thaddeus mumbled. He pulled the fork from me and tried to feed me. Clamping my mouth shut, I shook my head.
“Alpha’s, huh?” Answers were to be had, and it looked mid-morning now. Milking all the information out of them will undoubtedly be interesting.
“We know you are mad,” Theon explained. “There is a lot to tell, so we want to take you on a walk through the woods- to the lake.” I opened my mouth, and Thaddeus shoved a mouthful of eggs in.
“Like a date?” I said, incredulously chewing my food. These alpha men needed to pull up their britches; everything was a*s-backward.
“You can think of it that way,” Theon cracked his knuckles. “Listen, we didn’t want to meet you this way; it all happened fast. The bears threw us off and s**t. Give us a chance?” My heart thumped three long beats. Those lashes were long, even for a male, and it only made his bright blue eyes stand out all the more. Thaddeus’ breathing had slowly stopped, and I missed the spicy leather scent that came from his mouth.
“Alright, I sighed.”
…
The woods were thick around these parts. It mainly was a National Wildlife Preserve, and we had somehow crossed the Canadian border. Human borders don’t matter around here, just the wolve ones. We walked for a good thirty minutes; Thaddeus was ever so sweet, making sure I didn’t trip and fall on a log. They treated me like a fragile doll and babied me the entire way. Some women would find that absolutely abhorrent, but when all the males in your life cut you down, you appreciate it.
After a few more minutes of walking, animals running away in fear at the sight of two big Alpha wolves, we came to the lake. It was crystal clear; you could see every colored stoned in the lake. “It’s so beautiful,” I whispered. Theon took my hand and helped guide me to a soft moss patch just a few yards away. The bag they carried held a king-sized blanket because, why not?
Pulling out some wine, and I mean the good stuff from Italy, I clapped my hands unceremoniously. “Aww, you remember my complaining!” Theon threw a smile my way.
“Of course, we did. We will always pay attention to our mate.” Blushing at his words, I tipped the wine glass back into my mouth. Bursts of sweet wine decorated my pallet, and I sighed in relief. This was the taste of my home. Old home, no longer home. Mother, it reminded me of mother. She was the only home.
Shaking what was left of my sadness, I looked up at my boys, both sitting like patient puppies. They were my puppies. I held in a laugh and cleared my throat. “You both have stalled long enough, explain.”
Then, the more talkative and political one of the two crossed his legs and sat nervously before me. He grabbed one hand, and Thaddeus held the other.
“We are alphas; we will have a pack when we return to our home with you.” Thaddeus shifted uncomfortably. “You would be our Luna and help us rule the pack. I think Lenhi was trying to pull out some inner Luna intuition, but when we haven’t even told you what it was, it only made things worse.” Theon scratched the back of his head, fiddling with a few strands of his dark hair.
So far, I was on board. Alpha needs Luna; I’m going to be their Luna. As scary as it sounds, there has to be some sort of handbook. After yesterday’s enlightening moment with Lenhi and helping her give birth, I can do anything if I can do that. Except for the one thing that is tearing me apart inside.
“There’s more,” Thaddeus interrupted my thoughts. My face had been purposefully left expressionless while my hands were sweaty and clammy. So much for being stoic.
Theon scooted closer to me, pulling me into his chest. “We are princes of the Moon Kingdom in another realm called Bergarian.” My breath caught in my throat, but I didn’t faint. Not going to do the princess fainting s**t like I did two days ago. No, sir, I wasn’t.
Heck, nothing surprises me anymore. The world I had known to be Earth was nothing but a lie, now there is another world that houses a nation of shifters, werewolves, and gods knows what. I’m supposed to be mated to two werewolves princes too. Sure, why not? Let’s roll with it.
“Uh, is that it?”
Please say that is it.
“There’s more to it, but in a nutshell, yeah, that’s it.” Thaddeus cups my face and places a k**s on my forehead. Automatically sighing, feeling their touch was soothing, calming, and relaxing.
“Are you alright?” Theon nudges me while I contemplate.
“Yes, I am,” I bit my l*p. “Does that mean you both will be kings?” Thaddeus snorted, Theon huffing a laugh.
“Thank the goddess. No, we are third in line. Our sister will take the throne in five hundred years or so. Whenever mom wants to give it up. Then there is Mia, who is currently ruling over the Warrior Pack, our father’s bloodline. She doesn’t want it, and her mate is so far up her butt that he will do anything for her.” Theon trails on, Thaddeus tickles the palm of my hand with his finger.
“Anyway, she wants to be some diplomatic representative in some kingdom. She was holding onto the title until we found our mate.”
“That was nice of her,” I muttered.
“It was; she’s really over it right now. Marco and her butt heads a lot at the beginning on how to run the pack since he was actually the substitute Alpha for a time. She ended up getting him demoted back to Beta like he was under our father. Then she took on the Alpha role. Mia and Marco being mates was the funniest s**t I had ever seen growing up. Such drama. They work together fine now that they are mated, but boy was dinner ever awkward on Sundays.”
I laughed hearing about her siblings. They sounded like a fun group of wolves. Theon looked to the sky, cursing under his breath. “I’ve got to meet Alpha Big Paw at the borders and talk to Alpha Scott, the bear alpha. Those fuckers are going to pay,” growl ripped through his chest. My hand automatically went to his arm.
“Just let it be. I’m safe now, and we won’t be staying here too long, right? I’m sure you want to go home, and I have nothing left here anyway.” My heart was crushed to hear the words come out of my mouth, but it was true. I had nothing left here. My own siblings listened to my father, and they were much older than me. Asking for help from them would be stupid since I never really knew them.
“We do have a mission while we are here,” Thaddeus kissed my temple again. I scooted closer to him while Theon started stripping his clothes. “We will talk about it when Theon gets back.” Theon burst through his boxer briefs and sprinted off into the woods. I would never get over how a grown man could just rip his skin off like that and hop off in the woods like a rabid animal.
Thaddeus’ POV
I have mate, alone. Purring deep within my chest, Trinity leaned back, laying on me like the perfect recliner. The sun was high in the sky, meaning it was a bit past noon. The days continued to get shorter here as the fall season wore on, especially up in the northern lands of Canada. My nose instantly went to Trinity’s neck. Her gingerbread smell aroused me. I had to control myself from grinding into her a*s all the night before. I was the big spoon last night if anyone could tell.
“Thank you for telling me everything,” Trinity mumbled; she knew I could hear her.
“It was a lot, we thought keeping that from you would be best, but I see you like to take things in large strides. You will be an excellent Luna.” Trinity hummed again while we watched a bird of prey scoop a large fish from the lake.
Bergarian lakes were always teaming with life. Water fairies, light fairies, nymphs, you name it. It was never this peaceful, and a part of me would miss Earth and the stillness that it holds in nature.
“Since you both are alpha’s,” Trinity began. “Does that mean you have to have a lineage, like a child, to take your place later on?” My brows furrowed; why the hell was she bringing this up?
Turning her around, I had her straddle my waist; her sweet cunt was dangerously above my d**k while I kept my hands on her waist. “What brings this on? Is this about yesterday helping Lenhi?” I took my finger and tickled her cheekbone, her eyes darting at her fingers instead of my eyes.
“What if I couldn’t give you a baby? What if something was wrong with me?” I growled in my chest.
“Why did someone hurt you?” My wolf surged forth, and my fangs began to itch and grow.
“No, no,” Trinity’s hands waved frantically. “Just, with me, with my body. What if I couldn’t have a baby.”
“Babe,” my anger calmed, knowing no one had hurt her. “If you couldn’t have a baby, you would still be our mate. No matter what, we wouldn’t just be with you because of that. Baby or no baby, you are ours. Have you been worrying about this since yesterday?”
Trinity nodded, a stray tear dripping on her lashes. “Babe, no.” I pulled her into my chest, her head automatically went into my neck.
“Baby or not, you’re mine. It just means that Theon and I can rule the pack forever! Or if one of Evelyn or Mia’s children wants it, they can have it. We all have alpha b***d. It really isn’t a big deal.”
Trinity sat up, wiped her nose on the back of her hand. Sniffing, she whispered a ‘thank you.’ I don’t know why she would think she couldn’t have children, but I would reassure her if she was that worried about it. No way I would give her up, not for anything. If we had to give up our Alpha titles, I’d do it in a heartbeat.
“Are you okay now? I’m not the best at talking, Theon is but just know I will take care of you, and you have nothing to worry about us going away, ever.” Her red nose was damn adorable, and those pouty lips begged for me to capture with mine. I needed that sweet taste made just for me.
A wry smile lit up on her face when she leaned closer. “Then why don’t you show me how much you care?” This cunning little vixen.
I didn’t hesitate, not wanting to change her mind. Taking my hands, I cupped her face and pulled her into my lips. Trinity tasted as sweet as before, and the passion was definitely there. She wasn’t afraid of my wandering hands as I went to cup her a*s. Gods, her a*s was great, I’m in love with her breasts, and her a*s comes in at a close second.
What the hell am I thinking? I love them both. Her chest rubbed against me, something you can’t avoid when she is sporting such a phenomenal pair of stress balls.
Her m**n had my d**k hard in my jeans, making it highly uncomfortable. Trinity’s lips left mine with a smack; her knees were planted on either side of my waist. Feeling the pre-come leaking from my shaft, I pushed her towards it to get a response.
She damn m****d.
Her eyes closed. I had to be smart about this, she wanted slow, but it was so damn hard. The situation and my d**k. “That feels good,” she whispered in my mouth. “Can we do it again?”
Someone in the heavens has answered my prayers.
Pushing down her p***y to my painfully strained d**k, she rolled her h**s herself. Growling and holding in a strain, I closed my eyes. Her continued rubbing was going to start a damn fire.
“Babe, I’m sorry, but my jeans are tight.” Trinity looked down at my crotch and back up to me several times.
“Can you take them off then?” voice low, full of l**t, I tried to remain calm and not fist bump the air of my excitement. I stripped my damn jeans off like they were on fire. Sitting back down, leaning against the tree, I looked back up only to see Trinity in a pair of black boy shorts, the kind where your a*s cheeks hang out.
Good gods almighty.
“It will feel better, right?”
“I like your thinking.” Pulling her down, my d**k almost sighed in relief to be rid of the thick pair of jeans and damn excited to be only two flimsy pieces of fabric away from her p***y. My hands went around her glorious a*s and felt the crease of her a*s uncovered.
I’m going to spew all over her.
Trinity met my lips while rubbing against my erect c**k; she rubbed it at just the right speed, her a*s jiggled, and my hand palmed her breast; damn, I wanted to suck the ever living s**t out of that tit. We were both groaning, making noises like wild animals in the middle of a forest dry humping each other.
Talk about romantic as s**t.
My inexperienced balls tightened while Trinity began to m**n into her climax, “Thaddeus! Oh, my gods!” I roared out her name, gripping her a*s, and continued to have her rub my d**k raw while she slumped into my neck. Her sweet aroma wafted through the air; I wanted nothing more than suck on her tiny clit and make her cry my name more.
Both of us panting, sweating, we began to k**s again. My mouth went to her neck. Leaning back, she gripped my hair. Oh hell, that was going to be another favorite thing. The gentle stings of my hair roared my c**k back to life, and I bit into her neck playfully.
With all the noise we made, I didn’t hear the branches break beside us.
“Well, well, well, what do we have here?”
