Her Forever

(Book 4)- Chapter 73

Parisa’s POV

That was incredible. The decorations, the ceremony, the lights, oh my gosh, the lights! The fireworks weren’t really fireworks at all; they stood still in the sky like our own mini galaxy full of twinkling stars.

Hades and I held each other as everyone began to disperse. Dionysus was leading people away from the Lilly pad holding ceremony. They were all running to the back of the packhouse.

I could smell the roasted boars and some other foods I was unfamiliar with. Several Celestial fairies flew above us, putting out the candles leaving Hades and me under the pseudo stars above the ceremony ground.

“Now everyone knows you are mine,” Hades nipped at my ear while pulling me in by my waist. “No one will ever day take you away from me.

“Not that they would dare,” I snickered. Hades swooped down to k**s me again, but my stomach growled in protest. Getting ready all day was hard work, not to mention the several climaxes before the ceremony even started.

“Let’s get you and the little one fed.” My face heated up, our little one. Rubbing my belly absentmindedly, Hades led me to the back of the packhouse. Giant balloons of white and red lights glowed over the dance floor. Wolves were intermingling with demons, angels, and Celestial fairies. Gods were also talking to other pack wolves like they were just one of the group. The stark difference of power was noticeable, but the gods didn’t want to overpower them at all. They wanted to celebrate just as much as the others.

There will be several more ceremonies in our future. Vulcan, Ares, and Hermes were all huddled together with their mates. They weren’t partying at all; well, I guess they were drinking with their mates, if that counts. Their mates sat on their laps like little trophies while they fed each other. Many would find it sickening, but I found it adorable.

Peeping around the room, I wanted to see if there were any more mates to be had. The giddiness of finding out that I could mate souls in person reminded me quickly when I glanced at Hera and Michael. My heart almost throbbed with excitement.

Squeezing Hade’s hand, I knew this was our moment, and he wasn’t going to want to share. I had to be cool, calm, and collected about this. I wanted him to feel as much in the spotlight as possible and that I found him my number one. Biting my l*p and bouncing on my toes, Hades quickly caught on that something was bothering me. He sighed heavily and pinched his nose. “Who do you see?” he complained. Kissing his cheek, I pointed to Hera and Michael.

“That might start some drama,” he spoke lowly. “Zeus was hoping to get her back.” I twisted my mouth in displeasure.

“He wouldn’t dare take her, would he?” Hades shook his head, pulling me close. “Not after what Demeter pulled; besides, I’d overpower him and take his powers like Demeter.” I felt Selene’s presence behind me, her soft fingers brushing my bareback.

“What do you see Parisa, I see that gleam in your eye.” Tittering, I turned to her and pointed to the couple.

“Hera and Michael,” I whispered. “Don’t you see it?” Selene tilted her head, looking between the couple and me.

“See what?”

“The glow, they are supposed to be soul mates?” I questioned. Selene gasped in realization.

“You have the empathy gift; you can see the love of their souls just as you can read anyone and their emotions. I can see through the Sphere; you can see with your own eyes,” she smiled brightly at me.

“This could be a gift or a curse to you,” she warned Hades.

“How so?” Hades grumbled.

“Because your Parisa is a caring soul and might get carried away wanting to pair too many,” she laughed. Selene wandered through the crowd, watching the mated couples while I gave my most enormous puppy eyes to my mate.

“Just one couple tonight.” I raised my finger. “Just one and then no more; it is all about us,” Hades smirked and kissed the side of my mouth.

“One,” he growled. “Then you are mine for a few weeks.” I went to protest until his finger traced my lips. “Mine.”

I squealed and pulled Hades with me, wanting him to watch what I could do.

Hera and Michael’s eyes widened, hands sandwiched together; they both glanced at each other, wondering what I was doing. They dared not tell me no, because Hades stood behind me brooding with his arms crossed. He was still mad I had decided to pair a couple, but he could get over it. Hera had deserved it after the many years she put up with Zeus and his douchbaginess.

My eyes closed, and pulling them together, their hands both vibrated and warmed. Hera gasped first while the Arch Angel Michael followed. His large wings, the largest that I had ever seen amongst all the angels, pulled Hera into her as soon as I let go. They were in their own little feather pod while Hades pulled me back.

“OK, they are done. Now you are mine.” Laughing, Hades pulled me to the Buffett table and filled my plate full of the most delicious food. Food ranging from my wolf pack’s specialties, sweet Bergarian flower salads, Ambrosian Sponge Cakes, and skewers of roasted falcon and vegetables filled my nose. I ate a ridiculous amount of food while Hades had me on his lap. I was too hungry to care, too happy to be in my mate’s arms, and finally happy. All the drama had slipped away.

Hades kissed my forehead and moved me to my own padded chair he had willed for the both of us. “I need to speak to Ares about the safety of your pack once we leave. I’ll be back shortly.” I nodded my head, too engrossed in the food, and licked my fingers delicately. I couldn’t remember the last time I ate so much food; my stomach was going to be too distended to dance later.

“Parisa,” the smooth voice spoke until I looked up. Niko and Nora stood hand in hand, both sporting fresh marks. I popped another grape in my mouth and clapped my hands like a child.

“Oh, you both look adorable!” I squealed, and Niko blushed a bright shade of deep blue. Nora giggled, looking up at him adoringly. I was so happy for Nora; I had remembered she had always been at the bottom of the pack but a dutiful worker. Her times in the kitchen had made everything so pleasant growing up. Almost like a second mother to me. She was at least sixty years old in human years but with the werewolf b***d, not a day over 30.

“We just wanted to say thank you,” Nora spoke for Niko, who was still uncomfortable. His tail was securely wrapped around Nora’s other arm. I bit my l*p, trying not to laugh at the silliness of it all. “And that, we were wondering if I could live with Niko in the Underworld and work for you. He has a high position with Hades, and I don’t want him to give that up.” Nora was such a doll thinking of her mate.

“We don’t have to,” Niko babbled. “We can be where ever you want.” Nora shook her head and laid it on the side of his arm. “I would like a change of scenery, and helping in the kitchen in the Underworld sounds lovely. I heard they have amazing stone fruits that I’m dying to work with.”

Could they be any cuter!!??

Oh gosh, they can’t; I want to make little dolls out of them and put them on my bed and play with them!

“Duh, you can come to the Underworld! Mates are protected, and you are part demon, too, right? It isn’t a problem at all. You can also remain duel citizenship within the Night Crawler pack, too,” I chirped. “I am; that way, I always have a mind-link with my family.”

Nora grabbed Niko’s face and kissed him repeatedly. “Thank you, Alpha, er Goddess Parisa!” I waved longingly as I watched them go to the overcrowded dance floor. They were adorable. Leaning on my fist and watching the others dance, I felt a nudge at my shoulder. Blaze was sitting beside my plate in his tiny form. Tail waving in the wind with little smoke tendrils waving.

“You abandoned me once we got back to the pack; what happened?” I joked.

Blaze chirped before speaking. “You have a lot of wolves here that need some talking to. A lot of your wolves could shift earlier if given the confidence,” he scolded. I shrugged my shoulders; I didn’t know wolves needed a pep talk.

“Most don’t need it, but there are some that need some coaxing,” his voice trailed off. Was he asking to stay? I hummed in agreement with him while scratching under his chin.

“Do you wanna stay?” I cooed. “Do you want to remain here and be a guardian to the wolves instead of returning back with us?” Blaze snuffed, his tail withering away. Aw, he’s shy too! “Blaze, you can go where ever you want. You helped me, and you are welcome to help others here in the Night Crawler Pack. As long as it’s OK with my dad,” I warned.

“Sampson said I could,” his mood becoming cheery. “Sampson needs some lessons to talk normally.” I shook my head. Mama liked it when Sampson was caveman-like.

“Good luck with that,” I hummed.

Blaze sat with me while we watched. Many come to congratulate me, some to coax me into dancing, but Hades would have set them ablaze or pulled their heart out and stomped on it, or both. I laughed internally at the thought of him getting all jealous. I couldn’t say much now, could I? I would rip Persphone’s eyes out if she even joked about it, even if she was pleasant to me.

A heated gaze fell upon me. It felt like flames tickling my cheeks until I turned to see none other than the Devil himself across the dance floor. The s****l tension pulled at me between my legs while Hades’ dark gaze continued to assault me. Even though I was sitting at our private table, I could almost feel him touch me.

Taking my eyes away from his gaze, the floor where people were dancing was covered in smoke. Many thought it was for the party as Dionoysis started a keg stand on the other side of the floor. Cheers, loud music continued on, but Hades was the only attention I sought.

A tickle at my ankle threw a chill up my leg. The very little hair I had left on my body from a previous waxing stood on end. The tickle wrapped around both legs and pried my legs wide. Trying to shut them, the strength of the force was too much. My throat gasped when my dress had been unceremoniously thrown above my thighs. My white lace thong was pushed to one side of my thigh.

Hades continued to stare from the opposite side of the dance floor, his eyes dark, full of l**t, and mischief. Pulling the table cloth up so I could see what was going on, his whisps of smoke had traveled up my leg and had turned into Hades’ own hand. The gold-colored ring could be seen on his smokey ring finger.

Holy Fudge Balls. He wouldn’t dare.

Pushing the table cloth down, I shook my head at a distance, but his white fangs brightened at the site of my nervousness.

“Honey,” Mama cooed at me. Dad was holding Mama by the waist, both blocking my view of my mate. “Aren’t you haven’t fun? Don’t you want to get up and dance? I think Hades is done talking to Ares now?”

The tickle in my inner thigh moved to my p***y lips and fingered the folds to my cavern. Biting my l*p until it bled, I shook my head. “Risa, what’s wrong?” My dad looked me over, concerned. I shook my head again. “Go dance, I’ll be out in a minute,” I waved.

“Is it the baby?” Mama began to pry. Her words were falling on death’s ears because that smoke tendril just brushed my p***y. A loud m**n escaped my lips. I couldn’t hold it; slapping my hand over my mouth, my face turned beat red.

“Are you sick?” Dad pushed again, but I felt the flick of a rough finger on my clit again. My achy body shook while I held onto the table with my hands. Two fingers thrust into me while I felt a thumb rub quickly on my bundle of nerves.

“Fine, Dad might need some ginger ale,” I lied, gritting my teeth. My n*****s pebbled; they were going to rip through my dress. Smoke trailed up dress and on my h**s, feeling nothing but small suction-like k****s.

“Hades,” I whispered in the mind-link.

“Yes, my love?” his snicker could be felt in my ear.

“My p-parents,” g*****d internally.

“Payback, darling.”

Hades thrust another finger into me, pushing me back into my seat. Mama came around the table to hold me back up while I fell apart. Hiding my face in my hands, Mama sniffed the air and quickly and raised her hands away from me.

“Jack, let’s go…” her voice trailed off and looked everywhere but where I was sitting. “There…” she pointed.

“What for, Parisa is sick, we need to…” his nose flared, and his fist tightened. “We are in public,” he growled.

“They are playing a game; let them.” Mama gave me a wink, starting to push dad away. “Remember the time I pleasured you under the desk when your mother was in the office?” Dad’s face turned red, and he pulled her away.

If I wasn’t in a haze of bliss, I would have laughed.

Hades’ long strides came up to the table, his black suit covered his muscles, and the tight vest he wore outlined his perfectly tight h**s. “Have fun?” he cooed in my ear while pulling me up.

His fingers, entangled with the smoke that just left my dress, curved around his fingers, sticking them in his mouth. “Mm, delicious.”

I playfully pushed him while his hand pulled me to the dance floor, “you’re so evil.” It would be our first dance together, and I wanted it to be a good one. Trailing his hands around my waist and pulling my hands around his neck, he placed a tender k**s on my forehead.

“Never thought I’d be here with you,” he muttered. “Never thought I would have a mate let alone the most beautiful she-wolf. His nose traced my neck, moaning at the tickle his hot breath left on my skin.

Zeus sulked unhappily in the corner, his arms crossed and the bright glow that usually surrounded him was missing. He looked genuinely sad as he watched the other gods dance, drink and be merry. Before I could mention it to Hades, small sparkles exploded from his body and left the party entirely.

“I wouldn’t change anything,” I whispered. “Not a thing.”

Aerosmith’s “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing” came on the loudspeakers, one of Mama and Dad’s favorites. I never understood the song as a child, but now that I was helplessly trapped in with the God of Death, I understood every bit of it. I never wanted to miss a moment with him, and I was glad to be by his side.

“You won’t be closing your eyes for a while,” he growled playfully in my ear.

“Oh really,” I said seductively. “Pray tell, what will we be doing?”

“Take a wild guess.”

Before I could ask any more questions, the floor cleared, smoke and fire engulfing us. Cheers erupted in the crowd while the fire tornado engulfed us as we left ceremoniously for our friends and family to party into the night.
