Her Forever

(Book 4)- Chapter 29

Parisa’s POV

It had been several days since Nero made his escape, and Hades has been hard at work sending Niko and other messengers throughout Earth. Hades had a hunch that Selene was either on Earth or a place called Bergarian, a place where most supernaturals lived.

Hades gave me a book to read regarding the place, saying it was far more beautiful than Earth and was meant to bless the creatures the gods had created. Like Earth, however, they had their own problems. There was a nation called ‘The Moon Kingdom’ that housed most of the shifters. Werewolves, lions, panthers, and even dragons were littered about the land, and it only urged me to want to visit more.

“Can we go, please!” I begged; I even tried doing the pout, which I figured only works when he is on the fence about something.

“Not yet. Let the threat pass, and I will take you where ever you want.” Hades had gotten in the habit of pecking me on the lips each time I didn’t get my way, and in turn, I would melt. Anytime I was getting upset about something, he would do it; it was like he knew it would sate me to where I would be quiet. I bet it has something to do with that bond. I’ll get him back.

I continued reading, eating, and being a slob. I haven’t rested so much in all my life. I was getting restless having to sit around, so I started bugging Ares and Hermes more.

Hermes had come back with no new information. Selene and Hectate were still missing, and there were no traces of them, barely any magic to even track. Zeus was getting more frantic by the day. Sometimes you could hear a thunderstorm down in the Underworld as the Earth. I was glad I wasn’t on Earth for once; people were thinking the apocalypse was coming.

Hermes was sitting in the game room, flipping through some magazine, when I entered. Hades had finally let me go out of his sight as long as Cerebrus and Flame were with me. I could still hear them talking at times, but others, it sounded like static. Hades commented it as strange, but he wasn’t concerned because he would say, “You were made for me, and I to you. You would have to gain some of my power to help me rule.” I would shrug my shoulders and just continue on—no use in worrying about it.

“There’s my little Risa,” Hermes joked as he threw the magazine to the other side of the couch. “What has you looking all glum?” I went over and plopped myself right on the opposite side and let out a large, annoying sigh.

“I’m bored.” I mused as I stared at the high ceilings. This ceiling had demons and angels fighting with each other. Did Hades higher a decorator, or did he just ‘poof’ everything into existence?

“You are?” Hermes rubbed his chin as he leaned back. “Well, how long have you been living down here with us?” I counted on my fingers as I finally got an exact number.

“Two weeks give or take?” I questioned, still looking around the room. Hermes chuckled.

“He’s lasted this long; that’s strange.” My head whipped back to Hermes, who had a glint of sparkle in his eye.

“What do you mean?”

“Well, you are mates,” he deadpanned. My mouth hung open, I waited for myself to come up with a question, but I just sat there.

“Mates are supposed to be well, mated.” I blushed as my eyes darted to the now fascinating rug on the floor.

“Well, I’ve been, not my best.” I scratched my head.

“I’m just kidding with you, Risa. In fact, let us go do something while Hades is working.” I perked up at the idea.

“What are we going to do?!” Cerebrus growled, but I hushed him. Hermes smiled again and rubbed his dirty blonde curls from his face. Hermes was definitely more of a feminine-looking god. He was tall, lean, and didn’t have a scar on his body. He wasn’t made for fighting. He was made for speed and agility. Hermes’s long fingers traced the couch as he continued to hum and chuckle to himself.

“Go get a swimsuit on, and we are going swimming.” I jumped up from the couch excitedly.

“Will Ares come too!?” I headed for the door, turning around while my hair whipped into my face. Hermes continued to sit, tracing an invisible pattern on the couch.

“Of course he will; he wouldn’t miss it,” he whispered as he started laughing to himself.

Running up the stairs and into our room, I dashed for the closet. Blaze was sitting on my shoulder while chittering something. “Can’t understand you right now, Blaze. Not sure why,” I shuffled through the drawers finding some swimsuits.

“Oh my,” I gazed at a black two-piece; the bottom was cut out, so it looked like a thong. “That’s too much,” I mused and continued to dig. All of the swimsuits I looked at were two-piece, not a single one piece. I growled at the lack of style choices and ended up pulling out a dark crimson one. It had jewels outlining their hems. There were so many strings, and it reminded my times back at the club. I would be tieing for days, and my fingers would get sore. This time I was the one tieing an outfit for me.

This was a swimsuit though it was technically different. Right? Nah, not really, but this was Hades and his friends. They wouldn’t think anything of it. I mean, these things were here to be used, and it was kinda pretty.

There were many times I thought the clothes that the strippers wore were beautiful, and I just thought it was sad they couldn’t go and use them on someone they really cared about. Instead, dirty older men would rub upon them. I internally shuddered as I ran to the bathroom to change.

I didn’t look half bad in it, I thought. My bruises were gone, and my skin had a healthy glow to it. The extra calorie shakes Ares had prepared for me were doing wonders; I didn’t look as gaunt as before. My h**s had widened a bit, and my chest totally filled out.

My goods were actually looking like goods! Some of my friends back at the club might even be jealous of these! Adjusting my top one more time to pull them up a bit higher, I walked out of the bathroom and put on one of Hades’ shirts.

Walking around half-naked in front of the servants might not be good. I didn’t need to see another puff of ash pile on the floor.

Men were screaming outside as I approached the opened patio door. Niko was in a black swimsuit. His tail was waving back and forth in a crouched position, ready to attack Ares. Ares, being much larger than Niko, didn’t even have to crouch. Ares just had his hands out, ready to just jump on Niko.

Hermes was in the pool lounging on a blow-up mattress, reading another magazine. The man likes to read gossip columns, that’s for sure.

“Risa!” Hermes waved as he pulled down his sunglasses. “Glad to see you have joined us. Get in! Water’s warm… just like everything else in the Underworld,” he muttered. I smiled and waved as Niko turned around, but Ares took it as his time to strike, letting out a mighty roar and throwing Niko in the pool.

The splash got water all over the deck while everyone was laughing as Niko swam to the surface. Ares jumped, and with his large body and more water, he ended up splashing out and getting Hermes wet. Hermes wasn’t amused.

Grabbing Hades’s oversized shirt, pulling it over, and throwing it in a nearby chair, I was left in my bathing suit. The water was extra blue, and I took my foot and dipped it into the water. Hermes was right; it was warm. It occurred to me that I wasn’t sure if I knew how to swim. I scratched my cheek to figure out where the shallow end of the pool was until I noticed it was eerily quiet. Moving my head slowly, I glanced to the right side of the pool where the boys were.

“s**t,” Niko whispered while Hermes snickered into his magazine. I looked down to make sure a boob wasn’t hanging out, and all my parts were covered, but everything was in order.

“What?” I shrugged my shoulders, still leaning over to test the water.

“Does Hades know she’s out here?” Ares punched Hermes in the shoulder.

“Ow, and no. It is more interesting this way.”

“What is more interesting?” I questioned as Ares gave a disapproving look.

“Let’s play a game,” Hermes avoided the question and announced as he got off his floating mattress. “How about chicken?” Niko jumped up and started heading to the shallow end of the pool.

“Parisa is my partner!” Niko swam towards the end of the pool, and I took the main stairs to enter. The water felt fantastic, not cold enough to cause a chill but not warm enough to make it feel too hot once we started swimming. I tickled my fingers on the surface of the water, and Niko stood up beside me.

“I don’t know how to play chicken. How do you play?” I asked.

“Oh, it’s easy. I’ll get under the water, and you climb on my shoulders. Lifting you up, you are then to battle against Hermes with your hands and try and push each other off into the water. Not unless Ares wants to be on the top.”

“Screw that!” Hermes waved his hands. “I can’t lift 400 pounds of muscle!” Cerebrus started growling at Niko, and I couldn’t understand what Cerebrus wanted me to do.

“Calm down, Cerebrus. They won’t let me drown, I laughed, but Hermes only laughed to himself. Cerebrus took a sharp look at Hermes, who only nodded his head, and Cerebrus ran off.

“Why is he a grump?” Niko had put himself under the water, and I climbed on his shoulders. Niko’s hands grabbed onto the front of my legs as Hermes was on Ares’ shoulders. “Wait, this isn’t fair. Ares is way taller than Niko!” I whined. “Plus, you guys are gods; you’ll cheat!”

“Oh, come on, let’s just play a little bit.” Hermes kicked Ares in the ribs to move forward.

“I’m not a damn horse Hermes, watch it,” Ares growled as he leaned backward and dunked Hermes in the water. I started laughing and had to hold Niko’s head, so I didn’t fall back into the water.

Ares pulled Hermes back up just in time for us to see smoke trickling into the pool.

Hades POV

My head was pounding.

The dream from the other night was still haunting and plaguing me. It was on constant repeat to tell Parisa about the Helm. There just wasn’t an easy way to tell her. I can’t just, ‘word vomit,’ like she says to tell her this. Parisa has had nightmares about this damn helmet since she met me. What if she thinks I was the one who took her!

I buried myself in work, trying to figure out where the missing gods were, but I was coming up at a dead end each time. My next step was to meet with Zeus, something Niko couldn’t do and get an audience. I needed to know if Zeus put the order in for Nero to grab Parisa from me. If he did, then I will have to re-evaluate my whole plan about Nero and turn it onto Zeus. The only problem would be bringing Parisa with me because she was not leaving my sight. I didn’t trust my own men and demons for her protection.

As the pounding in my head continued and I rubbed my temples in a clockwise position. I told Parisa should could leave the office. She was becoming restless since she had been healing so well. I could also sense that her monthly was completed, but I dared not touch her. I was too afraid to do anything. I had to tell her the truth first.

Kronos, I needed her now. Her presence calmed me and decreased all the fears I had as strange as it sounded. She kept me grounded while I worked, but it was selfish to keep her in here. As long as Cerebrus watched her, she would be fine.

“Master,” Cerebrus called to me. “Master, you need to come to the pool area,” Cerberus trotted in, and Parisa was nowhere in sight.

“Where is Parisa,” I growled at him. Pushing away from the desk, I began stomping out of the room. Cerebrus was trotting alongside me as his head began to survey the area. He does this when he’s nervous. “What is wrong? Where is she? Why did you leave her?!”

“Relax,” he picked up the pace. “She’s in safe hands, almost literally,” he mumbled. We approached the patio at the back of the palace. They were wide open, leading to the pool. The water was moving about, causing waves. I heard Parisa’s laughter penetrate me as I walked out.

“f**k,” I whispered. She was going to be wearing a swimsuit if she was out there. Damn, and they are all skimpy ones. “Fuuuuuuuuck,” I cursed myself again as I walked out.

Parisa was wearing a red suit with diamonds sparkling on the front. Her breasts were almost pouring out of her top, and my d**k instantly went to attention. Before I could appreciate the view before me, I noticed Niko’s head was smack dab in the middle of her thighs.

Feeling my eyes glow red and the smoke tendrils leaving my limbs, the fire in me started to blanket the pool. Parisa’s laughter halted as she looked around, and Niko’s smug face fell to a worried one.

“Better be worried, you piece of shiit.” I growled out, and I could feel my claws extending, wanting to slit the little bastard’s throat.

“Hades!” Parisa squealed as she waved her hand at me. Her breasts jiggled back and forth, and that only made things worse for my temper. I wanted them damnit, and Niko’s head was also between her damn cunt. My head is the only one that should be there.

“Put me down, Niko,” Parisa chirped, and he obeyed. She had no damn clue what was going on.

“Are you mad that I came swimming?” Her big eyes looked into mine as she walked to the side of the pool. Her body was dripping with water, and one droplet ran down her breasts. I wanted to be that droplet. Hell, I wanted to lick up that droplet.

“I’m fine,” I lied as the smoke continued to pour from me. Parisa tilted her head and raised a brow. I bent down to get a better look at her breasts, I mean her.

“You’re mad at me. I’m sorry, I should have invited you too.” Hermes was cackling in the background, and Ares had his arms up in surrender.

“It was all Hermes. I voted my displeasure for this.” Ares began to get out of the pool while Niko stood utterly still.

“Wanna come in?” Parisa pulled on my shirt to get my attention. I thought about it for a second and then maybe drown Niko during the process so he could feel the breath of life leave his lungs, but I couldn’t. Not with Parisa here.

“How about you come with me? I have a surprise for you,” my husky breath left chills on her arms while I glanced over at Niko. His fear was still there, but I could feel his anger.

“Yay! A surprise!” Parisa used her feet to jump from the bottom of the pool and lifted herself up with her arms. Her breasts were soaked entirely, and I willed a slight breeze, causing them to pebble underneath. Best. Idea. Ever.

Kronos, I’d do her here to show everyone she was mine. She wasn’t ready for that.

I willed my cloak around me as I pulled her in. I didn’t need anyone staring at her a*s while we walked back into the house.

“So what is my surprise?!” Parisa jumped again as well as my c**k.

“You’ll see,” I kissed the temple of her forehead as we walked back to our room. I’ll give her a surprise, alright.
