Her Forever

(Book 3)- Chapter 64

Willa’s POV

Orion curled me around his arms for the rest of the night until the suns hit the horizon the next day. I wasn’t feeling as terrible as yesterday, but then again, I had only been awake for a few minutes. Orion’s face was buried in my neck, and I took a deep sigh and cuddled closer.

The entire night Orion was by my side. He would rub my belly to keep the pain away. There were times he even went and retrieved a hot water bottle and asked if I wanted chocolate. I could help but laugh at him and almost shed tears of joy.

No more tears.

I knew hormones played a big part in my breakdown yesterday but could anyone blame me? I’ve been holding everything inside, trying not to break. All the emotion came crashing down in an instant of how much responsibility I would carry in our near future.

Orion’s breath hitched as he rolled over on his back. His muscles rippled on his skin as he stretched. Even in the terrible predicament, I was in, I still wanted to lick up his entire torso with my tongue. Touching him gave me pleasure, and he didn’t need to touch me to provide me with the feelings that stirred in my belly. Orion’s head relaxed in the pillow while one arm was wrapped around me and the other held his head. I could feel myself automatically rubbing my thighs together.

Down girl, down. Let’s concentrate on taking care of him.

My mouth didn’t think twice, and my lips connected with his muscular chest. I kissed, licked, and nipped at his n*****s as he g*****d and took the hand behind his head, and grabbed the back of my head. “Darling,” his raspy voice flowed straight to my nether regions. Goddess, why does his voice have to sound so darn sexy in the morning. I wanted him to say my name over and over in that smooth voice.

My lips trailed lower as I sucked near his h*p bone; his h**s flexed as I pulled his trousers down below his shaft. His morning wood was already at attention, so I didn’t have to work so hard. Then again, he was always hard. However, I wanted to tease a bit. Orion’s eyes were still closed as I cupped his balls and licked the tip of his d**k. “Baby,” he growled, one hand still on my head as he tried to guide me lower.

My teasing didn’t last long as he pushed my head straight down on his shaft. A grunt left his throat as I began to bob it up and down on his velvet skin. “Goddess,” he m****d. His eyes were now staring into mine as I hummed into his c**k. The vibrations set him off, and he jerked his h**s up while I sucked him, so his d**k hit the back of my throat.

“Baby, do you like my c**k that much? Do you like to suck it?” I let a little growl out of my throat as I bobbed harder and massaged his balls. The skin below his balls loved to be stroked; it made him go crazy, I wasn’t sure what it was with this area, but I was going to take advantage. Using some spit that had dripped from my mouth, I took my wet finger and massaged it under his balls. His head threw back as I swirled my tongue around his head.

“f*****g Goddess Baby, just like that!” I slammed my mouth down again, bobbing feverishly, and to my surprise, Orion ripped his load into my mouth. I swallowed the sweet-tasting c*m that he allowed me to have as he pulled me to his chest. Orion’s arms instantly went around my body as he peppered k****s on my forehead.

“Darling, you are sick; you didn’t need to do that, but goddess, it was welcomed.” I giggled and kissed his neck while he massaged my back with one of his large hands. “Are you feeling better today then?” I nodded yes silently until he used his hand to have me look at him. “Words, Darling.”

“Yes, much better,” his stern look went to a happy one as he wrapped his legs around my body.

“Let’s get you showered, I have a lot of work to do today, but I want you to stay here and rest.” I pouted; I didn’t want him to go. “Darling, just a few more days then we will go on a ‘honeymoon.'” My ears instantly perked up at the word, ‘honeymoon,’ and I wrapped my arms around his neck.

“Really? A honeymoon? You know what that is?” My excitement led to bouncing on the bed while he threw his head back and gave a glorious laugh.

“Yes, Darling. I am trying to keep up with the customs you are used to.” I stood frozen for a moment before dashing off into the bathroom to get ready for the day. “Now quickly, I heard a messenger came bringing news of Violet,” his voice started to fade as I put my head under the warm water.

Rest my butt, I’m coming with him!

Orion was already dressed by the time I emerged from the bathroom in his full royal fae attire. It only made me hot and needy, but there was nothing I could do about that. His hand reached for mine as we walked hand in hand to the tearoom.

His mother and father sat beside each other, whispering and kissing before we approached. Along with my father and his new mate, Elaine, they sat closely with one another as they sipped on their own beverages.

Elaine already looked much better. Her eyes no longer held bags under them, and there was a twinkle in her eye as she stared longingly at my father. I was exceedingly happy for both of them; they deserved each other.

“Princess, you look better today,” my father stood up to give me a hug, and I gave one in return. “You have been working too hard, haven’t you? Or is your mate not taking care of you?” My father gave Orion a glare while Orion clenched his fists, wanting to strike back.

“No, no,” I waved my hands. Orion takes terrific care of me; I’m just not feeling my best, is all. Elaine came behind me to put her hand on my shoulder.

“Willa’s mate is doing fine, Girard; she is dealing with something different entirely.” Gosh, everyone can smell me; I’m surprised my own father hasn’t. Elaine gave a longing look at my father, who then took a deep breath in.

“Don’t do that!” I squealed, running away into Orion’s arms.

“Oh, I didn’t realize,” my father blushed as he walked away. “I don’t go smelling my own daughter’s pheromones; I don’t need to smell her mate all over her. She’s still my princess,” he apologized.

This is utterly embarrassing.

“At least you aren’t pregnant before the bonding,” he kept adding. The awkwardness continued to seep into the room until Elaine patted his arm and shook her head. “Just stop, dear; you are embarrassing our daughter.”

My heart instantly warmed as Elaine called me hers. We didn’t know much about each other, but she was willing to adopt me as her own. Cricket came to mind; she would get a chance to raise her very own son even after trying to raise Sibille. It did explain a lot since she couldn’t stay with her daughter and continue to watch her grow. Elaine didn’t have a bond connected to Sibille, so her heart began to weaken the more the days passed dealing with Onyx.

The question was, where was Sibille’s real mother, and would she be willing to help us with Sibille once we told Sibille the truth.

Another dark pixie flew into the room and dropped a small letter parchment. He had the same haircut and dark wings as I had first met, but he didn’t stay. It was a drop-and-go departure as soon as he had delivered his message. Not one bow or recognition from the others as he flew into the morning light through the window.

Alexo was standing in the corner of the room, observing. He had been quiet, just wandering the halls of the palace like a lost puppy. Alexo and Violet hadn’t been mated for long, and the effects were taking a toll on him and his wolf.

Orion and my father grunted at the blatant disrespect of the dark pixie while I picked up the small note. It was a deep-colored parchment paper, and the handwriting was not of Violet’s; my heart stopped beating for a fleeting moment as I began to read.

“Orion,

You have my mother, and I have your mate’s friend. I’ll give you an even trade. Meet me at Progronie Creek tomorrow at noon. No guards, no spells. Come with an open mind.

Sibille.”

Well, this positioned us with several problems. One, I wasn’t going to let Orion go alone. That bish was going to do something sneaky and put a spell on him and make him come with her. I wouldn’t put it past those witches to do something from afar. Two, my father would NOT let Elaine go alone; he’d die before that happened.

Hot, sticky, uncomfortable, formidable mess this was.

Instantly, there was arguing, along with Orion’s father and mother, who had walked into the room. There was so much royal tension going on that it about made my head explode. Little banter led to yelling, and the yelling led to full-out growls and roars. Alexo was doing his best to keep his wolf in control and not rip a royal’s head off to protect his mate.

“My mate will not dare go near there!” My father gritted his teeth, his fins pierced through his royal blue blazer as Elaine tried to calm him. “I don’t trust the b***h, she will have the B***d Coven with her, and you know it!”

Nyx started to get in on the action yelling that a future king does not work with traditor scum, and they needed to cut their losses and let Violet take the wrap. Orion started arguing that Violet was my sister and Alexo’s mate. Violet now had the same rights as a royal and should be saved accordingly. The room grew louder, and everyone was talking over each other. The growl in my throat began to grow into a gentle hum as I tried to calm myself. Closing my eyes, I let the song come from my body as I imagined peace by the sea.

I hadn’t had time to spend much time with my father in his kingdom, but the thoughts of the waves, the cool water, and the fish brought me my calm as I breathed slowly. The outward sounds of the noise and the fighting were no longer around me, and it was just me and the gentle breeze of the sea.

I could almost feel the ocean spray glisten to my face as I felt a warm hand on my arm. My eyes flew open to see Orion smiling at me and bringing me to his arms. The sea faded away, and I was brought back to the tearoom with two other couples and Alexo staring at me intently. I buried my face into Orion’s chest to his amusement as he petted my head.

“Sorry, princess, this isn’t normally how we conduct meetings,” my father said apologetically. My need to protect my unmarked mate got the best of me.” My father pressed his lips to Elaine’s forehead as he held her close.

“I think it is understandable. We all have someone to take care of. But Darling, you soothed some of the most powerful supernaturals in all of Bergarian; I’m impressed.”

“I didn’t mean to; I was just tired of the yelling, so I tried to zone out; I’m sorry.”

“Don’t be,” Nyx stood up and buttoned his blazer. “It was needed, your instincts kicked in, and we needed it.”

“Now,” Orion pulled me to his lap at the head of the table and snaked his arms around my waist. I still had a few cramps leftover from yesterday, but thankfully they had subsided substantially. I’m thanking Orion and the bond for that. I’m sure he had something to do with it because I am usually in bed for days. “For us to proceed, I think we need to take one thing at a time…”

As Orion began to speak, Fionn and a beautiful fae woman with spiraled Chesnut curls stepped into the room. She looked vaguely familiar as she walked up to the table. Fionn was gazing at her with such an adoring look, I couldn’t help but smile. His hand was on her lower back, and she stared at him longingly.

“Your Highness,” she bowed at both Orion I. “My name used to be Nana; I have been hiding taking care of the boy, Cricket, as my own. My real name is Marsha.” Elaine took in a deep breath and held her hands to her mouth.

“Goddess,” she whispered. Marsha took a glance at Elaine, who was equally stunned. “I’m so sorry what happened, I-“Marsha walked towards Elaine and held out her arms in which both Elaine and Marsha wept. “I swear I didn’t want him,” Elaine cried. Marsha held her tightly again and nodded her head in understanding.

“He’s evil, an evil beast,” Marsha agreed. Fionn growled and pulled Marsha back. Phew, the s****l claiming tension in here was stifling.

“I will go to Sibille,” Marsha declared. “I believe she has felt a bond between us, but she doesn’t understand it. I will explain to her that I am her mother and this nonsense needs to stop.” Fionn turned her around and grasped her arms.

“No, I won’t allow it! What if she turns on you?” Marsha stood up straighter and brushed her hair back.

“I am her birth mother, and she will come to realize it. We just need to get a few witches to put a cloaking spell on your warriors. Do you honestly think she will play fair? She has no heart because of that evil winged bat. I’ve seen how she has tortured innocent people over the years; there is no turning back for her as much as I want to believe. I’ve got some witch friends that could possibly help.”

“They aren’t from the B***d Coven, are they?” Annan walked into the room with his new mate, Juliet. Both of them sporting large mating bites for all the world to see. I wanted to run up to Annan, but I knew better. Orion spoke last night about how territorial vampires could be. Standing still in awe of her beauty and curves, I couldn’t believe I stood in the same room as a vampire.

“This is better than Twilight,” I whispered to no one in particular. Juliet giggled and waved.

“Vampires that sparkle. Really?” Her voice rang like bells as she replied to me with a toothy grin.

“No, most witches stay away from the B***d Coven; their practices are unethical,” Marsha replied confidently.

“Good, because they are in a heap of trouble, and the entire coven is going to be wiped from the entire face of Bergarian,” Orion stated.
