Hello, Mr. Brent

Chapter 333

Emily wanted to refuse as she was not picky about her accommodation. She would be okay as long as there was a bed, or a sofa. However, Daniel insisted on letting her go shopping, so she had no choice but to go shopping with Lisa and other two bodyguards.

"It's good to have such a brother. To be honest, Miss Johnson, you are so lucky.” Lisa said to Emily enviously in the car.

Emily pursed her lips and chuckled. She did not deny that she was indeed lucky to have a brother like Daniel.

"Hello, Miss Brent. Mr. Williams has already called us. You can choose whatever you want.”

Emily and Lisa got out of the car and entered the mall. The mall manager, who had already received orders from his superiors, greeted them at the gate and respectfully led Emily in.

Emily nodded and walked in with Lisa.

They went to the decoration area first. Daniel asked her to buy some decorations she liked. Thus, she came here first to see if there was anything pleasing to her eyes. The goods were not bad, but they were expensive. After all, these were luxury goods. Even when she was with Franklin, she had never spent like this.

"It's too expensive. I'd rather not buy anything!" Emily looked around and whispered to Lisa.

Lisa curled her lips and said, "You don't have to pay for it anyway, so don't be afraid. Choose whatever you like. Mr. Williams will pay for it." "That's why I don't want to buy anything. It's not easy for him to make money." Emily was serious.

"However, this is his mall. Even if you buy things, it won't cost him much money. Besides, you've helped him so much. What's wrong with you buying something?” Lisa didn't take it seriously.

Emily also thought that Lisa's words made sense, but she couldn't do it. After all, she was used to being thrifty.

Nonetheless, it was not good for her to take nothing, so she picked out a few beautiful decorations of moderate price.

The mall manager immediately had them wrapped up and told her to go to the jewelry area to pick out some.

Daniel specifically told Emily about this. After all, they were going to get married. The wedding would not be very formal and he didn't ask others to organize it in advance. Besides, there were only a few days left until the wedding. However, she had to have what she should get, so Daniel asked Emily to pick out some ready-made jewelry that she liked, so as not to be too awkward at the wedding.

Emily knew that in the future, Daniel would definitely give her the jewelry she picked out today. Nonetheless, if the jewelry she chose was too cheap, it would embarrass Daniel. Emily chose the jewelry carefully and picked out some lovely pieces of jewelry. She picked out a ring with the biggest and brightest gem as her wedding ring.

Lisa was also giving her advice, so it didn't take her long to make her choice.

"Oh, I'm so tired. I don't expect shopping to be a manual work." Emily was dazzled by the variety of objects, and her back ached with fatigue. "You should be content! You only need to consider the style and brand, not the price. There's nothing to complain about.” Lisa looked envious. Emily looked at her and said, "Why don't you pick out one? We don't have to pay for it anyway."

"Oh, didn't you just want to save some money for Mr. Williams? Why are you so generous now?" Lisa said teasingly.

Emily curled her lips and said, "It makes no difference whether we buy one or two. I've already bought so many things, so it doesn't matter if you also pick out one.”

"Forget it. I don't want it. I'm not that poor. Jason has the money to buy me jewelry. After all, he's been with Mr. Brent for so many years," Lisa said.

Emily thought that her words made sense. Besides, she didn't want to cost Daniel too much money. When she went shopping with Franklin in the future, she would choose some gifts for Lisa.

"Have you got everything you want? If so, let's go back!" Lisa said. Emily nodded.

They asked the manager to wrap things up and tell him to send those items to the Williams. However, to their surprise, another person came into the store at this moment, who was an old acquaintance of theirs. When Emily saw him, her expression changed and she pulled Lisa away. Unexpectedly, Andrew reached out to stop her and said with a smile, "Why are you leaving when you see me? At least I am an old acquaintance of yours. Shouldn't we have a chat?"

"I won't chat with you and I'm not an old acquaintance of yours. Don't flatter yourself. I'm sick of you." Emily said angrily.

Andrew's face clouded over. He glared at her gloomily and asked, "Why do you hate me so much? I've liked you for so long. Don't you have any feelings for me?"

"Do I have to like you just because you like me? There are so many who like me. Should I like them all? Besides, who asks you to like me? I beg you not to like me anymore. Thank you." Emily said immediately. Andrew's face turned livid with rage. He stared at her gloomily, which frightened Emily. She was afraid that this lunatic would suddenly be crazy and beat her up.

Just as Emily was about to defend herself and pull Lisa back with her, Andrew suddenly changed his expression and wore a smile on his face. "Okay, okay, I won't argue with you. Anyway, you've always treated me like this. Why should I be angry with you? It's useless to be angry. But the more you treat me like this, the more I like you. I can't control myself."

"Do you have masochistic tendencies?! You're crazy.” Emily cursed him again.

After that, she wanted to leave with Lisa. She didn't want to stay with him any longer.

However, Andrew still blocked the door and refused to let her leave. The manager's face clouded over when he saw this. Although Andrew didn't look like an ordinary person, Emily was not an ordinary person either. She was the fiancée of his boss.

So the manager asked Emily, "Do you need help?"

As long as Emily gave the order, he could immediately call security to chase Andrew away.

Just as Emily was about to speak, Andrew said first, "I don't expect that you lead a decent life and people here are so respectful to you. However, I remember that this mall belongs to the Williams and has nothing to do with the Brents. Is Franklin doing business with Daniel? Nonetheless, even Daniel is Franklin's business partner, he will only give you a discount but won't give things to you for free. Tell me what you like, and I'll buy it for you."

"I don't need you to buy anything for me. I have nothing to do with you." Emily glared at him.

However, Andrew liked her angry appearance so much that he couldn't help but reach out to touch her face. He also teased her with a smile, "Don't look at me like that all the time. Every time you look at me like this, I feel like you're trying to seduce me on purpose. You're making me frisky.”

"Mr. Sachs, you are also a big shot. Do you have to make people call you a bastard?" Lisa stretched out her arm to block Andrew's hand and asked coldly.

Andrew was patient only with Emily, not with anyone else.

As soon as he saw Lisa stop him, his face immediately clouded over and he reached out to slap Lisa in the face.

However, before he could slap Lisa, he was stopped by someone. Daniel came over and grabbed Andrew's wrist, "Sir, you hit my employee in my mall. You treat me with such contempt.”
