In Amaya’s head: What did he mean when I said I hurt Azar? I would never hurt him. They made me do something…but what and why can't I remember it? The more I was thinking, the more I was becoming certain that everything was very well planned. God knows for how long they were plotting everything. They hated Azar and his family to the core but I never thought they would ever actually be able to harm them. My family isn't strong enough. At least I thought so. I had an awful headache from all the punches from my brother. How did I end up here again? Like Nash said, I wasn't able to fight Marian. I wasn't even able to shield myself and protect my body from his fist. I was covered in blood, my nose was bleeding badly but somehow it was a lot different than before. I felt a lot stronger and I felt my body healing. In a matter of seconds, the bleeding stopped and the pain started to go away. I was sure I would be covered in bruises. I rushed to the bathroom. I was standing there, watching in disbelief as the bruises started to fade away. It’d normally take me days, if not even weeks to actually recover from something like this. But not now and that wasn't the only thing I saw. At first I didn't even recognize myself. Why? The woman in a reflection that was staring back at me had glowing red eyes. How the hell did this happen? I have red eyes? The only people I've seen with eyes like this were Azar and his mom. Now mine are exactly the same. Is that what Nash meant when he said I stole Azar’s power’s? I was able to heal like him and I see flames in my eyes just like in his. I've never felt like this. this sort of pain. I needed to know what happened to him. I needed to find him. Even though I didn't have the memories of the prior events that led me here, I still remembered every second I spent with my mate and as I was sitting there and time was passing by, my feelings started flooding me. My love for him. I wanted to yell and scream. I wanted to run. Run and find the only person that I have ever loved. When Marian left, I knew he didn't even lock the door but I couldn't move. Like Nash’s command, I couldn't leave. No matter how hard I was trying to fight it. I had those invisible chains around me and the spell was so strong that the more I fought, the more they were tying me. The same with the bracelet and the necklace. I couldn't take them off. I tried but the moment I touched them, electricity shot through my body sending me into agony. I'm useless. I needed to do something. I need to find a way to get out of here. I don't care about me or my life. All I want is to go back to Azar and save him. There must be a way. Please be okay wolfie. I'll find my way back to you. Just hold on and be strong. 

Emerald: “Get up!! We need to leave now!!”

Amaya: “Emerald?!”

Emerald: “I need you to listen. We need to get you out of here. Nash and the others aren't here. I don't know when they'll be back but this is our only opportunity to escape.”

Amaya: “What? You think I don't know how much you hate me as much as the others? Do you think I'm stupid enough to believe that you want to help me?”

Emerald: “Who mentioned anything about me wanting to help you? I just want you out of here. Trust me, I hate you and there's nothing I want more than to see you dead but I can't kill you as he did a binding spell to your lives. There's no way for me to kill you without killing him.”

Amaya: “HE DID WHAT?!”

Emerald: “He's my mate and I love him. I wanted to do this with him. I wanted to support him but all he does is talk about you. All he thinks about is you and I can't stand it. Do you know how it feels? He's my mate. He’s destined for me. He's supposed to love me and only me but he never did and you know it. You know Nash was always in love with you. I mean nothing to him. He mentions your name while he is sleeping with me. I thought something would change while you were away and it didn't seem like things were getting better but now it's all gone. All my effort. That's why I need you to leave. Even if it means going against my mate and helping you out.”

Amaya: “It's not my fault that he's been obsessed with me and you don't understand. You think I wouldn't run away if I could? There's nothing I want more than to escape and run far away from here but I can't. See the necklace and the bracelet?! It doesn't allow me to step foot outside of this room. I don't know what you have in your mind but you need to figure out how to take these off of me first.”

Emerald: “You're just making excuses. I'm offering you a chance to leave. Just fight the damn spell. You can fight it. You're strong enough to break it.”

Amaya: “You need to tell me how. Nothing seems to work.”

Emerald: “Nash wants to create a fake mate bond between the two of you and he also has complete control over everything you do. The more jewelry you wear, the spell becomes stronger. It compels you more and more with each second. You need to r…”

Nash: “What do we have here?”

Emerald: “Nothing.”

Nash: “There's something I want you to tell me, because I don't understand. You're my mate and you know certain things about my plans for the future and you know about the spells. Not to mention we’re all aware of how much you've always hated Amaya and you think I’d leave you around her? Can you be any more stupid than you already are?”

Emerald: “I didn't mean anything. Baby, you have to trust me.”

Nash: “Stop lying!! You wanted to take her away from me.”

Emerald: “No!!”

Nash: “I know it all!! You offered her your help to escape.”

Emerald: “It's her fault. She begged me to help her.”

Nash: “And you're so nice and kind that you felt sorry and decided to do so?”

Emerald: “Yes.”

Nash: “What am I gonna do with you? Emerald…just like your eyes. Well, too bad for you. I love rubies way much better. It's finally time to end this. You know damn well I never loved or cared about you. There's only one person I'll ever want. It's true you were good use for years but now I have what I want.”

In Amaya’s head: I watched as Nash started to strangle his own mate. I knew how evil he was. I know he never cared about her, I always knew the way he was looking at me. It's something that makes my skin crawl and Emerald was far from a good person either. She was always jealous of me. She used to beat me a few times. Until Nash forbade her to come anywhere near me. That's why I was surprised to see her enter this room but I understood it. She really just wanted me out of the picture so that she can be with the man she loves. Unfortunately for her, she truly did love him. His grip was becoming stronger and stronger. I felt bad for her and I even felt the need to help her. No matter what, nobody deserves something like this but I couldn't move. All I could do was watch. It wasn't long before her breathing stopped and I hurt the most awful sound. Nash wanted to make sure she was gone for good. He snapped her neck and her dead body fell to the floor. He killed her.

Nash: “Good riddance. I'm sorry you had to see that...I had something on my mind. I wanted to save this for later and let you practice your siphoning powers on her but she didn't have any special powers. All you can take from her is healing but you already have it. So…why is there blood all over you?”

Amaya: “A monster. How could you?! She was your mate.”

Nash: “She was never important to me. Now tell me why you didn't change yet?!”

Amaya: “I swear you're insane. You ordered my brother to beat me and now you have the audacity to ask me why there's blood on me?! It's my blood.”

Nash: “I see it didn't work out for you. But either way…you need new clothes. I want my mate to look beautiful.”

Amaya: “I'm not your mate!!”

Nash: “ I just need to find someone to take out the trash and I'll join you.”

In Amaya’s head: I felt sick from his words. As he said it, these invisible chains started pulling me towards the bathroom and I was helpless. My screams didn't do anything. His command was too strong. Emerald wanted to tell me what I needed to do to break free but she died before she got her chance. I'm completely on my own. (in the woods)

Fenrir: “Please tell me you have some good news.”

Orla: “We have both good and bad news.”

Fenrir: “What do you mean?”

Mia: “We were patrolling around our border and we caught someone looking around.”

Orla: “Male wolf. We've never seen them before.”

Mia: “Me either.”

Fenrir: “And what's the problem?”

Mia: “He doesn't wanna talk.”

Orla: “He didn't wanna tell us anything.”

Fenrir: “Where is he now?”

Mia: “We locked him up.”

Fenrir: “Go there, now. I'll be right behind you.”

Orla: “Yes alpha.”

Fenrir: “I love you at home to rest.”

Azrael: “I won't rest until our son wakes up and we find those bastards.”

Fenrir: “Thorne and Miranda are leading a group of pack warriors. Same with Felix and Tia. Jessie and Sammy are guarding the borders and searching for more information about siphoners. They think they have some news but they’re still not sure and will look more into it.”

Azrael: “I wish I could hunt them down but I can't leave our son.”

Fenrir: “One of us is always there with him, love.”

Azrael: “I know. Now let's go and see who's that dude that was stalking us. We’ll see if he'll wanna talk then. (Azrael has a fist of fire - Nash’s bathroom)”

Nash: “Undress.”

Amaya: “No!!”

Nash: “You have no choice. Undress, now!! That's a lot better. We’ll have a nice bath together. I’ll help rinse all of the blood.”

Amaya: “You're not gonna touch me.”

Nash: “I'm not gonna do anything more than that until you asked me to. I just want to help you. That's what mates are for.”

Amaya: “I'm not your mate get that in your head. I have one mate and his name is Azar. Got that?! Azar!! (Nash smacks Amaya)”

Nash: “You will not mention his name again.”

Amaya: “I’ll repeat his name until my last breath. AZAR!! (Azar’s dream)”

In Azar’s head: Where am I? What is this place? What's going on? I swear I heard someone calling out my name. No, not someone. Amaya. It was Amaya's voice. She's suffering. (Azar screams)

Amaya: “AZAR!!”

Azar: “Stay right where you are, I'll find you.”

Amaya: “No!! Don't look for me, you can't help me. I'm not worth it. Stay away from me. I can't be saved. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry for everything. I need you to be safe. Run, save yourself. Run and never look back. I love you. This is my last goodbye.”

Azar: “AMAYA!! AMAYA!! (Azar’s hospital room Azar wakes up)”
