Azar: “What are you talking about?!”

Amaya: “I'm the daughter of your worst enemies.”

Azar: “WHAT?! Start talking!!”

Amaya: “Do you know about The Blood Moon pack and The Sacred Wood pack?”

Azar: “What about them?! SPEAK!!”

Amaya: “My parents are Maria and Luca.”

Azar: “This can't be real.”

Amaya: “I'm sorry, I couldn't say anything before, I was afraid. I was growing up on the stories of the massacre your mother and father made and how they slaughtered whole packs but I knew better than to trust them. They're monsters. The things they did…they all deserve to die. Me being born was a mistake. I don't know how it happened. My brother…his name is Marian. My mother's golden boy, he's my twin. yet he's a regular wolf just like my parents.”

Azar: “Stop!! It doesn't make any sense. The Blood Moon and The Sacred Wood packs haven’t existed for 21 years. They're alphas, Luca and Nevio were killed by my parents.”

Amaya: “They were killed. Nevio’s mate died too but my mother didn't. She gave birth to me and my brother that day and Nevio already had a son, Nash. He had him hiding, no one knew about him so Nash took over my father's pack just like my brother took over my father's when he grew up but my mom was the leader. Not everyone was killed. Not all pack members joined the battle and a lot of pack warriors left their children behind so it was enough for the packs to keep going. They’re well hidden for years far away from here. That's how you and your family didn't know. The man that was here a while ago is the alpha of The Blood Moon pack like our fathers before us and before their deaths, our packs stayed united all these years along with other allies they made.”

Azar: “Go inside the house, now!!”

Amaya: “You need to listen to me. I'm sorry for everything they've done, don't hate me.”

Azar: “I told you something, don't test my patience. GET OUT OF MY SIGHT!!”

Azar’s Mindlink: “Gather all the pack warriors!! We have an intruder on our territory. Mom, dad, I need you!! Immediately!!”

Azar: “Thorne!! You're staying with Miranda and Amaya. Neither of them are allowed to leave. Tell her there’ll be consequences if she tries to run away. I need more answers.”

Thorne: “How the hell is this possible?”

Azar: “I don't know but I'll find out. But first I need to catch that son of a bitch. He dared to come on my fucking territory!!

In Thorne’s head: This is a disaster. (in the woods)

Azrael: “Azar, talk to us!! (Azar and Amaya’s room)”

Amaya: “He hates me, Mir.”

Miranda: “He doesn't hate you, he's just in shock. What you told him is a lot.”

Amaya: “I knew this day would come. I know I don't deserve him. Him and his family have every right to kill me.”

Miranda: “No!! Don't say things like that. Azar would never hurt you.”

Amaya: “But did you see how he acted? He yelled at me. He told me to get out of his sight. Maybe that's exactly what I need to do. I need to leave.”

Miranda: “There’s no good by running away. And where would we even go?”

Amaya: “No, Mir. You're staying here.”

Miranda: “I would never leave you alone. I love you like my own sister, so no.”

Amaya: “You have a mate now, your place is by his side. I'll find a way.”

Miranda: “No Amaya!! They know where you are, they'll find you and I'm not gonna let anything happen to you.”

Amaya: “Please don't make this any harder for me.”

Miranda: “I'm not losing my best friend. Azar will listen to you!! If he doesn't want to then I'm gonna make him. You're not gonna pay for their sins. You're not guilty for your dad's crime, you're their victim and Azar won't judge you by the sins of your parents.”

Amaya: “You didn't hear how Nash talked to me. He said I'll come to him willingly and he knows everything, Mir. He knows that Azar is my mate.”

Miranda: “One more reason for you to stay.”

Amaya: “I can’t risk Azar getting hurt.”

Miranda: “He's not gonna get hurt. He's the most powerful being I've ever seen.”

Amaya: “I know but we shouldn’t underestimate them. I think they know something that we don't and they are pure evil. That's why I have to go.”

Thorne: “Amaya, you can't leave.”

Miranda: “What is it?”

Thorne: “I can't let you leave even if you want to. Azar gave me strict orders. You're not allowed to leave until he comes back otherwise you'll face the consequences of it.”

Miranda: “What the hell?!”

Thorne: “I'm sorry.”

Miranda: “He's not gonna treat her like a prisoner. She's been one her whole life!!”

Amaya: “It’s okay, Mir. I understand.”

Miranda: “NO!! You, GET OUT!!”

Thorne: “Baby, I'm sorry but you need to listen to me. Azar is out of his mind at the moment. We need to let him calm down. What your packs did to our family is awful.”

Miranda: “Mhm. (the next morning in the woods)”

Fenrir: “Still nothing.”

Azrael: “Son, please talk to us. We were running around the territory the whole night and it was a dead end. We couldn't find anyone, we searched the whole territory but the scent became too faint and we couldn't track it.”

Fenrir: “You didn't tell us who we’re hunting. You didn't tell us anything. Who was it?”

Azar: “There's something I need to tell you. He came for Amaya. It was the son of Nevio, the alpha of The Blood Moon pack.”

Fenrir: “Impossible!!”

Azar: “Hear me out. Amaya confessed to me last night. Mom, dad…Amaya is the daughter of Maria and Luca. (flashback to Azrael being pregnant in the garden)”

Luca: “He doesn't love you and if you don't care about that, think about the child. How can you be so stupid?! Do you really think he'll let the baby stay with you?! He'll take the child away from you, Azrael!! There's no doubt that the baby will be powerful and all Fenrir cares about is power. He never loved you. He wanted you to be his maid only because you're a hellhound!!

Azrael: “LIARR!! You lying bastard!! You think I'll fall for your filthy lies?! I know my mate and his love towards me is too much to believe a single word you're saying.”

Luca: “He's not your mate!! Look at what he's done to you. You need to kill him.”

Azrael: “What are you talking about?! You’re crazy! I knew I shouldn't have trusted you.”

Luca: “But you did.”

Azrael: “What?”

Luca: “You’ll see.”

Azrael: “I’ll kill you!!”

Luca: “Feeling weak?”

Azrael: “What have you done to me?”

Luca: “I was hoping this would work out. I wanted us to be on the same team. I had to sedate you just in case you didn't wanna go through with my plan. Such a shame…it doesn't matter. My other plan will work just as perfect as the previous one. Maybe better. I can't wait for Fenrir to find out. I see you're still fighting it. Let me help you out. I've just defeated a hellhound. (in lock up)”

Nevio: “Come on, sugar. Don't be shy.”

In Azrael’s head: I instinctively wrapped my arms around my stomach trying to shield it.

Nevio: “I’m sure you have a lot of questions. I’ll just tell you. We needed you to join our pack to take down your ex mate but you’re still in love with him so we needed to come up with another plan. Now you’ll be our bait for him to walk straight into a trap so that I can kill him. What a pity. (Azrael’s scared)”

In Azrael’s head: Fenrir! No!

Nevio: “My father did the same with his pathetic brother. Unfortunately, he died in the process. Along with my whole pack except me. I was only a child so I managed to escape. I waited all these years for the perfect moment to have my revenge. I almost lost all hope, then you showed up. Isn’t it perfect? In the meantime I’ve made some allies. A lot of them, to be honest. Now I have Luca’s pack, along with three more joined in one. I’ll kill your darling mate and take his crown. I decided to savor every second of my revenge. That’s why I won’t call him. I’ll let your poor so look for you first. Make him even weaker than he is now. In the meantime I’ll savor you.”

Azrael: “You won’t go anywhere near Fenrir.”

In Azrael’s head: He grabbed my hand and pulled me close…kissing me. I screamed but he didn’t care. I tried to push him away, but I was so weak he didn’t even move an inch. His hands were holding my face firmly while he continued kissing me. I needed to do something, then I came up with an idea. (Azrael bites Nevio)

Nevio: “You bitch! You fucking bite me! I wanted to be nice but you ruined it. No food for five days, maybe I’ll change my mind. (somewhere else in the basement). Look who’s here. Azrael. Your ex mate is here. He’s not doing too good.”

Fenrir: “LET HER GO!”

Luca: “Stop it or I’ll kill her.”

In Azrael’s head: Luca released my hands for a second. Enough for me to turn around and attack. (Azrael pushes Luca)

Azrael: “You’re not gonna do anything.”

Luca: “I’ve warned you!!”

Fenrir: “I’LL KILL YOU!!”

Sammy: “Azzy hurry. We don’t have much time. You gave birth?!”

Azrael: “This is your nephew Azar. Azar, this is your uncle Sam.”

Sammy: “What a beautiful name. Come on, we need to get the two of you out of here.”

Azrael: “No, Sammy. I need you to take my pup and run away. Find Jessie and go. I need to find Fenrir and kill those bastards.”

Sam: “No! You look drained. You just gave birth. Even wolves can’t recover from it that quickly. I’m not leaving you behind.”

Azrael: “Sammy, please. You and Jessie are the only ones I trust with my baby. I need to get this over with. I need them to pay. They need to die for what they’ve done to me.”

Sam: “Both of our packs are here. They’ll finish it. They’re in a fight with their packs.”

Azrael: “They’re too many of them, Sammy. They have four packs. Fenrir is locked away, almost beaten to death. I need to find him and save him.”

Sam: “Azzy…”

Azrael: “If I don’t make it out alive, take good care of him.”

Sam: “Please don’t say that.”

Azrael: “Azar, my sweet boy, I need you to know how much mom and dad love you. I don’t get a chance to see you again, be a good boy. Come on. I’ll cover you until you reach the exit. Then run as fast as you can.”

Sam: “I’ll protect him with my own life.”

Azrael: “Oh, Sammy, I know you would. Thank you for being such an amazing friend.”

Sammy: “This isn't goodbye, Azzy. We’ll see each other again. Now go kick their asses. Me and this cutie pie will be waiting for you.”

In Azrael’s head: We started running through the corridor. There was a bloody battle. I saw all these familiar faces and their attack and felt proud how seriously they were fighting to set their alphas free. Some of the guards wanted to block our way out but I was able to kill them within seconds. After all these months of silence, Bianca finally woke up inside me again. God, how much I missed her presence and now I feel the same power I did before. Maybe even more. Anger flowing through me turned into my strength and not only that I have to protect Fenrir, but I have my child too. Their safety is all that matters to me. We managed to go through the crowd to the exit. There were no more pack warriors. Sammy gave me a quick nod then started running, holding Azar tightly in his arms. I waited a few moments to make sure no one was following them then I ran back inside. (in the woods)

In Sammy’s head: Someone’s behind us! How am I gonna fight holding a baby?

Sammy: “You?! Stay away!!”

Luca: “Poor Sammy. You two thought that I was stupid? I saw you running so I waited for Azrael to leave you out of sight. Just give me the baby and I promise I won’t kill you.”

Sam: “You’re crazy. I’m never gonna give them to you.”

Luca: “So it’s a boy. Give him to me, he’ll be in good hands. I’ll raise him as my own.”

Sam: “Over my dead body.”

Luca: “As you wish.”

Ezekiel: “Luca, Luca, Luca. I’ve heard you’ve been a naughty boy. Do you know what happens to rotten souls like yours?”

Luca: “Who the hell are you?!"

Ezekiel: “How silly of me. I forgot to introduce myself. I’m Ezekiel. I’m the guardian of Hell. A hellhound and I’m here to take you straight to hell. I hope you’ll enjoy the ride. Sammy, be a darling and get my nephew to safety. I’ll be right behind you.”

Luca: “Don’t move! The child is going with me."

Ezekiel: “Tsk, tsk, tsk…are you done? Pathetic. This might hurt a little. Who am I kidding? This will hurt like hell."

Luca: “It burns! Put the fire out.”

Ezekiel: “You should’ve thought about that before you decided to mess with my sister. See you in hell. You and I will have an eternity for chatting.”

In Maria’s head: What’s happening? Something’s not right. No, no, no! My mate! My mate is dead! They killed him.

Maria: “NO! LUCA! LUCAAAA! (outside in the woods)"

Fenrir: “Azrael, step aside!”

Azrael: “No, he’s mine!”

Nevio: “You couldn’t fight me all these months. You’re weak.”

Azrael: “That’s because you kept drugging me. You’ll die a slow and painful death for everything you’ve done."

In Azrael’s head: I exploded. I couldn’t contain rage burning inside of me. All these months with pain and suffering both physical and emotional all added up. My child and Fenrir are okay and that’s all I ever wanted. Now it’s time for revenge. This man needs to die and I’ll make sure he feels the pain you never felt before.

In Fenrir’s head: I was on the verge of death when Azrael marked me. Frey instantly felt it and my body started restoring and regaining the energy. Now I was fighting with every fiber of my being not to shift and rip this bastard’s head off but Azrael said he’s hers and I’m not gonna take her revenge from her. He made her suffer too much, it was obvious. I’m scared to even think about what he’s done. I saw it in her eyes that she needed to be the one to kill him, so I let her. I decided I’ll step in if she won’t be able to overpower him but to my absolute shock and astonishment, Azrael shifted in the blink of an eye. This was so different from all the times I’ve seen her in her wolf form. This was her true hellhound form. She’s reached her full potential. That got me scared as I’ve heard they can be dangerous if they use all their power at once and I had to have to trust her. All this time of need thinking I was the one to protect her, turns out she’s the one protecting me. I've underestimated her many times. She’s more powerful than me, then all of us and now it’s her time to show it. My heart swelled with pride as she jumped on to Nevio before he even got to shift. The moment she reached him, his body caught on flames. He screamed in horror. Azrael lounged onto him, pinning him to the ground as she started to tear him apart. Piece by piece. She knew exactly what she was doing. She wanted it to last. Nevio was alive as she was tearing his flesh open, setting his skin on fire. She was savoring her revenge. His yells and cries became more and more quiet until he fell completely silent. She had shred him to pieces. Fire had spread to the whole area. Then there was nothing left of him. Azrael shifted back to her human form. Azrael turned around to face me. She had a devilish smirk on her face. Like they were kissing her skin cascading around her hair. She never looked more astonishing. I couldn’t stop looking at her, and her eyes. The most magnificent I’ve ever seen. Fire burning inside them. She was setting my heart on fire. They bore straight into my soul. I love her.

In Azrael’s head: I felt glorious. It's finally over. I killed him. Now that our enemies are gone and my mate and child are safe...I’m proud to say I’m a hellhound. I can accept it now without fear. I’m a hellhound. I’m the protector. (the next morning)

Azrael: “You’re still here.”

Ezekiel: “I told you I’ll be here.”

Azrael: “How is this possible?”

Ezekiel: “I may have broken the rules a bit.”

Azrael: “What do you mean?”

Ezekiel: “I was watching you all this time but I wasn’t allowed to get involved. Then I saw Luca following Sammy with my nephew. I knew Sammy wouldn’t be able to fight while protecting the baby so I needed to come. I killed him before he could do harm.”

Azrael: “Thank you. You saved my son.”

Ezekiel: “Actually, you saved him. Just like you saved Fenrir.”

Azrael: “So you saw everything they’ve done to me.”

Ezekiel: “I’m so sorry, Azzy but I couldn’t warn you about them. That would’ve changed the whole destiny if I did and we need things to be just like they are now. One day you’ll understand what I’m talking about. (present time in the woods)”

In Azrael’s head: That would’ve changed the whole destiny. One day you'll understand. Fuck!! Ezekiel knew, my brother knew all along. He knew the daughter of our enemies will be our son's mate.

Fenrir: “Where’s your mate?! I’LL KILL THEM ALL STARTING WITH AMAYA!!”
