Go Away, I'm a Billionairess Now (Samara and Chaim)

Chapter 102

Chapter 102 Samara Really Doesn't Love Him Anymore

Victor's questions were getting more annoying. Chaim was originally in a bad mood. When he heard Victor's words, he directly replied, "Get lost!"

After he finished speaking, he turned around and walked to the study without glancing at Victor. Then, he just locked the door.

"Hey."

Victor followed Chaim to the door of the study, and with a "bang", he was shut out.

Thinking of the way Chaim looked at him, Victor rubbed his nose with embarrassment. He still didn't dare to knock on the door again.

After standing at the door of Chaim's study for a while, Victor looked up at the closed wooden door in front of him. With a sigh, he turned around and left.

Back in the car, Victor suddenly thought of something and gasped in shock, "Does Chaim really regret divorcing Samara?"

Thinking of this, somehow, Victor felt like gloating.

If that was the case, things would be so fun.

Tsk

With a snort, Victor finally drove away.

The sound of a car engine came from downstairs, and Chaim, who was sitting on the sofa, slowly opened his eyes.

Victor had left, and everything was finally quiet. However, the question asked by Victor kept lingering in Chaim's ears. Why did he go to Samara's apartment building?

Chaim himself didn't know how to answer this question. Last night, Camille had a high fever. He didn't leave until her fever was brought down in the middle of the night. On the way back to the Humphrey's home, he drove to Samara's apartment.

Coincidentally, the apartment she lived in was on the roadside of the city center. It was more than 2 am. His car was parked by the roadside. When he looked up through the right window, he happened to see the apartment building where Samara lived.

He knew that Samara liked him not long after they got married.

In fact, he didn't think about divorcing her so quickly. It was probably because he was pleased with her performance of being his wife, though she often caused some trouble for him. However, in general, Samara, as his wife, had no influence or restraint

on him.

Such a person was exactly who he needed.

He grew up in a family like the Humphrey family and was used to the marriage of his family. After marriage, the husband and

the wife lived their own lives.

Although he refused to actually sleep with Samara, he had never had an affair with any woman.

He respected marriage and hoped that his wife could respect marriage too.

Samara liked him. She did very well on this point.

If she did not propose a divorce, he thought that he might continue to live with her.

Over time, he had got to realize that his guilt and gratitude for Camille prevailed over his love for her.

However, there was no if. When he intended to be a real couple with Samara, she proposed a divorce.

She used to like him so much back then, but after they divorced, she just turned into a completely different person.

When she looked at him, her eyes no longer sparkled. She even turned a blind eye to him again and again.

Last night, he thought that this was her way of playing hard to get. However, when he watched her leave with Roland, he suddenly realized that Samara really did not love him anymore. Surprisingly, he found that he could not accept it.

Back then, given their three years of marriage, he advised her not to be coaxed by Roland.

Now that she insisted on her own way, he did not feel the slightest bit of schadenfreude.

The wind last night was very cold. With the window open, he smoked a cigarette by the roadside under Samara's apartment building. He imagined that Roland might have stayed in her apartment at that time. He felt that in this marriage, he was not as ruthless as Samara.
