Girls Rule

Chapter 1: Stupid Rogues

Ace

“Punch harder!” I growled out as I watched my fighters train.

“Make sure you guys focus on the bags!” My beta, Zylen, yelled out over all the grunts.

“Nice.” I smiled proudly as I watched them all.

“They are getting better.” My Third, Colby, nodded.

“I agree. This generation of fighters will be great alongside the fighters now.” I said nodding. “Water break everyone. Make sure you guys stay hydrated. It’s really hot today.”

“Yes alpha!” They said simultaneously and bowed before walking to their water bottles.

“Hey Ace.” Zylen mumbled as she looked at me. “I think we should call it a day. It’s really hot. And I don’t want them to overheat. It won’t be good for them.”

I looked up at the bright yellow sun. “You’re right. I don’t want anyone fainting and having to rush them to the pack clinic.”

“I’ll go tell them.” Colby volunteered.

“Thank you.” I said.

“Guess who took out another pack.” Zylen growled.

“Those rogues are going to die.” I growled as Colby walked back over.

“Did I hear you correct Zy?” Colby asked as she clenched her fists.

Zylen nodded. “I got word from the alpha over at the Moon Dust Pack. His neighboring pack got wiped out. He was going to be next, but his defense held strong.”

“That’s a first.” I mumbled. “No one could stop those rogues.”

“Well the training techniques have gotten better over the years. And that is a pretty strong pack. I’m glad that we have a treaty with him.” Colby state.

I nodded. “Me too. He’s a nice man as well. He helped us out a lot when we were getting The Luna Pack back up. I owe him big time.”

“Your parents would be proud of you Ace.” Zylen smiled.

“Yours too Zy. And yours as well Colby.” I smiled back.

Colby let out a sad sigh, but still smiled. “I hope so. I’m trying to do my best at being Third. No one could replace my dad though.”

“I hear ya.” Zylen said as he nudged Colby with her shoulder.

“Alpha!” April, one of my trackers, yelled.

“What’s wrong?” I asked as I turned to face her.

“Rogues.” April growled.

“Is it them?” Zylen asked.

“No Beta Zylen. It’s not them.” April said as she shook her head. “Some of the trackers sniffed them out near the south border. Patrol in a 5 mile radius is closing in on them. There are only a couple.”

“Good. I’ll be there in a second with some fighters.” I said as she bowed and ran off. “Let’s get the newbies.”

“Are you sure they are ready to actually fight?” Zylen asked worried.

I nodded. “We will be right there with them just in case. April said it was a small group. Colby, grab some of our experienced fighters to stand by with the newbies.”

Colby nodded as her eyes fogged over.

“Well then let’s go.” Zylen smirked as she shifted into her blonde wolf.

Her wolf has a beautiful blonde coat with brown eyes. And on her left eye, she had a red circle going around it.

Her wolf growled and got into a fighting stance and she readied herself.

“Let’s kick some wolf ass.” Colby winked as she too shifted.

Colby’s wolf was red with dark, forest green eyes. Her wolf had a red stripe going across her left eye and she was slightly smaller than Zylen, but not by much.

You’re turn Ace.” Zylen said as she stood up tall and proud.

I nodded just as the experience fighters ran over to me.

“Let’s do this.” I smirked as my fighters growled and shifted.

I jumped forward and shifted mid-air into my wolf.

‘Feels good to be let out.’ Ava laughed.

I shook my silver fur out and looked at my pack members with my bright electric blue eyes.

I loved my wolf’s color. It was a bright shiny silver and I had a white moon above my left eye. I was proud of my wolf.

I took off and Zylen quickly ran up on my left side and Colby on my right with my pack members running behind us.

It didn’t take very long because my pack members are naturally fast and during training, we work on speed.

‘There!’ Colby yelled through the link.

‘On my count.’ I said as I slowed down to a walk. ‘Ready to show us what you got newbies?’

‘Oh hell ya alpha!’ They all growled.

‘Be careful guys. It might be a small group, but you all need to focus. We have your backs.’ Zylen encouraged.

‘Attack.’ I said.

My new fighters growled and rushed forward.

I smiled in pride as I saw them all follow what they were suppose to do.

I watched as the new fighters took out rogue after rogue.

‘Let’s go guys!’ I yelled through the link as I ran to help out.

I didn’t want them to tire themselves out.

I growled and lunged for a rogue as they charged one of my new fighters.

‘Oh fuck no you don’t.’ Ava growled as she checked him in his side.

She bent down and quickly ripped his throat out.

‘That’ll teach him to mess with my pack.’ Ava spat.

‘Alpha!’ I heard one of my new fighters, Cole, yell.

I quickly turned around and saw him try to protect Amy, another one of my new fighters, from three rogues.

I growled and charged.

‘Zylen, Colby. Watch the rogues real quick.’ I said through the link as I dodged some rogues that tried to get me.

Haha bitches! I’m an alpha. Nice try.

‘Duck Cole!’ I yelled as I jumped.

He ducked and I flew right over him and landed on top of a rogue.

‘Get Amy to the clinic! I’ll take care of these punks.’ I commanded in my alpha tone so he knew I was serious.

‘Y-yes alpha.’ Cole obeyed as he and an older fighter shifted and picked up Amy’s wolf.

‘Let’s tango.’ Ava smirked as she stared at the other two rogues.

They both growled and lunged for us.

Ava laughed and jumped straight up in the air and they smashed into each other.

I swiveled up in the air and dove right down.

‘Nose dive!’ Ava growled out as he landed right on one of the rogues.

I heard his neck snap and I turned to face the other wolf.

He growled, but slowly started to take steps backwards.

I watched in amusement as two of my best fighters stood right behind the rogue.

The rogue gulped once he walked right into the twins.

“Let’s go.” Mike laughed as his twin brother, Wes, grabbed the rogue’s leg.

‘That’s all of them.’ Zylen mumbled as she jogged up to me.

‘April was right.’ Colby said as she looked around. ‘That was a small group of rogues. I’ve never seen a group that small.’

I laughed. ‘Stupid rogues. They should know not to walk onto my land.’

‘Welp. What are we waiting for?’ Colby laughed. ‘Let’s go question the little fucker.’
