Galaxy Of Hope

Chapter Stripped (3)

The room was bigger than expected, all black and red carpet and furniture. Typical strip club.

I let my fingers wander over the side of the furniture. My other hand was in his. Where it belonged. Tonight something had shifted. The way he was worried for me and possessive making me doubt everything. I had also not been able to ignore his attraction to me. Making me all hot and bothered at the fact he cared and wanted me at all. He was that type of guy who would always be a league too high, a lane too far, that guy at school you always wanted but knew you could never have. Skylark and Jun had already found one of the double couches and were continuing their make-out session.

I eyed the stripper pole in the middle of the room and snorted.

I jumped on the stage and swung around the pole like I had seen them do so many times.

‘Get down from the pole, Lux.’ His voice snapped. He was unbuttoning the top buttons of his black dress shirt because he was that flustered. I could still see his boner in those dress pants and it made me feel powerful. He was still prissy about having discovered me tonight though. Was he upset because I had interrupted his Lux free night?

I put my tongue out. ‘Make me.’ Very mature of me, I know.

He sipped from a Fae whiskey glass and disapprovingly sat down, legs wide and cheeks a little flushed, pupils dilated. He looked so hot when he was angry and turned on at the same time.

I turned on the pole again. Nearly stumbling over my own two feet. I was a little bit intoxicated.

‘Why don’t you ever listen. You seriously got a problem.’ He added coolly. But his voice betrayed him. His eyes flicked over my face and down my body for a quick second but I had spotted that. It was the millionth time he had checked me out tonight.

I sat down on the edge of the stripper pole. Legs dangling now.

‘Give me your feet.’ He said.

‘Why?’

‘I need to get you out of those heels before you fall to your death. Now that’s something I don’t want to tell Vincent.’ He swallowed and grabbed my ankle. Unbuckling the clasps. ‘She died on a stripper pole because she tumbled down and hit her head.’ He mocked his own voice while carefully removing my shoes. They were placed on his lap and he took his time to caress both my ankles. His hands not letting the contact go. I noticed.

‘I want a drink.’ I broke the heavy silence because all we were doing now was just staring at each other with a mixture of anger and lust.

‘Not happening. You’ve had enough.’ He sipped from his own drink, not breaking eye contact with me, my feet still in his lap close to his hard member. I wiggled my toes a little, teasing him.

‘Come on…’ I waved towards the two of them to dilute some tension. ‘I don’t want to have to deal with that.’ Jun’s hands now wandering underneath Sky’s top. ‘He’s a good guy right?’

Andrew just sipped from his drink again, hands letting go off both my ankles. It was instantly cold and I missed them.

‘I won’t have to clock him right?’ I asked again, toes now wandering over his torso. I was tempted to make them drift lower to where he was still very hard.

’You won’t be able to clock him.’

‘Why’s that?’ My feet were now travelling lower and I was leaning back, resting on my arms. He was not stopping me. Was he going to let me?

‘He’s the best Verr Boyas fighter I know. Besides his father.’ He didn’t even glance down at my feet and where they were, in fact he even opened his legs wider. I halted my descend right above where he wanted me. Our eyes meeting again. This time more lust than anger remained and a whole lot more questions danced between them. Who needs strippers when you can have a striptease like this?

‘Well he’s pawing all over my best friend.’ I rasped. Our conversation still hiding the real questions our bodies were posing. It was like a play of words, find the hidden meaning behind them and decipher.

‘He’s a good guy.’ Andrew added after a few long seconds, as if there was more to that story. He raised his eyebrows a second when a long girly moan drifted our way, but he still didn’t drop the anger act. I wiggled my toes again.

‘Are you really angry with me?’ I sighed. I wanted to drift my feet lower but as I was debating this he grabbed them and let them dangle away from him. Moment over, question answered. So I whipped both legs up and down again like a little kid, acting up the innocent act to a full.

’I’m livid princess.’ He tipped the glass my way, making his point. ‘You are the worst client I’ve ever had.’

‘Ouch….’ I pretended to be shot. The mood now a little less sexual. ‘Why don’t I believe you?’ I chuckled. I jumped down from the podium and sat down next to him, our thighs touching.

‘Can I have a sip?’

’I once had a client, this huge bear of a guy who loved watching Disney movies naked, with his dogs licking his ball sack. You are worse than that client, Lux. At least he listened.’

I stared at him and giggled loudly at that. He was letting go of his anger a little and I loved it. Ignoring his story I asked for the drink again.

‘Just one sip.’ He hesitantly complied, eyeing my lips again. His eyes flicked up to mine. The anger might have left the building but the lust hadn’t fully excited. It was lingering in the basement, ready to lit up once more at the smallest spark.

I grabbed his glass before he could answer, barely touching his fingers in the process. I took one long gulp nearly downing the entire thing. Licking my lips slowly when done and fully knowing what I was doing.

‘You fucking liar.’ He groaned. ‘Anything else you want to add to my plate tonight?’ he said it like he was asking for a full side dish of me with some extra dressing.

‘Nope, I think I’m good. Although, I did want to go clubbing tonight.’

Andrew stayed stoically calm and didn’t answer. Was it not the answer he was hoping for? Probably. Yet, why did he remain so eerily calm?

‘Just kidding.’ I added quickly at seeing his stern face.

He just stared at me a little longer. Still unreadable.

‘Okay, not kidding… not entirely.’

‘Lux.’ He rolled his eyes at me and placed both his palms on his eyes. Pressing down hard and grunting at my bad behaviour.

‘Don’t be mad at me.’

‘I’m not mad at you. I’m livid. I already told you that!’ He slammed his hands back down and rolled his neck, cracking something in the process.

‘Don’t be so overdramatic.’

‘Overdramatic?’ he raised his voice. ‘You have not seen me angry yet, princess!’

I shrugged. ‘What does it take than?’

‘For you to go fucking clubbing tonight!’ he full on yelled making me flinch and Jun and Sky both jump up as if he had yelled at them.

‘Jeez, Andy. What’s wrong?’ Jun said. Shirt open, and lips flushed. Sky was fixing her dress asking if I was alright in the process.

‘Nothing. Carry on.’ Andrew waved them of. Jun shrugged and grabbed Sky by her waist to lift her up on his lap again.

‘Sorry.’ He added as he saw the shocked expression on my face. I was holding unto my chest as if I was clutching my imaginary pearls. ‘But not sorry.’ He added quickly. ‘You really drive me nuts and you are going home tonight.’

‘Okay boss.’ I sighed. ‘But we could go clubbing together, though?’

He raised one eyebrow.

‘We are not friends Lux.’

‘Auch.’ I laughed. ‘Noted.’ He didn’t mean any of it and I saw that.

He grabbed my wrist as I rose. ‘But. It is my day off which you totally ruined by the way.’ I could see straight through that lie too. ‘And I know a nice bar downtown which you will love.’

Was he really doing this?

Jun interrupted our little heated discussion. ‘Andy, let’s go to Twilight man. It’s really popping off there.’ Twilight was the open air nightclub on top of the Crossing. I hopefully glanced Andrew’s way.

He was so going to say no.

‘You are going to go anyway, no matter what I do, don’t you?’ he knew me so well.

We actually had such a fun night.
