Chapter 1401
After Luis left, Alison soon realized why the head teacher had required their presence in the office.
Alison was a little worried. On her side, Alexa also found the head teacher's approach improper. "What does Ms. Peterson mean? The rumors have just spread online, and she required your presence in her office. It's no different from telling the other students that you had puppy love."
Alison was embarrassed. "But we didn't."
"I know! I mean, her approach indicates the authenticity of your relationship."
Alison pursed her lips and made no more
comments.
Alexa was right. A lot of students heard it when the class president passed on the message. Now they were whispering with each other about Luis and her.
While the two were talking, another voice suddenly came from the back door. "I'm looking for Alison."
Alexa and Alison were both surprised.
Alison subconsciously looked sideways at the back door and saw a girl standing there. To Alison, the girl was a total stranger.
Alexa, however, recognized the girl as Sara Foster from class 9. The latter was familiar with that punk girl Karen from the vocational school.
Not long ago, Karen confessed her love to Luis but got rejected.
And now, Sara was looking for Alison. Alexa soon figured out her aim.
Benny, who also figured out the situation, lowered her head to evade Sara.
Unfortunately, Sara spotted Benny at a glance. Since it was the break, she entered the classroom and pulled at Benny, who was lying prone on the desk. "Where is Alison?"
While asking, she looked around and saw Alison in two seconds.
It was not that she knew Alison, but Alison's face was recognizable.
At the sight of Alison, Sara let go of Benny and came over. "Alison?"
Sara sized Alison up and found her even prettier than in the video.
Sara curled her lips and took out a slip. "Someone wants to see you at 6 p.m. after school, and here is the appointed place."
Alison glanced at the slip on her desk and then at Sara. "But I don't know you."
Sara rolled her eyes. "You don't have to. Just remember to go to this place at six! Don't worry, we won't hit or scold you. It's just a meeting with your rival in love! I don't want to scare you, but you'd better go, or someone may intercept you on your way to school or back home."
Alexa was exasperated but did not dare to say anything. If this matter escalated, more people would laugh at Alison.
Fortunately, Luis came back. As soon as he entered the classroom, he heard the last part of Sara's words.
Luis frowned. "Why should she go and meet someone she doesn't know?" He snapped, took the slip from Alison's hand, and threw it away.
Sara intended to counter but held back at the sight of the speaker. Luis's aggressive look daunted her. "Whatever."
With that, she hurriedly turned around and went off.
Luis glanced at Alison and said, "Just ignore her."
It was rare that Alexa agreed with him this time. "Yeah, ignore her!"
Just then, the school bell rang.
