Daisy didn’t see that.

Camila put the lobsters on the table after dealing with them.
Gideon asked Camila to sit down and eat.
Just as she wanted to sit down, she heard Daisy’s voice. “This is for Maxwell. You can’t sit here.”
So Camila changed her seat.
“This is for my daughter. You can sit before Raven.” Daisy

Daisy and Camila hurried over. Finally, Gideon asked Camila to take him back to his room, leaving Daisy alone.
After closing the door, Camila took out Gideon’s medicine and got him a glass of water.
Gideon felt better after taking medicine.
“Camila, don’t be mad at her. Maxwell lost his parents when he was young. Daisy takes him as her own child. So we should have talked to her about Maxwell’s marriage. But I have my
reasons.”
Gideon paused.
“Maxwell had a girlfriend. They were about to get married when something happened. They didn’t get married, as a result. I knew that girl when she was young. She is active and open–minded. I like her, but I don’t think she is a good wife for Maxwell.“‘

“There is no turning back.” Maxwell sighed. “Please tell her that she is welcome if she wants to go home. But she is only my sister.”
Camila could feel the struggle and pain in his heart.
Camila wondered what kind of person Svetla was.
Camila couldn’t help feeling curious about this stranger. So many people liked Svetla. Svetla must have her strengths.
Maxwell still slept in the study.
Camila guessed that Chloe didn’t come probably because there was a guest in the house or Chloe had decided to give up on Maxwell.
But Camila held that Daisy was harder to deal with than Chloe. Daisy was not easygoing.
The next morning, as soon as Camila woke up, she got a text
message from Maxwell. He asked her to send him a shirt in the closet in the morning.
