Finding Lilibeth

Zac rushed towards Lilibeth after hearing her scream. He wanted to check if she was ok. He hadn't heard her voice once before that scream and he knew that scream was of pain. As he moved closer to Lilibeth she continued to scoot back away from him. Lilibeth wasn't looking at Zac though, she was looking at Lex and Leo beating the shit out of several people behind where Zac was standing.

Lilibeth had blood dripping from the side of her head and was feeling like she wanted to vomit. She knew she needed to get some where safe as she had black spots in her vision. Zac turned to look at what Lilibeth was watching at, giving Lilibeth a chance to move. She made it to her feet holding in the screams, she wanted to get away and made her way to the cubby house, stumbling and trying not to pass out before she got there.

Zac turned around seeing Lilibeth stumbling making it to the cubby house. He was calling out to her, but she didn't stop nor did she turn around at all. She fell against the cubby house screaming again in pain before making it inside the house. Zac, Leo and Lex were worried after her second scream and quickly made there way to the cubby house. The three of them were calling out to Lilibeth but she wasn't answering at all.

Once Lilibeth got into the cubby house. She moved the branch in front of the door biting her tongue so she wouldn't make a noise. She hoped that no one knew where she went. The black spots in her vision were getting worse. Soon Lilibeth had passed out in the corner of the cubby house wrapped around her bag which contained all her possessions that she owned now.

Zac tried to push the door open but something was stopping the door. "Lilibeth, let me in. I won't hurt you, I just want to make sure you are ok" Zac called out. He assumed she was sitting against the door and didn't want to shove it. He saw she was hurt and didn't want to add to her physical pain. "Leo call dad let him know we found her and what happened" Zac told his brother. Lex tried to push the window open but there was something stopping it. "Lilibeth, I'm sorry please let me in" Lex called out but again there was no answer. "Do you think she will answer you after what you did yesterday? Your friends just bashed the shit out of her. Go the fuck away" Zac fumed out. Lex stepped away from the cubby house without saying a word.

Zac continued to try to coax Lilibeth to open the door until Darren turned up. "Where is she?" Darren asked his sons. Beau was trailing behind his father. "She ran in here after she was dropped on her arm" Leo answered Darren. "Lilibeth, can you please open the door. I want to make sure you are ok" Darren called to his daughter. "Lilibeth, I'm sorry for what I said please let me just check you are ok" Darren attempted again but still there was no answer.

Darren turned to his sons who were all standing around watching. "I'm going to push the door open" Darren told them. "Dad I think she is leaning against the door" Zac stated. "What about the window?" Darren asked. "Both won't budge" Zac replied. "Right Beau you will push the window while I push the door" Darren told his sons.

Beau walked around to where the window of the cubby house was. "On three" Darren stated before counting to three and both began to push at the same time. A loud crack was heard and the door flew open. Darren saw Lilibeth curled up in the corner of the cubby house and looked to be asleep with blood on the side of her head. "Shit. Lilibeth?" Darren called crawling into he cubby house. Lilibeth didn't move at all.

Zac peeked into the house and saw Lilibeth in the corner. "Fuck, I think she passed out" Zac said alerting the others to what was happening. Beau quickly walked around the cubby house seeing his father pulling an unconscious Lilibeth out of the cubby house. Leo and Lex looked on as Darren picked Lilibeth up in his arm and raced towards his car. Darren knew he needed to get Lilibeth to a doctor.

Beau ran after his father hopping into the drivers seat while Darren got in the back holding onto his daughter. He was studying her face where he saw the bruises appearing from where she had been beaten today. He also saw how small and innocent she looked. He felt ashamed of himself for not noticing sooner. All he wanted to do now was protect his daughter.

Beau sped off towards the hospital. He too was ashamed of how he acted towards Lilibeth. She hadn't done anything wrong at all, but that didn't mean that Beau or the others didn't blame her existence on her. She was an innocent child and he was an adult, he should of known better.

Lex, Leo and Zac headed back to there car and headed off following Beau to the hospital. Zac felt horrible. He had noticed her flinching yesterday and hadn't spoken up at all. He thought if he had of told them, she wouldn't of run. He didn't dislike Lilibeth, he just ignored her completely and ignored what there brothers were doing to her.

Lex and Leo were blaming themselves. Leo had covered for Lex yesterday when she had taken off from him not knowing what had gone down. Lex knew this was his fault, if he hadn't of said what he did yesterday she wouldn't of taken off. He was angry with his father for having another child and had taken it out on Lilibeth. He regretted it completely but didn't know how to fix things. He had beaten the shit out of his mates who had beaten his sister but it didn't make him feel better at all.

Lex shook his head thinking of what James and Brad, his mates had said. They had said that since he did it yesterday, hit Lilibeth, they wanted to do it for him as well. He was the reason that Lilibeth was beaten because his mates thought he would want to see the damage they did to her. "Lex this isn't your fault" Leo stated. Lex turned to Leo glaring. "The fuck it isn't, I told her dad had sold her. I fucken hit her yesterday and kicked her. They told me they did this for me" Lex spat out. Zac kept quiet, he knew they all played a part in this. "She could be dead and that's my fault" Lex seethed out. "Lex, she isn't dead. We all caused this. Every one of us treated her like shit. We all pushed her and she snapped taking off" Zac finally spoke up causing both Leo and Lex to nod their head, although Lex didn't fully believe it.
