Jalen continued, “It’s a pity that her plan is going to fail. How could she think that I would listen to my grandfather?”
Elaina recovered from the shock. So Jalen thought that it was Jenica who went to see Nitzan yesterday?
She finally realized that Jalen had heard Takvor wrong.
It seemed that Jalen had misunderstood.
Jalen didn’t know the one who went to visit Nitzan was Elaina, not Jenica.
She wanted to laugh in her heart, but she couldn’t after hearing that. What Jalen meant was that he did not intend to let the
Gansburg family go.
“Is there really no room for negotiation? Mr. Halton, don’t you think that ending the cooperation with the Gansburg family is a bit

voice on the other side of the line.
