Extracts from The Diaries of 'Professor' Cornelius Crane

Chapter March 29th, 1966

I was concerned today when I realized that my top front tooth had become rather loose, but then I recalled that I still have a number of deciduous teeth left in my young ol’ head. Luckily my new teeth all grew in pretty straight and evenly spaced. I can only imagine the frustration involved in having to wear a retainer.

Well, one good thing about the loose tooth, when it does eventually pop out, I’m hoping that the Tooth Fairy will leave me a bit of spending money as I’m rather short of cash these days.

Most frustrating!!!
