Chapter Dear Readers
Thank you seems too s m a l l for what you have done for me
But since that is what exists then here’s what I shall s a y :
Thank you for your support, it means more than I can s p e l l.
Thank you for your imagination, which you used to hear what they t e l l.
I gave you my w o r d s to play with,
You gave me your t i m e, the most thoughtful gift of all.
And now I shall e n d the first installment of this tale,
B u t be wary, plenty sits behind the mountains waiting to be known;
A leather book of power, sparks a trouble which r e t u r n s,
A single clue that confuses every mind that b u r n s.
Several new faces, of kindness and of d i s a s t e r,
And a little something that June has to m a s t e r.
Something that has to die, and something that has to k i l l,
The secrets of the Aunt are starting to s p i l l.
The end is n o t near; the edge is far from sight
So let us welcome the second with stars that are b r i g h t,
Over these words we shall see s h i n e :
The Keeper of the V i n e.
