Chapter 63 

For a moment, she did not know how to continue. 

She and Ragnar had a contract marriage, and no one could know about it except the two of them. 

Ragnar did not look at her again. Instead, he glanced at Dorothy and said, “Get out.” 

Seeing his dark face, Dorothy stopped talking 

After Dorothy left the baby room, Hannah led her to the guest room. 

As for Josephine, she felt that the reason why she slept with Ragnar recently was to put on an act for Diana. 

Now that Diana had leh, there was no need to stay with him again, and she could not help feeling a little shy. 

She said, “Ragnar, I’m going back to my room.”

He paused before saying, “I’m married now, and I want to be loyal to my wife, so let’s continue acting”

Dorothy was watching from outside. Seeing them go back to their room together, she was so angry that she wanted to kill someone.

She swore that she would drive Josephine out of the Levine mansion. 

Back in the room, Josephine finally realized that something was wrong. “Ragnar, I only promised to put on an act in front of Grandma Diana, but! didn’t promise you anything else.” 

“She can tell Grandma Diana at any time,” Ragnar said. 

Josephine was speechless. 

Hearing that, her mouth twitched. 

In that way, she could not avoid it. 

“Forget it,” she thought. “I’ve slept with him before. I’ll help him once more.” 

She looked at Ragnar and asked, “What’s the relationship between Ms. Smith and you?” 

In order to ease the atmosphere, Josephine changed the conversation topic casually. 

Hearing her question, Ragnar knew that she was acquiescent. 

He had been used to sleeping with her recently. If he suddenly stopped sleeping with her, he might not be able to sleep.

However, Josephine knew her position. 

She chuckled. “If you wanted to marry her, you would not come to me, so there is no need to keep an eye on you. However, it’s better if you want to marry her. Then we can terminate the agreement and get a divorce. I just want to be a nanny.” Josephine was telling the truth. 

After hearing what Josephine said, Ragnar’s face darkened. “You don’t want to be my wife so much?” 

Josephine replied simply, “I don’t want to be your wife.”

Her answer made Ragnar inexplicably angry. “Why?” 

Josephine smiled and said, “In my opinion, two married people must love each other. You and I are just married by agreement, and we have no feelings for each other. Also, I know the gap in status between us, so I won’t have any fantasies. Most importantly, I don’t love you.”

She continued speaking. “By then, she will definitely take good care of Danny and Manny” 

“Dorothy and I have never fallen in love!” For fear of Josephine misunderstanding things, Ragnar hurriedly explained.

While speaking, Josephine walked out of the bathtub, dried her body, and put on her pajamas. 

She opened the bathroom door, and Ragnar turned to look at her. 

When Ragnar saw Josephine, he was stunned. He had to admit that Josephine was beautiful after taking a bath. 

She was so beautiful that he almost forgot to breathe. 

Crystal water droplets, which looked like pearls under the warm light, hung on her long black hair. 

In addition, her face was clear and awe–inspiring like a fairy’s. It was hard for him to move his eyes away.
