Chapter Dedications - Dedikayson Liv
This book is dedicated To Benjamin Andrew Maes who passed away March 10th of 2022.
Ben had many friends and was the type of guy who would give you the shirt off his back as well as his last dime. He loved children and animals, and some of his happiest moments were playing Santa for sick kids at the local hospitals. He always thought of others first, often neglecting his own needs. He was a 3rd degree Knight of Columbus in Danville, Illinois.
It is also to those who had to endure, adapt and to learn how to survive in the West Indies. Their beautiful love language of the Caribbean inspired the Elvish language for this book. As well as Nefertem- Iteru’s ancestors from the Oglala Lakota whom she would not be here without; it inspired the name of the mighty dragon. May all those to read this book find themselves slipping away to a happy place. Please for a moment forget the troubles of the real world and life’s crushing weight. Take a journey with us to the dragon’s isle of the ancient lands of our world.
