Chloe thought, “The Planning Department? How could they

“Does that person have a backer?”

Chloe pondered, deducing only one plausible explanation.

“My father’s cousin’s child.”

Chloe was stunned.

She asked, “So, what’s your plan?”

James tapped his pen thoughtfully on the desk. “This is where your expertise is needed. I want you to infiltrate his workstation, installing both a virus and a monitoring system on his computer and phone.”

Chloe felt surprised.

“Aren’t you going to expel him from Bright Moon. International?”

“It’s always safer to keep a close eye on such threats rather than leaving them unchecked,” James explained.

Chloe conceded the logic but questioned the wisdom of harboring such a risk.
