Demi-Sin of Deceit: Part Two

The Borderlands Book One

Maiden of Midnight

Destiny Delance, a possessed fifteen-year-old assassin and thief, has only one goal in life: to cause as much mischief as possible. Which is considerably easy in Ordeallan – the city whose streets she stalks at night. But when Zeella Maladur – a Lord of Hell, Sin of Lust, and the Prince of Ordeallan – kills a friend of hers, she’s stuck on his tail, where she discovers his grand plan: to take control of the Dimension and rule it with fellow Sins – including Lilith, the mother of all Demons, who has an even grander plan: to find the Garden of Eden and take over every dimension.

She has two choices: to ignore him and hope he doesn’t disturb her own plans; or to destroy him and save the Dimension – not something mentioned in her grand plan.

But the discovery of her parents, who abandoned her as a child, spins her off track, allowing Zeella to gain a one-up on her by unleashing a large army of Demons into the Dimension. If she wants to save her world, and her reputation, she’ll have to travel back in time to the Garden of Eden and prevent Demons from being created – including herself. She comes to yet another crossroad; watch the world burn, or end herself and her brethren.

The Borderlands Book Two

Daughter of Darkness: Part One

Desterium is still hunting Seth. Her devotion to her father, and the Court she rules over, will not be side-tracked, not even by the Faeries who continue to hunt her down. But the four cities are uniting against her, determined to stop her from finding the third and final Sacred, and opening the Paradoxin Rift. With war building, Desterium will have to build her allies, her army and her strength to lead if she wants to survive, and fulfil her father’s life goal; Breaking Lilith’s curse…Seth must decide what to think about the Princess of Hell. A brutal, destructive creature, Destiny Maladur is certainly a threat to Seth’s well-being, both physically and mentally, but the connection continues to draw him closer, despite the warnings of his friends, and he wants to know the truth. Why does the beautiful Princess of Hell act like she’s unbreakable in public, but cry when she’s alone? Why will her Guardians not let her bathe without asking if she’s alright every few minutes? And why does she avoid mention of her mother, despite her being a key part in her plan to end the world? Seth is determined to know the truth, even if it brings war, and breaks his heart. The two of them will face Hell. It’s up to them to decide whether it breaks them.

The Borderlands: Book Four

Saviour of Souls

Her court has lost her.

Destiny Maladur has fallen from her status as Princess of Hell, and an Heir of Caliem Manor, and joined Tatiana Sevenna as a soldier and diplomat.

Fuelled by her Guardians wishes to leave the hate-filled and cunning Manor she grew up in, she is captured and threatened by execution in the war camp; until offered a bargain.

She can work with Tatiana Sevenna, earning the Fae Queen allies in a war that has now turned against her father, and earn her and her Guardians freedom, or she can be sentenced to death for the crimes she committed.

For Caliem’s Greatest Assassin, it’s an easy choice to make.

With more and more secrets being discovered about the Paradoxin Rift, time begins to run out for the unruly and increasingly tension-filled group, and Destiny might just be the person to break it. Her previous enemies are emerging to destroy her, and her carefully built up secrets, particularly with her Connected, are coming crashing down around her in a battle that might just destroy everybody, friend and foe.

Will the Immortal War have a winning side, or will all lose?

The Borderlands: Book Five:

Demi-Sin of Deceit: Part One

Her marriage to Fendrel in exchange for allies has gone perfectly, aside from one small detail- Fendrel is dead.

After an attack by her new husband that left her reeling, she has taken a blade against Revala, and killed their only male heir, her husband, in cold blood. Now, she must hide his death for as long as possible while Cain, her cousin, finds a way to free an army of Demon Lords to lead against the remaining Lords of Hell. The Immortal War has grown to include forces near unimaginable, and Destiny is more than aware that the strange stalemate, and lack of appearance on the battlefield, from her father cannot last much longer. He will reveal his hand soon enough.

The only problem is ensuring that it doesn’t end them all.

The war runs deeper than any of them could imagine… And only they can stop it.

While his Connected is busy hiding her husband’s death, Seth Smith is attempting to settle back into a reasonably normal life, even with the war still in full swing.

His past, however, will come back to haunt him. After a meeting with a Fae Princess goes terribly wrong, Seth will find himself facing a moral dilemma; If you have the choice to go back and save someone, knowing it would cost someone else their life, would you do it?

The Borderlands: Book Seven:

Nurturer of Nightmares

As talks with the Northern Isles Queen reaches an end, Tatiana and the allies begin preparations for the ultimate battle between good and evil, a fight that has been predicted thousands of years beforehand, their very names already written in some ancient history books.

Upon finding one such book, their death dates already scrawled upon the pages, Tatiana faces a difficult decision; reveal what she knows to the others, and potentially lose the war, or keep it quiet, and face what could be the hardest two years of her life.

Selphien is determined to have revenge for the death of her brother, and the passing of time will not halt that fury. She will relentlessly follow clues, tracking Xarran across the Dimension, but as she learns more about the man who simply followed the orders given to him, she may start doubting herself, and her friends…

In the darkness, only madness can be your friend…

Of all her allies, Destiny Maladur has perhaps the hardest decision of all.

Trapped in the British Manor and tortured by Lilith and her father, she is fighting to remain positive in some of the darkest moments of her life.

She has not spoken to Seth since they were ripped apart at her Severing, and with no way of knowing if he is alive or dead, she is struggling. His final words bounce around her head in the dark, and she is losing hope with every new night.

But with her, in that dark and silent cell, is one of her greatest enemies- an enemy that will now pose a very promising question to her, even if the outcome could go against everything she has fought for these past few months.

Ally herself to Daemonium, and receive a power great enough to break herself out of this prison cell, or refuse, and try to find a way out herself?

With no information from the outside finding its way to her cell, she will have to rely on one thing, and one thing only- a now thoroughly broken moral compass.

Triple Digits

Claire Miles is Triple Digit.

Elusive, dangerous, and Mid-City’s most wanted Street-Racer, she’s been tearing up the tarmac of the small city for years, winning race after race, and building a name for herself in the underbelly of Mid-City’s racing culture. Her rivals are many, her allies few.

But life is about to change for the nineteen-year-old woman…

A murderer is on the loose.

Police Officer Corey Strickland has the same morning routine. He wakes up, dresses in his uniform, and heads down to the local café for his morning coffee.

Every morning, he tries to ticket Claire Miles, a nineteen-year-old who has a lead foot that is constantly glued to her accelerator. Somehow, he always ends up failing.

Things are about to change.

After an police pursuit that causes Claire to crash before Mid-City’s biggest race of the year, Corey Strickland is assigned to care for her. But to keep his career, he must complete a task in three months: Catch and put Triple Digit behind bars.

After attending a race to attempt a meeting with Mid-City’s most wanted racer in the hopes of putting her in jail, Corey witnesses a tragic accident with another racer that leads to their untimely death.

But it’s no accident, and the Street-Racers of Mid-City are in danger.

Will they catch the murderer, or will the streets of Mid-City run red with blood?

Triple Digits: Corruption

Claire Miles is Triple Digit.

Mid-City’s most beloved professional racer, and fiancee to Detective Corey Strickland.

The two of them survived their harrowing ordeal with Eclipse, the murderer who killed his way through three out of five of Mid-City’s biggest street-racers.

One year after the arrest of Eclipse, Claire finds herself planning a wedding while training the next generation of racers.

Until her bestfriend goes missing.

When Maddison does not show up to her engagement party, Claire decides to go looking for her, and finds herself tangled in a web of criminal activity, and a gang known only as ‘Corruption’.

After nearly being trafficked herself, Claire decides to drag Corey back into the underworld of Mid-City, and bring her friend back. Permanently.

Mid-City has never been more dangerous, and it’s up to this dynamic duo to solve the case, and put the criminals behind bars.

Triple Digits: Criminal

Claire Strickland is Triple Digit.

With the criminal gang behind bars, Claire and Corey are on their honeymoon when Mid-City’s most famous racer is asked to compete in a charity race that is close to her heart.

It might just be the worst mistake of her life.

After being framed for cheating the race, Claire should be finding herself behind bars in Cotaroo, if it weren’t for Corey swapping places with her.

With only ten days until his trial, Claire must find evidence to prove her husband’s innocence, or risk losing him forever.

With Maddison’s help, will the two free the infamous street-racer’s partner, or will he be lost forever?

Heretech

Helix Boudaire is Heretech.

Known as Mid-City’s hunter of cars, and the tech genius of the Docks, he’s spent most of his life living in tunnel systems, buying cars and modifying them with whatever tech he can get his hands on.

After helping his close friend rescue her husband from a Cotaroo jail, Helix Boudaire caught the attention of the Terra Police Society, an infamous organisation dedicated to protecting Terra from threats, both human and Super-Natural.

He has been given the opportunity of a lifetime.

But the Terra Police Society is not everything it appears to be. Secrets lay behind locked doors and firewalls even Helix cannot breach. There are bodies in the walls, skeletons in the closet, and he is a heretic in a world of heroes.

After discovering a secret that could bring the entire world crashing to a halt, Helix will be forced to make a choice:

Reveal an evil organisation and bring the last defence against the Super-Natural crashing down, or keep the world in the dark, and let evil carry on in the shadows?

The world is not just black and white.

Sometimes it’s grey.

Mechanical Machinations

Maddison Birchson is a mechanic.

For the first ten years of her life, however, she was the daughter of a bigshot criminal. A criminal of the grand theft auto kind.

Until she was taken away.

She’s made a life for herself in Mid-City, upgrading the cars of the various street-racers that call Mid-City home. She has a bestfriend, a boyfriend, and a career.

But her father has gone missing, and her brothers need her.

After being called to Terradale by her three younger brothers when their father goes missing, Maddison will have to use her mechanic skills to solve the mystery of his disappearance.

And maybe forge a new family from her old one along the way, if they don’t drag her into their criminal ways before that happens.

Old habits die hard, and Maddison is one stubborn woman.

Mechanical Machinations: Heir

Declan Birchson is the eldest…

Or he was.

Tougher than his brothers, he was raised to be the protector of the family.

He’s the one who takes the hits, makes the drop-offs to their criminal buddies, and keeps his brothers and sister in line.

Only two weeks after finding his missing father, Declan Birchson is attacked on the beach while on a date, and dumped outside his sister’s door in Terradale.

But the question isn’t who attacked him- It’s how?

He knows his attacker.

Youngest child of the Carvossi Gang, sixteen-year-old Kayla Carvossi certainly should not have been able to best him in a fight.

Yet somehow, not only did she beat him in a fight, she did it so efficiently he almost died.

The attack, and subsequent dumping outside his sister’s door; the reason for the sudden swap from their illegal activities to much more legal ones, is a clear message.

A turf war is about to begin in Terradale.

And Declan is nothing if not a soldier.

Faeren Fantasies- Legacy

Faeren is a twisted place…

Enessa Valenta is a thief.

And not a particularly good one…

Known for getting caught, Enessa spends most of her time in a cell in the city of Thorne, paying for her misdeeds.

Until she commits a crime like no other. A crime for which there is but one punishment.

Framed by a Lord who wants to see her hang, Enessa is facing the end of the rope when a mysterious man offers to take her in, and gives her an opportunity like no other.

Steal for him, and she’ll never see a noose, or Thorne, again.

Get caught, and the Captain will be the least of her problems.

Captain Thomas Adcock is probably going to die.

He had one simple job: Locate a powerful artifact for the Mad King of the Faeries.

Everything was going well until he was robbed and the artifact stolen by a rival King, hidden away in a place he cannot reach.

Only one person can help him.

When he arrived in Thorne, he wasn’t planning on taking in a wayward thief with a foul mouth and distinct lack of morals. No, he wanted to get drunk, get into a senseless fight, and have his body sent back to the King in pieces before he could be executed for failing his mission.

But now he’s playing babysitter for the last hope his world has.

And Gods, does he hate it.
