I turned off the faucet before brushing my now wet hair back as I stepped out of the shower and grabbed one of Ava's pink towels.

I let out a soft chuckle, the biggest smirk now filling my face as I looked at myself in the mirror. Last night was incredible..seeing Ava losing herself because of me had to be one of the best things I've ever experienced.

Not because I'm falling for the girl or anything like that..only because I know I have her right in the palm of my hand now. There is no f*****g way Ava will turn down the contract..I pretty much got a verbal agreement from her last night.

I quickly checked myself out in the mirror, my eyes scanning across her girly stuff as I started to plan out what the next four months would be like.

Usually I just had my past subs live separately and come to my place at certain times throughout the week. It was 11 in the morning now and earlier I had some breakfast and fresh clothes delivered to Ava's front door about thirty minutes ago. I stated cooly, causing Ava to shriek as she sat up, looking startled.

"You have ten minutes to get dressed." I snapped, feeling annoyed with myself as I turned and walked out of the room.

I swear I could still taste Ava on my lips..and I didn't know how I felt about that. Maybe doing what we did last night wasn't the best idea. I needed to be more in control from now on..

I sat down at her small table, grabbing the two bagels I ordered before placing them out along with a side of fresh fruit.

I waited for her rather impatiently, the contract placed face down beside Ava's plate as I sat there, feeling anxious for the first time in a long time.

I was about to go check on her when the bedroom door finally opened..and that's when I saw her walk out. She had on a pink oversized sweater and leggings. Her hair was up in a ponytail and I could see she looked nervous.

"Did you get enough sleep?" I asked her, making Ava nod shyly as she seemed to be acting..different..

I hadn't seen this side of her yet...

"Did you get all of this for me?" She asked softly, making me nod once as she gave me a warm smile that caused my stomach to do something weird..

I didn't like that..whatever it was.

"Sit..you must be starving." I stated, watching as she obeyed me perfectly, making a deep part of me hum with excitement as I saw her look at me with excitement.

"I have something for you. I want you to eat first and then read it." I stated, seeing Ava glance down at the paper in confusion as her brow furrowed..the look on her face was actually pretty adorable.

"What is it?" She asked, her voice coming out smooth and seductive as I tried not to react to it.

"Eat Ava..then I will tell you everything you need to know." I said once again and stared at her expectantly.

"Fine..jeez..you're always so bossy." She grumbled to herself, making me fight a smile.

She has no f*****g clue..but she will find out soon enough.

I watched Ava eat as we sat there in silence. My eyes were glued to her mouth as she slowly chewed her food before she finally swallowed the last bite. "Okay, I'm all done..now will you tell me what this is?" She asked, making me lift my brow as she shifted in her chair slightly before adding a please in there. "You can flip it over now." I instructed her.

I watched intently as Ava flipped the contract over, her eyes scanning the words carefully as she sat there in silence just reading.

I saw dozens of different emotions cross her face as she continued turning page after page until I couldn't take the silence much more and was about to speak..but she beat me to it. "What is this exactly Theo? I don't understand." She finally said, after what felt like hours.

"A contract, one that will give me permission to train you as my sub for the next four months." I stated, trying to make it simple.

"Sub..like..Dom and sub? b**m stuff? You..you want to tie me up and whip me?" She blurted, making me fight a smile. "You would turn down a million dollars?!" I snapped, standing now as Ava glared up at me angrily.

"I would turn down ten million dollars if it ment I had to submit to you." She retorted, making my jaw tick.

"What about fifteen?" I countered, making her eyes widen as she looked at me like I had grown two heads.

"F-fifteen million dollars..are you out of your damn mind?!" She laughed, making me come around the table as I hovered above her.

"I'm offering you Fifteen million dollars for four months out of your life..you wouldn't have to depend on anyone ever again..you can do whatever the hell you want and no one could stop you." I whispered, seeing her gaze drop to the floor as I felt my heart hammering in my chest..she can't refuse this..there is no f*****g way she could..

"Get out.." She breathed the words, the hurt in her voice catching me off guard as I went to turn her to face me. But before I could, Ava pulled away from my grasp and marched towards her bedroom.

"And if you ever break into my apartment again..I'm calling the police." She yelled before slamming the bedroom door and locking it.
