Chapter 6 You Are Pregnant and They Are Twins
"You have been in coma for two years and you cannot hurry to walk right now." Harriet walked over quickly, rubbing his legs, and asked, "Does they feel?"
Colin nodded, "Still feel a little bit numb."
Harriet was relieved by his words and thought his legs should be fine.
Even though Colin was unconscious during the two years, Harriet would come to the hospital to massage his legs every week. She would also ask the nurse to do that when she was absent, for fear that his legs would be rigid and lose the chance to walk.
"Harriet, have I really been in coma for two years?" Colin thought of how shocked the doctor had just seen when he woke up, "Why do I feel like just slept for a night?"
Harriet nodded, "At that time, you were cut more than a dozen knives. The one on the back of the head was the deadliest which caused you almost died. But you were still pulled back from the death line by the doctor. Then you just fell in a coma. You didn't know how mom and me were worried, and afraid you would not wake up any more."
Colin touched the back of his head with his hands, and it turned out that there was the scar. He looked at Harrie's tearful face, feeling very guilty, "Harriet, I am so sorry to make such a trouble for you and mum."
"It's okay. You wake up now!" Harriet wiped the tears on her eyes. "Colin, please do not do heroic actions in the future. I will be desperate if you are hurt again."
"I'm going to be a soldier. Shouldn't it be correct to help people in need?" Colin said, "And I also hope that when you are in trouble, someone can help you."

Although her brother's concern moved Harriet, thinking of the countless hard days in the past two years, she said absolutely, "Do as I said! If you do that again, you are not my brother!"
"Aright, Harriet, don't be mad, I will do as you say." Colin hurriedly coaxed her, "I promise I will do nothing that Harriet not allows."
Harriet was relieved.
The nurse sent the nutritional porridge tasted very light. Colin did not like it, but he was forced to eat it by Harriet. He asked casually, "Well, where is mom?"
"..." Harriet stopped peeling the apple for a while, having complex emotion on her face.
Two years ago, Colin was declared a vegetative by a doctor. In addition he contracted a rare disease which probably made him die at any time. Their mother kept crying when she learned the news. That night, her old disease recurred caused she pass away.
When they were still not born, their mother divorced her husband and raised them up one her own.
Although Colin was naughty, he always did what the mother said and respected her. He would definitely not be able to stand the bad news if he knew their mum was dead.
And Harriet couldn't lose her brother again!
"She... she..."
"What happened?" Seeing Harriet stinging, Colin understood that Harriet was concealing something from him. He stopped eating the porridge, glaring anxiously at Harriet. "What happen to mom?" "Nothing!" Harriet subconsciously denied it. She reckoned that it was better to tell him the truth before he totally recovered.
Colin frowned, "Where is mum?"
Harriet made a smile. When she just wanted to tell a lie, a harsh pain showed in her stomach. She lost her balance and fell off the chair.
"Harriet! Harriet!" When Harriet fell on the ground with a pale face, Colin was pretty anxious but he still could not walk. He frantically pressed the emergency bell to urge the doctor over. Within a minute, the doctor and nurse arrived and put Harriet on the flat car and pushed her out.
Colin asked the nurse for a wheelchair so that he could accompany Harriet. The mobile phone on the locker rang.
It was Harriet's phone.
Colin peeked at the screen- "Wesley Smith". He thought that it might be the call from Harriet's colleague. After hesitating, he still answered the phone, "Hello?"
Wesley voice was a bit low as it was not Harriet the other side, "Where is Harriet?"
"Harriet just fainted and was taken to the emergency room." Colin answered honestly, "Are you Harriet's colleague? Is there anything important? Would you like me to convey it for you?" "No need for that."
He cut off the phone swiftly making Colin a little confused.
"Why is Harriet's colleague so oppressing?"
When Colin found the emergency room with his wheelchair, the nurse had already pulled the curtain open. Harriet was still pale lying on the bed. He couldn't help asking, "Nurse, what's wrong with my sister?" "Your sister is pregnant with twins!" Seeing Colin being so polite, the nurse couldn't help chatting more with him, "but her belly seemed to have been hit, which caused damage to the fetal heart."
