Arvin had done most of the administrative work in Chengyang Private Hospital. As a result, Sven had been living an easy life.

"I'm not lazy! I just want to offer Arvin the chance to lead both the Chengyang Private Hospital and the Yao Hospital. What a great opportunity it would be for him..."

"Sven Si, just take over our family business! Don't be ridiculous! I know you don't pity Arvin, but I do!" Arvin heard Angela's words as he happened to walk out of the bathroom.

Arvin knew Angela had been saying no but meaning yes for the past few years.

She worried about him, even though she pretended that she hated him and refused to be with him!

Sven didn't want to give up. He wanted to go travelling with his wife more often. "Angela, why are you being so silly? I'm giving Arvin a chance to make more money to support his family. Why won't you thank me instead?"

"Sven, you have two sons too. You also need to make money and support your family! Stop talking nonsense! Otherwise, I will tell dad that you refuse to take over his hospital! Sven Si, think about it. If your son refused to take over your company, would you be sad?"

Angela believed that Sven was a weird person. Well, not necessarily... since all members of the Si family were kind of weird.

Other families intensely and aggressively competed for the right of succession, but Sven didn't want to take over Chengyang Private Hospital at all!

If Sven ever showed any degree of willingness to fight for the right of succession, Angela would instantly give the position of Hospital Director to Sven.

She was married to Arvin now. It was inconvenient for her to operate Chengyang Private Hospital from J City. She refused to live separately from her husband.

Sven answered briefly, "I'm not sad at all! I just want my sons to be happy!"

Angela's mind went blank.

As she was pondering hard, Arvin took the phone from her hand and spoke to Sven, "If you don't take over Chengyang Private Hospital, you are not my brother anymore! You are not even as powerful as your wife! Shame on you!"

Nicole was the deputy CEO of the SL Group in C Country, a rank lower only than Daniel's.

Arvin was the last person Sven would want to talk to because Arvin always taunted him. "My wife doesn't mind that!" Sven yelled.

"Of course your wife minds that! She just keeps it to herself. No woman would be glad to see that her husband is good for nothing!" Sven was hurt by Arvin's words.

Hearing "good for nothing", Angela opened her mouth and tried to say something. Was Arvin serious?

She wanted to defend her brother by saying that Sven had many inventions. Any one of the patent fees of his inventions was much higher than Nicole's yearly salary!

On second thought, Angela knew that Arvin was helping her persuade Sven, so she bit back the words she had wanted to say.

Before Sven could say something, Arvin continued, "If you don't take over Chengyang Private Hospital, I'll ask Daniel to hire several handsome men to serve as Nicole's secretaries. Sven, wait and see!" Sven ground his teeth and said, "Arvin, you are being way too much! I should have asked my sister not to forgive you!"

"Sven, at least I know that the more powerful I am, the happier my wife is! As long as I have enough money, my wife doesn't need to work so hard!"

Angela was speechless again. Had she been working hard in the past?

Nicole, however, was working very hard as the deputy CEO of the SL Group.

Sven lowered his head and covered his forehead with one hand. He had no idea that he was so useless. He flattered himself by knowing that he was a handsome and rich man. But in Arvin's eyes, he was a nobody. "If Nicole refuses to work, I can give her a privileged life!"

"Cut the crap! If you don't take over Angela's work, we won't be brothers in the future!"

Angela nodded as she got close to the phone and said, "Sven, if you don't take over Chengyang Private Hospital, we are not siblings anymore!"

Arvin hung up the phone. Sven looked at his cell phone, dumbfounded. Arvin and Angela had bullied him together!

Sven had never seen such a weird couple before!

Sven felt so wronged. He just didn't want to be the Hospital Director, yet Arvin and Angela threatened to break off their relationship with him!

Later, Chuck called Sven and said, "You brat! Your sister is going to get married. Why don't you take over her work? I'm really pissed! If you can have your son take over the hospital, I'm fine with that!" Sven answered with the same sentence, "If you can have your son take over the hospital, I'm fine with it!"

Chuck paused before he shouted, "You are not my son anymore!"

The phone was hung up.

Sven went blank. Was Chuck going crazy?

Damn it! Why did they all try to break up with him? 'My good days are over!' Sven sighed.

Sven opened a bottle of expensive wine to comfort himself, and then he called Chuck back, "Fine! I'll take over the hospital!"

Chuck answered indifferently, "Who are you?"

Sven made a last attempt to evade the position, "Dad, you and mom are young enough to have another son or daughter! Why did you resign so early?"

"You! Well, I'm going to make a younger brother or sister with your mom now. Take over the hospital. Don't make me mad! Your mom is the only person that I need to care about, and that's it! Goodbye!" Sven was shocked. What had happened? It felt like he had fallen into his own trap.

Within a few days, Chuck declared that Sven was going to take over Angela's work and become the Director of the Chengyang Private Hospital.

The Chengyang Private Hospital that had been suffering from having no hospital administrator finally settled down.

Angela and Arvin's wedding was going to be held in the third lunar month of the next year. Arvin hid the wedding venue from Angela, making it a secret.

In the first lunar month, Angela in a thick down jacket went to try on her wedding dress with Arvin and their kids.

Her wedding dress was designed by an international designer. Angela looked elegant and graceful in the dress.

It was supposed to be a happy Chinese lunar new year for the family, but something related to Martha and Aron cast a gloom over the celebration.

A lady with a big belly went over to the Gu family's house the other day.

Lulu opened the gate and asked in confusion, "Who are you?"

The lady smiled and said, "I'm here for Aron."

"Why? What do you want from him?"

The lady said, "Aron is the father of my baby. I'm going to give birth in a few months. Aron should be responsible for it!"

Lulu was annoyed, so she shouted, "Stop talking nonsense! Who are you? Do you know that Aron is married and already has a child?"

The lady answered indifferently, "I know that Aron is married, but he doesn't love his wife. They have a miserable marriage."
