Chasing His Ex-Wife after Divorce

Chapter 1 Divorce

“Your husband will be mine.”

Renee Braun received a photo of her husband. His clothes were messy with his belt loose. He seemed unconscious.

She shook in anger. Loving him though, she couldn’t endure his betrayal.

Thus, she drove to the hotel to condemn them.

Renee came to the suite and was ready to knock the door open. However, it wasn’t closed.

She pushed it open and walked in. She didn’t see what she had imagined. Only Quincy lay in bed.

He frowned and pressed his lips, a blush on his cheeks.

Renee searched the whole room and found nothing.

Who sent her photo then?

She noticed that Quincy was uncomfortable and poured him a glass of warm water before going over and pushing him. “Quincy?”

Quincy, who had been sleeping, suddenly opened his eyes with passion. He grabbed her wrist and pulled her into his arms.

She panicked. They had never been so close before.

She stayed still in his arms. His body felt hot as if it had been a pot on fire.

Quincy held tight onto her with dark eyes tainted with hesitation. But he was about to lose control.

Renee curled in his arms. His mature and cold aura devoured her aggressively.

She couldn’t resist him.

She opened her mouth, only to be kissed by his thin lips. He shut her up with his kiss.

Her mind went blank.

Quincy said, “Lisa.”

Renee opened her eyes wide, wondering, “Who is Lisa?”

Then, her clothes were torn.

Before dawn, Renee received a call which woke her up. “Miss, your car has been parked at the wrong spot. Please come and drive it away.”

She put on her clothes hurriedly and found women’s clothes in the open closet by accident.

Distracted, she left the hotel without hesitation.

After that, a woman walked into the suite with a card key and felt so jealous at the sight of Quincy, who seemed satisfied.

She was right.

If she could turn Quincy on, Renee wouldn’t have had the chance to have sex with him.

Lisa Conway took off her clothes and lay down with a proud smile. But from now on, Quincy would be hers.

The next day, Renee had been waiting for a whole day but got no calls or messages from Quincy.

She really wanted to know who Lisa was, so she called Quincy when he was at work, which was rare.

She got through and asked tentatively, “Do you have time tonight? Let’s talk.”

“OK.”

Quincy coldly replied and hung up.

In the evening, Renee buzzed around the kitchen and made many dishes.

“Mrs. Patel, you’re a talented cook. The quickest way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. He’ll come home for dinner often.”

Renee had complex feelings in her eyes.

Although they had been married for two years, Quincy believed that it was Renee’s scheme to make him end up in bed with her and thus lose face in front of his grandmother.

So he hated her and took her as a scheming woman. He had never slept with her.

Last night, they had sex for the first time.

Would he let it go and move on?

Soon, a black car drove into the villa. The servants came out to greet him.

Quincy bent and got out of the car. His leather shoes stepped on the lawn. He was tall.

Renee walked into the dining room with complicated feelings. Quincy had sat down with his black coat hung on the chair casually. He frowned with tiredness.

She saw a box in her seat.

Was it a gift for her?

“Open it.”

His voice was deep, low, and hoarse.

A hint of surprise flashed in her eyes. She opened it and saw an elegant dress, which was his favorite style.

It was the first time that he had bought her a gift!

Did that mean he started accepting her as his wife?

She smiled and picked up the dress. Then she saw a document saying “Divorce Agreement”.

Her smile froze.

It hurt her so much.

He wanted a divorce?
