CEO’s Surrender With You I Can Never Win

Chapter 46

Chapter 46

Dirk looked much more energetic than he had been on his sickbed. How couldn't he be thrilled at the news that one of his daughters would marry into the Turner family? This good news cured Dirk of his illness.

All the people on the sofa stood up and followed Dirk to the courtyard.

Finley followed behind the group in a low profile.

She had never seen Bryan's grandfather but heard that he was cute. Finley was looking forward to this meeting.

There were two cars from the Turner family.

A black Bentley followed a black Bentley into the courtyard.

One car came from the Turner's manor, and the other one was from the Turner's mansion.

The two cars almost stopped at the same time. Then, the chauffeuer held the door for his boss.

An old man with gray hair and a cane got out of the car. He wore a black suit and a benign smile on his wrinkled face.

Then, Bryan got out of the car. He looked noble and elegant in a hand-made black suit but impressed others with his cold temperament by pursing his red lips tightly.

Bryan didn't relax his frown till he spotted Finley behind the crowd.

This meeting delighted Tricia. Out of shyness, she bit her lip.

"Hello, Mr. Turner. Nice to meet you." Dirk and Tina went forward to greet their guests.

"Oh, Dirk. I haven't seen you for years. Your daughters have grown up to be beauties." Alton. Turner nodded with a warm smile.

Bryan strode forward to catch up with his grandfather.

"Hello, Mr. Turner." Rita and Tricia greeted the old man at the same time.

"Nice to meet you, ladies." The old man grinned from ear to ear.

"Bryan, isn't he?" Tina turned her eyes to the outstanding Bryan with a smile.

Bryan looked domineering, so he would become the focus of attention wherever he appeared.

"Nice to meet you, Mr. and Mrs. Keith.." Bryan nodded at the couple carelessly.

"How outstanding! Come, come, let's go inside first. Dirk invited Alton and Bryan into the living room.

When Bryan brushed past Finley, his gaze fell on her face for a few seconds.

Finley rolled her eyes at Bryan and then went to the living room.

The two families made small talks in the living room and hadn't mentioned the goal of this meeting yet.

Finley, who was sitting in a corner, suddenly got up, walked to Alton, and greeted flatteringly, "Hi, Mr. Turner I'm Finley."

"Oh, you are the third daughter of Dirk, aren't you?" Alton turned to look at Finley and had sympathy in his eyes at the sight of the birthmark on Finley's face.

Finley was in her twenties and had good facial features. The birthmark was the only flaw in her appearance.

"Yes. Mr. Turner, I want to thank you for bringing me back here. I know that I will not be a good match for your grandson. However, you told my dad to get me home and didn't look down on me. You are the first soul to be nice to me." Finley stood by Alton with her head down and belittled herself.

"Finley, come here! Don't scare Mr. Turner." With a frown, Dirk called Finley in a cold voice. He was afraid that Finley would ruin this good marriage of her sister.
