Chapter 201: The Pub Interview
When she finally reached her destination, Yu Fei and Tan Lin stopped the car and realized that it was a bar in front of her. She looked at Khai in confusion. She was unfastening her seatbelt and noticed that Yao 4 was looking at her. Although she didn't know what kind of medicine Tan Lin was selling in her gourd, Yu Fei still listened to her words and got out of the car. After hesitating for a moment, she saw that Kafa had already walked inside, so she gritted her teeth and followed the bar.
They weren't late, but there were already quite a few people in the bar. Tan Lin looked like she always came here. She found a relatively quiet seat with Yu Fei and asked for two glasses of wine.
The light in the bar was very dark. Occasionally, there would be lights on Tan Lin's side face. Yu Fei could not see what kind of thoughts were hidden under Kang's expressionless expression.
Tan Lin didn't say a word to Yu Fei until the bartender brought the wine. She just casually looked around and occasionally stopped at a certain place. If Khai followed her line of sight, she would immediately turn her head to another place. "Miss, this is your wine." The bartender walked to their table and placed a glass of wine in front of Yu Fei and Tan Lin.
Tan Lin played with the wine glass in her hand. The light blue liquid slowly swayed in the glass and looked even more beautiful.
"Have a drink?" Tan Lin had an unclear smile on her face as she looked at Yu Fei with a faint smile, as if she was provoking her.
Yu Fei didn't say anything nor did she move. Tan Lin didn't seem to care about Khai's reaction at all. She raised her head and downed a glass of wine. The stimulation of alcohol flowed into her stomach in her throat, an indescribable stimulation. Yu Fei glanced at the glass in front of her and didn't intend to drink. She said in a cold voice, "Sorry, Miss Tan, I don't drink."
"Yu Fei, as long as you don't pester Ke Chen anymore, I can let you go and let your child go."
The woman's gaze towards her was clearly filled with emotions that she couldn't see clearly.
"What do you mean?" Yu Fei's voice was equally cold. She could see it clearly now. In the face of Tan Lin, there was no need for her to soften.
"The literal meaning." The corner of Tan Lin's mouth was hanging high and her face was full of ridicule. "I want you to leave City A immediately and leave Ke Chen."
"What if I don't agree?"
When Tan Lin heard Yu Fei's question, her eyes darken and flashed with a dangerous light, "I can find someone to kidnap you once. I can find someone to kidnap you for a second time. This time, you are lucky that Ke Chen saved you. What about the next time?"
Yu Fei didn't expect Tan Lin to admit it so easily. She clenched her hands tightly into fists and glared at Khai.
The other person seemed to not care about Yu Fei's gaze at all as he drank another glass of wine, "You don't have to look at me like this. You have only two choices right now. One is to leave, and the other is to lose the child in your belly." Yu Fei didn't say anything else. She stared at Tan Lin for a long time. She struggled vigorously in her mind and eventually chose to compromise.
"Okay, I promise you."
The negotiation finally came to an end. Tan Lin paid the money and walked out of the bar with Yu Fei. She got into the driver's seat and saw that Yu Fei wasn't in the car. She took a few steps forward to hail a cab. She drove forward slightly and stopped in front of her, and coldly said, "Get in."
Yu Fei didn't want to take her car, so she pretended not to hear her and turned her head to look at the other side of the road.
"There won't be a car at this point. Since you've promised my request, I won't harm you."
As if to verify Tan Lin's words, the road was really empty. There wasn't a car and the cold night breeze blew on her. Yu Fei withdrew her gaze, glanced at Khai, silently opened the door and sat down.
It was the busiest time of the night. The traffic on the road was constantly flowing, which was even more congested than usual. Before she met the traffic light, she was blocked by the car in front of her. Tan Lin cursed in her heart.
It was hard for them to pass through the crowded traffic and the car ride became smooth.
Yu Fei looked out the window with her chin in her hand, feeling the gentle feeling of the breeze passing through her face. The back of her head was facing Tan Lin, so she naturally didn't see the woman's unfathomable eyes.
It wasn't until the car stopped outside her house that Yu Fei suddenly remembered something. She had never told Tan Lin about her home's address, so how could Khai know?
But then she figured it out again. The other person treated her as a thorn in the eye, so how could he not investigate her clearly? It seemed like this woman was a lot scarier than she imagined.
The car stopped at the door for a while but Yu Fei didn't get out of the car and didn't say anything. Her expression changed unpredictably.
Tan Lin, who was in the driver's seat, spoke first, "Go up and pack everything. I'll wait downstairs for you. After packing up, I'll send you to the airport."

Even though she promised Tan Lin in the bar and was mentally prepared to leave, Yu Fei could not help but cry out, "Now?"
Tan Lin nodded without saying anything and her gaze towards Yu Fei deepened.
Yu Fei bit her lip unwillingly. She felt like she was now a small ant easily held by Tan Lin. No matter what the other person said, she had no ability to resist.
This helplessness made Yu Fei feel uncomfortable, but she had no choice.
Her gaze was focused on the woman's back. Tan Lin turned the car off, took out a box of women's cigarettes from her bag, and put it into her mouth with a faint smell of mint.
She wasn't a person who liked to smoke, nor was she addicted to smoking. She only took one every now and then, but recently, she seemed to be buying cigarettes more frequently.
She did not care how long it had been. She had been eager for Yu Fei to leave as soon as possible, but now that she really wanted to achieve her goal, she calmed down.
Since Yu Fei was going to leave sooner or later, why should she rush for two minutes?
Yu Fei went upstairs to open the door, but Ye Kexin still didn't come back. She turned on all the lights at home and thought about her promise to Kalan. The calm she had been pretending to be previously collapsed instantly. Her legs lost strength and fell to the ground.
A strong sense of helplessness rose from the bottom of her heart. This time, Yu Fei really didn't know what to do.
"Am I really leaving this place?" Yu Fei muttered in a daze. Every word was a heart-wrenching pain.
