Broken 'N' Loved

Kelly POV

When we get to Alpha Jack's office, he is sitting at his desk writing something down. I get a quick glance at the title on the paper to see that it read, Hunters and Alpha Jack Agreement. Then he hurried up and put it away, he looks up and smiles at me, but as soon as he saw that I was not in submission the smile went away. The little girl was hiding behind me out of fear, he growls, gets up, walks over to me, "Where have your manners gone, Kelly? That pack you have been hanging out with apparently does not know anything about how you should treat your leaders." I just look at him with a scowl.

I do not know why but the closer we get to our birthday the more boulder we have become. Alpha Jack then looks at the little girl and then back at beta Josh, "Why is the little brat here, too?" Beta Josh looks at me then her, "Kelly, told me that wherever she goes the little girl goes too and I was not going to fight her about it in the hallway of the pack house. So, here she is." Alpha Jack looked back at me, "You know that means that she will be going down to the dungeons with you now, right?" I look at him, "What about her parents won't they be a little upset to hear that the Alpha through an innocent girl in the dungeons?" He laughs at little bit, "She has no parents. She was orphan when we found her in the house, she was in. Her mother must of died at some point. We honestly do not know because she won't tell us, and honestly, I could care less. Now back to you, you need to learn your lesson about running away. Your punishment is being down in the dungeons, no food or water for three days." He nods his head at Beta Josh to take us away, "What about the girl, same for her or does she get food?" Jack looks at me then her, "She can have food but make sure that Kelly gets none."

Beta Josh nods his head and pushes us through the door. The little girl squeezes my hand as we walk further out the pack house and closer to the dungeons. As we walk into the dungeons, I see that there is a lot more people down here since I escaped here. We get to a cell with a young male wolf in it, Josh opens it and shoves us in the cell, he looks at the guard, "The older female gets no food or water for three days. Also, I have to talk to Alpha Jack about starting to clear out some of these wolves we are running out of room here." He then walks up the stairs with the guard following him, closes the door with the guards on the other side of the door. I look around to the other cells, I have never seen these people in this pack before, the male wolf must have seen my face because he gets up from where he had been sitting at and walks over to us, "Everyone here is from all over the place. They send warriors out to kidnap us, bring us here, and then he repeats the process. No one here knows why we are here though."

I look at him and then at everyone else, some look like they are in there 20's, the rest look younger than that. I look back at him, "Are all of you guys rare, coated wolves?" He looks at me sideways, "I do not know about the rest of them, but I am a red spotted black wolf, why do you ask?" I look at him with sad and angry eyes, "That is why we are all here, we are here to make Alpha Jack money." He looks at me wide eyed, "Do you mean that he will kill us for the coats we have?" I nod my head, " Some of us will be harvested and some will be used as breeders to make more rare coats. He sells them to the hunters for top dollar." He looks at me, "We need to get out of here then." I look back him with determination in my eyes, "We will, and I mean all of us. I promise." I look out of my cell and think even if I do not make it out alive, I will make sure everyone else does. Snow nods her head in agreement.
