Chapter 4
“Summer wake up!” I pushed her off the bed then tied my hair in a bun.
“What the fuck!” She growled looking at me.
“Stop it!” I smirked at her and she rolled her eyes.
“What time is it?” She asked standing up and putting her duvet on the bed.
“It’s 6 in the morning. You going jogging today?” I asked as she laid in bed again.
“Nope.” She pulled the duvet over her head.
“Okay.” I grabbed her phone. Summer and I know everything about each other, including our phone codes.
I opened the phone, and set 5 alarms for her. One every 5 minutes.
“Bye.” I smirked putting her phone back down and walked out of the room. The whole pack house was quiet. I walked downstairs and to the kitchen, to see Sarah, Ryan and another guy.
“Hey guys.” I smiled walking into the kitchen.
“Hi” Sarah said.
“What are you guys doing up this early?” I asked eyeing a few boxes on the floor.
“Well Ryan and Tyler, are shifting things into the shed. And I’m going to start breakfast soon.” Sarah smiled at me and I nodded.
There was a guy sat on a counter, drinking coffee, I think. But the one thing that stood out most about him was his tattoos.
“So you’re the famous Tyler?” I asked him as he jumped off the counter.
“I doubt famous.” He mumbled in a deep voice and walking out of the kitchen with two big boxes.
Is his voice always like that? I thought.
“Can I help?” I asked as Ryan walked out with another box.
“Sure.” Sarah shrugged.
I picked up two boxes. fuck! They are heavy! I thought as Sarah opened the door to me and I gave her a fake smile.
“Not heavy.” I mumbled walking out of the kitchen to the back yard.
All of sudden the boxes were lifted out of my hands.
“Don’t pick up something you can’t, sweetheart.” Tyler smirked at me and walked to a big shed.
“I could pick it up!” I exclaimed as Ryan shook his head and walked back inside.
I followed him and picked up the last box, just as it got lifted out of my hands again.
“I can pick it up, Tyler!” I exclaimed turning and looking at him.
“Go do what you woke up to do, jogging?” He looked me up and down.
“Oh shit!” I muttered and ran out of the kitchen to the back yard.
I left my headphones upstairs, so I was only going to run for 10 minutes.
***
“Can I have some water please?” I sighed sitting on the table.
“Here.” Tyler handed me a glass.
“Thanks.” I mumbled gulping down the water.
Instead of running for 10 minutes, I ran for 30 minutes, non stop.
“You shouldn’t run like that, especially being a human. Jog first, then run, then jog back. It won’t make you feel so tired.” He said drying some dishes.
“Hm? Okay? Do you need any help?” I asked.
“Nope.” He said and I nodded.
I walked out of the room and upstairs to see Summer still asleep.
After I have a shower I thought walking to my closet.
**
I was dressed in white shorts with a baby blue shirt on. I walked out of the bathroom, leaving my hair down to air dry, and walked to Summer who was sat up in bed.
“I hate you.” She mumbled tired.
“Oh really? Why?” I gasped.
“I’m changing my password.” She mumbled grabbing her phone.
“Okay.” I smirked and walked out of the door.
I walked downstairs to see Sarah and Ryan.
“Where Tyler?” I asked sitting on the stool.
“He went back to his room.” Ryan mumbled picking a plate of toast.
“Okay.” I picked up a plate of bacon and followed him out of the kitchen to a dining room.
“You don’t act like a luna? Especially of this pack.” Ryan said as we put the plates on the table.
“How am I supposed to act?” I raised my eyebrow.
“The luna of this pack, Alpha Blake’s mom, was mean. And you’re not supposed to talk to omegas.” he said shrugging.
“Well I don’t believe in omega. I believe everyone is equal.” I muttered and walked back to the kitchen to see Daniel growling at Sarah.
“She’s your luna! She doesn’t need to work!” He shouted.
“And I want to!” I stood infront Sarah and she walked out of the kitchen.
“Mia, you don’t work. Being a luna means you don’t have to work.” he tried to hold my hand.
“Daniel, if that’s how you think then you’re sick!” I exclaimed and walked out of the kitchen.
“Mia!” He shouted.
“Don’t shout at me!” I turned around walking closer to him.
“Don’t tell me what to do.” He growled lowly.
“Really?” I kicked him in the balls and he fell to the floor.
“Mia.” He growled angrily.
“I dare you.” I challenged.
“You’re a pathetic human.” He spat narrowing his eyes at me.
“A pathetic human that kicked you in the balls? Yep that’s me.” I smirked.
“Mia.” He growled lowly.
“That’s my name, don’t wear it out!” I smiled and turned around. I started walking away when he called me again.
“You can’t run away from me Mia!” He shouted.
“I’m not! I’m walking away.” I mumbled and walked out of the door.
A pathetic human, My foot!
