“Don’t you dare touch me jake. I swear I am going to kill you First when I get out of here” I shouted as he rolled his eyes

“Oh shut up bitch. I was only friends with you because my dad was the beta. And I had to be the beta next. Other than that I wouldn’t want to be friends with you. But god! The moon goddess gave a bitch as a mate!” He yelled and I rolled my eyes

“More like she gave me a fucking asshole. But I am so glad you rejected me” I said

“Alright enough of this. Jake give it to her” James said and jake showed me an injection

“What are you doing?” I asked and James smirked

“We’re letting you go” he said and jake injected me and after a few seconds, I was unconscious.

I woke up to the sun shining in my eyes. Sun?

I opened my eyes to see I was in the middle of a forest.

Lexi? I thought

I’m okay beth. Are you okay? I actually feel great she said and I nodded

I’m tired. I replied and she nodded

Yeah. The baby is okay. I’m going to shift so we can get home. She said and I nodded looking around.

I was in a forest. I had No idea where I was. I stood up slowly, and stripped out of my clothes and tied them to my ankle.

I’m ready lexi. I sighed and she nodded

she took a little control and I heard bones cracking. It’s been 2 months since I have shifted

My bones cracked and then I was standing on four paws. My wolf is a white wolf with blue eyes.

Let’s go! Lexi said excitedly and I nodded slowly.

I walked slowly trying to get the feel of grass under my feet. I ran slowly letting the wind run threw my fur.

After a couple of minutes I started running quickly. Lexi said that the pack house is about 3 hours away from where we were.

3 hours of stopping and running we reached the border just to see a pack of wolves running out. They stopped infront of me and I realised it was dad and Jaxon. I ran behind the tree and quickly shifted back. I got dressed and ran back to see everyone standing up and dressed

“Cherry” Jaxon shouted running toward me. He picked me up and spinned me around and held me tightly

“I missed you so much cherry. Don’t and I mean it don’t ever leave me alone” he mumbled breaking the hug and crashing his lips on mine.

He didn’t kiss me or anything. He was just still, like he was savoring the moment.

“I-I’m sorry cherry” he mumbled against my lips

“It’s okay Jaxon” I mumbled and hugged him tightly, resting my head on his chest, as he wrapped his arms around me

“Don’t you ever leave me alone” he mumbled and I nodded

“Never thinking about it” I replied as dad coughed

“Can I get a hug as well?” Dad asked and I nodded and let Jaxon go

“Yeah” I replied and ran to dad and hugged him tightly

“I missed you princess” he mumbled kissing my temple

“I missed you to dad.” I mumbled as he let me go

“Let’s go back. I think your mom needs to see you as well” dad said and I nodded

“Yeah” I said as Jaxon walked back to me and hugged me tightly

“I’m taking you. Your not leaving me again” he mumbled picking me up

“Jaxon. I can walk!” I exclaimed and he shook his head

“I don’t care!” He replied and I wrapped my legs around his waist

“Okay then! Let’s go back” dad mumbled a little embarrassed and I laughed

“It’s not my fault, Jaxon won’t let me go!” I said and Jaxon shook his head following dad

“I’m not letting you go. Ever!” He mumbled smiling at me

“That’s good” I said and I laid my head on his shoulder

“I lov-”

“It’s good to see you luna” kyle and Ryan said behind us

“It’s good to be back” I replied and they walked away.

I looked at Jaxon and leaned closer to his ear

“I love you too Jaxon” I whispered and he groaned

“You might want to stop that!” He replied back.

“Can you put me down?” I asked and he nodded

“But you have to hold my hand. Okay?” He asked stopping and I nodded

He put me down and I ran ahead of him.

“See you at home everyone” I yelled looking back. I turned back around to see Jaxon standing infront of me, and I bumped into him.

“Ugh” I muttered as he pulled me up

“Are you okay cherry? Is there something wrong? Is the baby okay?” He asked worried and I looked up at him quickly

“Baby? How do you know?” I asked confused

“You don’t want to know” he replied getting angry

“Jaxon. Please. Look where nearly there” I mumbled and he nodded holding my hand

“Don’t let go” he said

“Never” I replied

We walked back to the pack house to see mom standing outside.

“Bethany!” She exclaimed and I ran and hugged her tightly

“I’m so sorry sweetie.” She said holding me tightly

“It’s okay mom” I mumbled just as I got influged by all my siblings in a warm hug

“Don’t ever scare us like that beth. Or I won’t ever talk to you” Ashton said

“Yeah” everyone agreed and I rolled my eyes as Jaxon walked towards me and pulled everyone off

“Not too hard” he said standing in front of me, in a protective stance

“It’s okay Jaxon. I don’t think they know” I said putting a hand on his shoulder to calm him down.

“Jaxon. Calm down.” Dad said standing infront of my siblings

“They could have hurt her!” Jaxon shouted and I rolled my eyes

“They don’t know!” Dad yelled back

“Jaxon!” I yelled and he quickly turned to me

“What’s wrong cherry?” He asked worried his eyes changing colour.

“Calm down. Please! For me?” I asked touching his cheek, softly

“Okay cherry. Just don’t let me go” he said intertwining our hands together and I nodded.

“What don’t we know?” Daniel asked confused and Jaxon turned around smiling

“Cherry is pregnant!” He said and everyone cheered

“Already?” Ashton groaned and everyone laughed

“looks like it” dad mumbled and I rolled my eyes

“I’m going to bed. I need to sleep” I muttered and mom nodded

“Yeah. You do! You go to sleep and i’ll wake you up for dinner” mom said and I nodded

Me and Jaxon walked upstairs to my room and I hugged him tightly

“I missed you a lot Jaxon” I mumbled into his chest as he wrapped his arms around me

“Really? That’s a little surprising!” He said chuckling and I rolled my eyes and let him go

“Really Jaxon? You just spoiled the moment” I mumbled turning around.

I was about to walk to my closet when he stopped me and turned me around.

“I missed you too cherry” he said smiling at me

“Good. I’m going to get changed and then sleep. I’m really tired” I mumbled walking to my closet as he nodded

I picked out one of Jaxon’s white shirts and black shorts. I got changed infront Jaxon, who was staring at me.

“Not today Jaxon” I mumbled pulling the shirt over my head.

“I know cherry. I just want to rest” he said taking his shirt off and his jeans, leaving him in his boxers.

“Really?” I mumbled ignoring my desire and walking towards my bed.

I laid down on the bed as Jaxon closed the curtains, and laid in bed next to me. He wrapped his arm around me and I turned around to look at him.

“I’m sorry I couldn’t do anything cherry” he mumbled and I shook my head

“It’s not your fault Jaxon. It was a little weird though. James, the warlock, said that this was a warning. That I will never expect him and that’s when he will take me. It could take days, months or years” I said and he tighter his hold on me.

“I promise that he will never take you cherry. I promise that I will protect you and this baby” Jaxon said running a hand on my stomach.

“You promise right?” I asked quietly

“I promise cherry.” He said and I nodded

“I’m sorry Jaxon as well. I didn’t tell you about me being pregnant. And our baby, it could have died today. And I wouldn’t have been and be to do anything. I’m sorry I’m useless Jaxon” I whispered quietly and he shook his head and looked at me.

“Cherry! Don’t cry. And you’re not useless cherry. Your never useless. I love you so much. And if our baby wasn’t here today, it doesn’t mean it’s your fault. I saw the video cherry. I knew you couldn’t do anything. And it was my responsibility to look after you. But I failed you” he mumbled leaning closer to me so our lips were only a few inches away

“You haven’t failed me Jaxon. You never will. But you’ll only fail me if you don’t bring me donuts, every week.” I replied leaning up to kiss him.

He pecked me a couple of times before sighing

“I want you to rest cherry. I’ll be here. You need to rest. And I promise to get you donuts every week. Chocolate donuts” He said and I nodded

“Good night Jaxon” I mumbled as he laid down on the pillow

“It’s not night but okay. Good night cherry” he replied chuckling.
