Billionaire’s Missing Darling

Chapter 612

Chapter 612
Kelly deliberately took her time, but no matter how slow she walked, the guest courtyard was soon right in front of her.
She sighed softly and consoled herself silently, ‘Perhaps Ian doesn’t like folding blankets!”
After all, this particular method of leisure was so strange. If not for the fact that Kelly was too tired from training back then, she
would not have liked to fold blankets either.
Back then, she had a strong desire to appear by Olivia’s side and protect her. That was why she gritted her teeth and persevered
despite the hardship.
Ian was the head of the Walter family. Such a high–end, magnanimous, and classy person would definitely not like to fold
blankets.
At the thought of this, Kelly was much happier. Her eyes curved into crescents, and the corners of her mouth curled up slightly.
She had promised Olivia that no matter what happened, she would continue onward bravely and face it with a smile.
The guest courtyard was very big. It was separated from the front courtyard by an artificial lake. After passing the artificial lake,
there was a small courtyard with two bodyguards guarding the door.
When they saw Kelly, they immediately greeted her. “Hello, Miss Kelly.”
“Hello.” Kelly nodded. She looked into the courtyard and asked softly, “Is Mr. Walter resting?”
“No.” The bodyguards shook their heads.
Kelly was surprised. The bodyguards seemed a little incompetent. ‘Don’t they need to go and ask lan?‘ she thought.
“Then...” Kelly asked again, “Is Mr. Walter busy?”
“No,” the bodyguards answered without hesitation.
Kelly stared at him in silence.
She didn’t know what else to ask. She wanted to use the excuse that lan was resting or busy to run away and not go in.

It seemed that she couldn’t do that now.
However, Kelly was reluctant to give up like that. She said, “I’m here to ask if Mr. Walter likes folding blankets. If he doesn’t like it,
I’ll leave.”
“Don’t worry, Miss Kelly. Mr. Walter likes it,” the bodyguards replied in an extremely loud voice.
Kelly was stunned for a moment before she reminded them, “Don’t you need to go back to ask for instructions?”
“No need. The bodyguards simply shook their heads. “Miss Kelly, hurry up and go in. Mr. Walter is especially bored now.”
“Alright.” Kelly lowered her head. It seemed like she came at the wrong time.
Not long after Kelly entered, Millie came over with a few scripts for the scripted murder mystery games.
The bodyguards stopped her with a cold expression. “I’m sorry, Miss Black. Mr. Walter is busy.”
What do they mean? Why did they stop her? Millic thought. She was unhappy. “I just saw Kelly go in.”
“That’s right. The bodyguards frowned and questioned, “Since Miss Black knows that Mr. Walter is busy folding blankets, why did
you still come and disturb him? You’re not very perceptive!”
Millie was so angry that she almost vomited blood.
‘Is Mr. Walter crazy? He is actually folding blankets with Kelly! How crazy is this? Absolutely insane!‘ she thought.
After Kelly entered the guest courtyard, she was quickly brought to lan’s bedroom.
She walked through the living room and entered the bedroom. Then, she looked at the big bed in front of her and felt that things
were progressing too quickly.
Ian was really not treating her as an outsider at all.
She squeezed her fingers and was puzzled. “Shouldn’t I be in the study? The living room is fine too.”
Who brings the guest straight to the bedroom without a word? What odd behavior is this!‘ she thought.
Upon hearing Kelly’s question, Ian’s long legs froze in place and he turned his head.

He was very tall. Because he had lineage from four countries, he was 6 feet and 3 inches tall. He was more than a head taller
than Kelly. Just by standing there, he looked extremely oppressive.
Kelly’s breathing instantly halted. Even her heart did not dare to beat fast.
“I thought we were going to fold blankets?” Ian lifted his gaze. There was a hint of doubt in his beautiful light–colored pupils.
“Where else would we do it if we don’t do it next to the bed?”
When she heard this, Kelly really wished she could find a hole to hide her face in
‘Oh! How stupid I was! I actually thought this was about me. It turns out that it isn’t odd at all,’ she thought.
It was because she had a guilty conscience that she found it strange.
