Peter Pan was rather unhappy. He felt that Jiang Yao's capture had something to do with Yumeng. If she hadn't come to the Lin house, Jiang Yao wouldn't have been taken away by Greedy Wolf. "You two shouldn't go into the Underworld for the time being," said Yumeng directly. "This whole thing doesn't add up, so I'm worried that it might be a trap. If you two go in, you might not come out again." Peter Pan sneered, "Isn't that what you want?"

Yumeng didn't get anything with him. She knew that Peter Pan has some misunderstanding about her, so she didn't want to explain herself.

She looked at Jiang Hing. "He's got a bad temper and isn't going to listen to anything I say now, so I'm going to talk to you instead. Don't you find this whole thing abnormal? I'm sure you know what sort of person Greedy Wolf is. Even though he's a cruel and domineering man, he wouldn't go as low as targeting a little girl. I know him well."

He had really forgotten all about that.

Yumeng's pendant was still around Jiang Yao's neck, and it was like an amulet that could protect her. In a place like the Underworld, most people would find it impossible to get anywhere near Jiang Yao.

"You silly old fellow, how could you forget?" huffed Yumeng.

She let go of his ears and looked at Jiang

Jiang Ning fell silent for a moment before nodding.

Peter Pan didn't object.

Yumeng didn't say anymore and left.

The air in the room was rather depressing.

"That's right, she still has that amulet. The yin levels in the Underworld is high, and they're most afraid of anything with yang energy. Yaoyag will be just fine," Peter Pan mumbled to himself. His heart felt a little bit more settled now.

But Jiang Ning was still not assured. How could he be?

The night wore on.
