An Alpha's Charge

Chapter Epilogue

Epilogue

Lane and Ramiel were still going strong five years and eight babies later. They had another set of triplets, two identical boys and a girl. They are three years old, and the twin brother and sister are only six months old.

Lane was looking at the new home they had built for their big family. She was content with being a mother, wife, sister, aunt, and everything the pack family needed. Alpha Terri had ordered several items from the woodworkers.

The owner had to create a name for his business, and they called themselves, The Bears Den Wood Working Shoppe. They had orders from all over the world that wanted their furniture, fountains, desks, and anything and everything they made. Some people would have their drawings, and the men made them.

Some of them had their older children working with them as they enjoyed making furniture and putting their stamp on the world. But what their customers loved about them, they planted four trees for every tree they had cut down to build homes, furniture, and whatever else they needed wood for.

Lane even had a hand in boosting their business. She used their services and posted them to her website, where she tagged them. She had a link that people could click on, which would take them to the Bears Den.

Her services were also needed worldwide; she had to open six new European shops and hire people to run those offices. She had a say in what the people wanted, and she traveled with her family to transform people’s houses into custom homes.

They would purchase beds, desks, and anything they could for the Bears Den. They had to expand their business to Europe along with Lane. The young men and women moved there to help run the company and do the woodworking for their fathers.

Ten years later...

Ramiel, Lane, and The Bears Den company were a multibillion-dollar company listed on the Fortune 500 to work for. The families were set for life, which they wanted for them. They set the stakes high for their children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and future generations.

Brody and Garret adopted several more children. In total, which included Abram, they had thirty adopted children. The older children had found their mates, moved to their packs, and had their children. They were grandparents and could not be any happier. It was jam-packed when they came home for the holidays or just visiting the home.

They played football, volleyball, and basketball, had races, and played various games. The men were not empty nesters by a long shot; they still had children in school, and it would be a while before they graduated and went to college for free, thanks to their Aunt Lane and Uncle Ramiel. Garrett and Brody had date nights four times a week because they would never have alone time if they did not. But they loved each other very much, and their gigantic family was the same.

Gabriel and Steven had ten children of their own, and some of them were triplets. They called it quits after that. They did not want to expand their home further, so they made do with what they had and were delighted. They still had date nights once a week to keep their married life on track. The sparks never faded and never would.

Ramiel and Lane wanted to quit after eight children, but... good old mother Selene had other plans. They went from eight to twelve kids quickly. She looked over at Ramiel and gave him the evil eye. She was done having kids, she loved them very much, but she wanted alone time with her husband.

“What was the evil eye for love?”

“Oh, you are no longer sticking the damn thing in me until you get fixed. That is what the evil eye is for.”

“We have nine kids now. What is wrong with... Oh, SHIT! No fucking way?”

“OH YES FUCKIGN WAY, triplets again, and you have an appointment to get snipped, and once I am done with these three, I am getting fixed too. That will double our chances of never getting pregnant again.”

“I am sorry baby, but you look so cute... nope... adorable when you’re pregnant,” he says as he kisses her lips, eyelids, nose, and cheeks.

He always knew how to make her melt into him when he kissed her. Their oldest children are ten years old now so they could help with the food, and some of the others would be able to help with bathing and housework.

None of the children were immune to working as they made them work, learn how to protect themselves, and help other pack members and their families. They also had to work with the alliances and the upcoming alphas of those alliances.

All the children had to learn how to run the family business, build homes, draw, and read blueprints. Run the pack and tend to the needs of others. Some children loved to heal, so they wanted to become pack doctors and learn how to care for humans.

“My mother was an excellent doctor when she met her mate. She would travel the world to help others with surgeries and wound care. She was the most outstanding surgeon of her time.

“Your grandparents would be so proud of you all. I wish they were still here to get to know you all. They would be proud of you too, Steven. We endured hell when we were growing up, torn apart as a family, but we were reunited in a twisted way.”

“Yeah, sis, we were. I know our lives would have been different if they had never died, but the love they showed us in our first six years impacted us. Look at what you have done with your life. You have made an enormous impact on everyone’s life.”

“Steven, so have you. You help everyone plant trees, ensure the animals have homes when we take them down and teach all the children the importance of conservation.”

They sat there and talked about their lives and how they turned out. The hell they went through to this point because of the drive they both have in them. They hope they instill the same values into their children and the packs’ children because they are the future that will run their businesses, the pack, conservations, etc...
