“What do you mean that you want her to take to your pack? She is my mate, Theo. She will me,” Adam yelled at me angrily, and I grunted in anger of course. “Because of your mate, my mate is not with me. She is doing everything for your sake too, ungrateful man,” I scolded him angrily, making him glare at me immediately.
“She is not going anywhere, Theo. She is my sister, and until she completely comes out of her trauma…. She is not going anywhere,” William announced in a stern tone. “Then what about me, huh? Am I not her brother?” Killian chimed too, and I rolled my eyes internally. We were on the training ground.
It had been almost a week since that final battle, and we decided to have a spar today, to stretch our bodies. “Of course, she is your sister too, but don’t forget that this pack is Crystal’s home in the first place,” William answered Killian in the same tone, making me shake my head this time.
“You know the reason well why this happened, William. Ivory will go with me and will recuperate in her original home, in the royal palace,” Killian replied to him in a stern tone. William was about to retort when a low growl made all of us look in his direction.
Angry Nelson entered the training ground, shooting daggers at everyone through his eyes. “She is not a commodity that all of you want to keep by your side,” he scolded all of us, and I also lowered my eyes. He was not wrong, but why couldn’t he see that Ivory’s dependency on Crystal was keeping Crystal away from me? Was it wrong for me to yearn for my mate’s love and attention?
“You all were discussing Ivory, but none of us asked her what she wanted to do. For Goddess sake… don’t treat her as a commodity. She is a living thing… she… she lived a like worse than hell… completely dependent on the mercy of her tormenters….. don’t make her feel as if she was once again at our mercy,” he continued yelling at us, making us guilty.
I needed to go back to my pack with Crystal in a few days. We had been away from our pack for more than ten days. Although my parents were taking care of the pack on our behalf, but my mother wanted to visit William and Vincent now. She also lost her brother, and sister–in–law. She should be here, but she couldn’t come because of the responsibility that she had to bear because of Crystal’s absence there.

Thunder grumbled at the back of my mind too, but I didn’t pay attention to him this time. “We are not getting our mate back for a good time period.” he grumbled once again, and this time, I agreed with him without any hesitation.
“Did you talk with your parents?” Nelson asked Adam in a bit of a calm tone. I glanced at Adam and saw him biting his l*ps this time. I took a deep breath and slowly looked at Nelson. “Adrian has locked himself in a room. He refused to talk to anyone, not even Elena,” I told him, and Nelson sighed aloud.
Ever since Warrick’s and Martha’s death. Adrian hadn’t come out of his room. Warrick was his beta, his best friend, and a brother figure to him. His death had broken him too. My mother told me that they could hear him crying from time to time.
“Let’s take a break,” William proposed, and I nodded in agreement. We had been practicing continuously for the past one hour, and all of us were reeking. We all went to the bench and took our bottles. I gulped down almost the full bottle in one go and sighed aloud after finishing drinking.
“You don’t worry about your father, Adam. He is a strong man. Warrick was his best friend, and this is a great shock for him, but he knows his responsibilities very well,” Nelson comforted Adam in a calm tone this time.
“Yeah… I know….. Warrick was like a brother to him,” Adam answered him in a low tone, still having his eyelashes down. Nelson patted his shoulder sympathetically and then walked towards the bench. “What about Ivory?” Killian asked him in a calm tone again, and Nelson frowned while sitting on the bench.
I rolled my eyes internally once again, and shook my head. “Let her decide what she wants, Killian. is special. We can’t just force our decision on her. Let her feel the freedom that she gets now,” Nelson replied to Killian in the same calm tone.

“But,” Killian protested but Nelson immediately raised his hand in the air while lowering his head. “Let her decide, Killian,” Nelson said to him in a stern tone this time, and slowly lifted his head up. To be honest, I really admired him a lot. After going through so much hardship, and suffering, he was still standing tall.

“Nelson is right. Let Ivory decide what she wants to do,” William agreed with Nelson half–heartedly. Vincent looked at his brother in disappointment for a few second, but sighed in rejection in the end. I just stared at them blankly, now knowing what to say now.

All I wanted was my mate back. It was pure torture to sleep without her for more than five nights in a row. It wasn’t like we didn’t stay away from each other for a short period of time, but she was physically present in front of me, but I couldn’t stay closer to her. This was the same thing back then, when we were cousins. As an older brother, I was supposed to follow so many rules with William and Vincent.
“Let’s have a round of spar with me. We will head back after that,” Nelson proposed while stretching. his b*dy on both sides. I sighed helplessly this time. I guess I had to persuade Crystal to make this decision about Ivory and with whom she would go.
Crystal’s P.O.V.
“Did she asleep,” Theo asked me in a gentle tone. “Yeah,” I answered him in a tired tone while moving my n*eck while holding the back of my n*eck. I was so tired and wanted to lie down for a while.
It had been a few days since I spent time with Theo. We didn’t even sleep together in the past few nights. That was why I came to my room after Ivory fell asleep because I missed him so much, and Luna was also asking to stay closer to him tonight.
“I talked to William, but he refused,” he told me when I was about to sit on the bed beside him. I looked at him in confusion, and he pulled me into his embrace. “I… I didn’t understand,” I replied. to him while resting my head on his chest while lying next to him. He slid his hand under my n*eck and wrapped his hand around my shoulder.
“He refused to let Ivory go with us to our pack,” he explained, and I huffed while closing my eyes. I knew my
brother very well. He missed me so much, but I couldn’t stay here for a long time. Although Ivory was mated to Adam she is still scared of him.
So, I guess, he wanted to keep her here only to quench his thirst for sister’s love. Ivory was a clean slate, just like a two–year–old baby. He could manipulate according to his wishes. What he didn’t know was that Ivory had started understanding her surroundings and her understanding towards the relationship is now clear.
“You don’t worry… I talked to my parents, and they agreed to let Ivory make a decision. I am sure that she will choose to go with us first,” I replied to him in a tired tone, and snuggled into his chest again.
“Will you stay away from me in our pack too?” he asked me suddenly in a sad tone. I smiled and slowly moved my face up, facing him. I smiled while looking at him mischievously. “What do you think?” I asked him in a teasing tone.
“I don’t want to stay away from you anymore, love… I miss you so much,” he immediately refused to let me stay away from me, holding me tightly as if I were going away if he loosens his grip on me. I laughed this time while looking at him with the same gaze.

“Luna,” I immediately called my wolf while looking at Theo with wide–opened eyes in shock now. “I…. guess we are pregnant, Crystal,” she answered me with some hesitation, and

“Crystal,” Theo called me softly in a worried tone. “I… I didn’t remember… b.. but… Lu.. Luna said. th.. that we… we maybe,” I answered him while stuttering hard. I was still in shock. I bid farewell with my parents a few days ago, and now I learned that a new life is growing inside me.
“Crystal… what happened…. why are you crying?” Theo immediately asked me worriedly while. cupping my face. It was when I realized that I was shedding tears. “I.. I am happy, Theo… I.. I,” I tried to answer him but choked on my voice.
