“Everything went according to our plan, Alpha. I couldn’t believe that they are so stupid to take a rogue in their pack without thinking about the consequences.” My Beta, Tommy, informed me about the success of my plan but made fun of them in the end.
“This is what we call overconfidence, Tommy. She is a rogue but they still took her into their pack. They think that they are merciful and can deal with a weak, wounded rogue easily. Little did they know that they had taken a time bomb inside. their pack,” I replied to him with a sly smirk on my l*ps.
He laughed aloud while holding his stomach. I also smiled widely and leaned on my chair. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. Finally it was time to avenge my father. They killed him in cold blood for the sake of their so–called humanity. Now I wanted to see how would they save themselves with this humanity.
“Something happened during new king’s coronation the last night. The former king announced that the queen and the alpha of The Night Crawl Pack are fated. mates,” he told me in a low tone and I immediately straightened my back while looking at him stunned.
Alpha Nelson was my biggest enemy. My father always had all the information. about him and he passed all those information to me before he die. I couldn’t believe that he missed the biggest information about him.
“How it could be? Why don’t we know?” I asked him in a stunned tone. Tommy gulped hard while looking at me apologetically. “They hid this very well, Alpha. Queen Catherine is originally from the Night Crawl Pack, and Alpha Nelson was former beta’s son before he ascended the title after killing Catherine’s father, the former alpha of the Night Crawl Pack. Alpha Nelson and Queen Catherine fought. for the title until she was kidnapped by the vampire king,” he answered me in the same low tone.
I just blinked while processing what he was telling me. The whole world knew that Nelson was mate–less and he had no heir. Although I had lost everything to him in the last battle, I was still planning to get everything back from him after getting enough power to fight him. If he was already mated, then it would be possible that he had an heir too.
“Not only Queen Catherine is his mate but also he has a daughter,” Tommy continued in the same tone while looking at me fearfully. “Who is she?” I asked

“Yeah… You should listen to her… And don’t forget that she is the only one who can help you find your mate… So, she is going to The Blood Moon Pack to take care of the matter there. “Don’t look at me like a dummy… Let’s go… we have a long journey ahead,” she said while hitting my chest lightly as we were standing in close proximity. I sighed. in resignation and nodded to her. She then looked at Theo with a bright smile on her l*ps. Theo also looked at him affectionately.

I groaned but I didn’t say anything to her. She giggled and then walked away. towards their car with Theo. I also walked towards the back seat of my car, and opened the door. I hopped inside and make myself comfortable on the seat first. I leaned on the backrest and closed my eyes. The driver started the engine, and I thought about everything that happened in the past few days.

Crystal was happy with Theo. Vincent had yet to find his mate, but I was s
