Chapter 7
When it blows on my face, the heat of its breath squeezes the corners of my eyes shut so tightly. Because my heart is hammering in my ears, I am unable to hear anything at all. When the damp snout comes into contact with my cheek, I sigh a bit. It then rests its heaviness on my shoulder as a sign of submission.
I'm not confident in this animal's surrender since it has the potential to flee. When I begin to back away, it roars in response. Once again, my body becomes completely still. The animal moves its weight away from my shoulder and away from the ground.
My attention is drawn upward by the sound of crunching snow Neme? When I raise my eyes, I see the first animal to come across me. It's a wolf with a silver coat. When a wolf's eyes are illuminated, it emits a snarl. "Susan, don't worry, you're OK. "
When Neme points the torch toward me, I immediately turn around. I squint in order to reduce glare. When I turn around, I hear a loud scream from someone standing next to Neme. David is standing nude, staring at me. I averted my gaze in order to avoid noticing it.
The pictures of David with the silver wolf are the ones that keep popping up in my brain.
"There's no way." After that, David responds.
In the blink of an eye, I'm being snatched up and tossed over his shoulder. When I glance up, I notice a man in sports pants with a muscular back.
"Are you kidding me?" I raise my voice. Hunter is the only one that would put me over their shoulder.
Neme rushes after David.
All around them, the other wolves are crunching through the snow with their paws. With each whack to the back of the head, David's body tenses up. I am pounding him even harder in return. "Stop escaping, or you will be regretful." David mutters.
I know that no matter how hard I try to think of ways to help Neme, she will not listen.
"You're not going to help me?" I'm furious at the moment. The question is, "Will you just follow him and lead him?"
She lets out a sigh and tears. When she tightens her hold on the flashlight and conceals her emotions, I know I've done something wrong with her feelings. After that, she switches off the light.
David shouts as he makes his way up the front steps. The man grumbles as he opens the front door and strides into the living room, kitchen, and dining room.
The man grumbles as he opens the front door and strides into the living room, kitchen, and dining room.
Neme turns away from me and walks into the kitchen without saying anything. David lifts me up the stairs for me.
"Let me go!"
Before I jumped out of the window, I repaired the bedroom door that David had kicked open with his foot.
And he throws me onto the large bed, where i bounces me a few times before dumping.
I give him a snarl in return. "Pay close attention. You're going to stop escaping my land and stay here instead. I'm not going to let you go. Always and forever, Susan" That image the black wolf's subjugation to my will comes to mind.
A human can't become a carnivore. But I was aware of it. I'm going nuts from being here.
David grinds his teeth as he clenches his hands in frustration. David's top physique is incredible, with melting abs, pecs, and biceps.
I'd rather die than tell him that he's beautiful. I go closer to him, my fingers poised to press his buttons.
David growls ferociously, the crimson in his eyes glistening. His body tenses up so much that he begins to tremble.
When I think about what may happen next, my eyes widen with fear. He gives me a quick blink before turning his gaze towards the bed. David clenches his fists on the blankets.
The sound of tearing fabric causes me to gasp for air.
As soon as David's body begins to shiver violently, I find myself at a loss for words. Then I stand there and watch as the bones underneath the browned skin move and crack. When I hear an animal growl, my body becomes completely still. With a single blink, the same silver wolf, who is far bigger than any other wolf, is standing in front of me.
"Wait!" I yell at him while pointing at him.
It's amusing because the wolf is named David, yet he's transformed right in front of my eyes.
If everyone found out, the world would come to an end.
A human who transforms into a wolf. When I look up, an actual werewolf emerges in front of me, his eyes the same electrifying sapphire that David has.
He rushes onto the bed, forcing it to groan in response to his arrival. I tuck my legs tight to my body to avoid coming into contact with him. He disobeys my command and continues on his way.
As I recline against the headboard of my bed, I sigh softly to myself.
For some reason, when his snout brushes against my nose, I feel more relaxed.
Slowly, When I open my eyes, David's sparkling blue stare greets me.
His blue eyes temporarily become crimson before reverting to their original blue color.
The smooth silver fur of his coat is brushed by my palms. David slobbers on the bridge of my nose.
"Gross!" With my palm, I blot up the excess moisture.
David then lunges forward, his buttocks and tail protruding from under his chin. His heaviness rests on my thighs as he keeps an eerie eye on me.
My hand reaches his head and touches the back of his slender neck. I sigh, assuming he won't hear me, but he is aware of my presence.
David chuckles and growls in-joke, which makes me laugh. I'm not sure why, but David as a wolf appeals to me.
It's a mystery to me. David appears in front of me, growling and obstructing my vision, and I almost leap out of my skin with fear. "I've told you not to get any wolf hair on the beds."
